Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pencegahan bullying melalui program MANLY (Madrasah Anti Bully) di MTsN 2 Bangka Barat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi, penelitian melibatkan 25 informan yang terdiri atas kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru PAI, guru BK, guru non-PAI/BK, siswa, dan orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif selama dua minggu, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman serta triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai PAI berlangsung melalui tiga tahap. Transformasi nilai melalui pembiasaan doa dan tadarus, penyampaian larangan bullying berbasis dalil, serta aturan formal madrasah. Transaksi nilai diwujudkan melalui keteladanan guru dalam kegiatan keagamaan, pendekatan dialogis, dan kegiatan informal seperti bakti sosial. Transinternalisasi nilai ditandai dengan kesadaran siswa melapor, kontrol sosial sebaya menggunakan jargon "MANLY", dan refleksi perubahan perilaku. Implementasi program MANLY menggunakan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pilar preventif-edukatif, religius, dan responsif, yang efektif menciptakan ekosistem madrasah kondusif dengan penurunan kasus bullying konvensional. Meskipun demikian, program menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan guru BK, maraknya cyberbullying, dan sinergi dengan orang tua yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam yang integratif dalam pencegahan bullying di lingkungan madrasah, dengan rekomendasi penguatan literasi digital Islami dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat kecacatan benang pada mesin ring frame di PT XYZ yang mencapai rata-rata 3,6% per tahun, melampaui ambang batas toleransi perusahaan sebesar 0,18%. Upaya pengendalian melalui preventive maintenance yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya dinilai belum efektif karena ketidakteraturan jadwal yang menghambat target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi pengendalian kualitas yang efektif menggunakan pendekatan Six Sigma dengan siklus DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).Kajian pustaka dalam penelitian ini mencakup teori pengendalian kualitas, manajemen kualitas, serta instrumen statistik seperti Diagram Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), dan P-Chart. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung di lapangan, dokumentasi produksi periode Agustus 2024 hingga Juli 2025, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pihak manajemen dan kepala bagian teknis.Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai DPMO sebesar 758,84 dengan tingkat kualitas 4,75 sigma. Analisis menggunakan Diagram Pareto dan Fishbone mengidentifikasi empat jenis cacat utama: gulungan jelek (48%), ne out standar (27%), IPI tinggi (19%), dan slub (6%). Akar penyebab masalah ditemukan pada sistem penjadwalan pemeliharaan yang tidak tertulis dan kurangnya koordinasi komunikasi internal. Implementasi perbaikan berupa penyusunan SOP alur komunikasi dan jadwal preventive maintenance terstruktur berhasil menurunkan tingkat kecacatan sebesar 2,65%, dari semula 3,64% menjadi 0,99%. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standarisasi sistem penjadwalan dan pengawasan ketat melalui form checklist efektif meningkatkan kualitas produk benang secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing the jurisprudential learning model in religious tolerance materials, identify the obstacles faced, and analyze the increase in social sensitivity of grade XI RPL-B students at SMK Negeri 3 Tuban. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews of 36 students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of the jurisprudential model is carried out through the presentation of contextual issues, group discussions, and the use of reflective questioning techniques (Socratic test). Despite constraints such as limited time and students' cognitive readiness, this model has been shown to be effective in increasing students' social sensitivity. This is shown by the ability of students to build empathetic arguments, respect differences in beliefs, and be able to take a wise stance in responding to the issue of religious pluralism in the school environment.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes across various aspects of life, including the field of Islamic religious education. These changes require a reorganization of the principles and factors influencing the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum, so that it remains aligned with contemporary developments while still prioritizing moral, spiritual values, and character formation. Studies on the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Raudhatul Athfal level have so far been limited and tend to be normative or technical in nature. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the principles and factors influencing the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Raudhatul Athfal level in the era of digital transformation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a conceptual analysis design through literature study and theoretical synthesis. The results show that the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Raudhatul Athfal level continues to evolve dynamically while remaining relevant, flexible, adaptive, and capable of integrating values and technology. Internal and external factors are interrelated in shaping the direction of curriculum development. This study produces an integrative-spiritual dynamic model of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Raudhatul Athfal level, which expands classical curriculum development into a digital-based Islamic education framework. This model is expected to serve as a theoretical and practical reference in designing an Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Raudhatul Athfal level that is in line with current developments without losing its spiritual foundation.

Abstract

The anthropological approach in the study of religion is one of the methods used to understand religion as a social and cultural phenomenon in human life. This approach emphasizes that religion is not only understood as a theological belief system, but also as a social practice influenced by traditions, culture, and the surrounding community environment. Through an anthropological perspective, the study of religion is conducted by observing religious rituals, symbols, and patterns of behavior in how communities practice their religious teachings. Therefore, this approach helps explain how religion interacts with culture and shapes social values within society. In Islamic studies, the anthropological approach can be used to understand various religious practices that develop among Muslim communities, including the influence of local traditions on these practices. This approach provides a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between religion, culture, and human social life in various social contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and authoritarian parenting on bullying behavior among students at SMP Negeri 14 Purworejo. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 175 students selected through stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and authoritarian parenting simultaneously have a significant effect on bullying behavior. However, partially, emotional intelligence shows no significant effect, while authoritarian parenting has a significant negative effect. This suggests that higher parental control and supervision are associated with lower levels of bullying behavior. The coefficient of determination of 13% indicates that the variables explain only a small portion of the variance in bullying behavior. These findings highlight that bullying is a complex phenomenon influenced by multiple factors, requiring comprehensive prevention strategies involving families, schools, and the broader social environment.

Abstract

The Tafsir Ibn Kathir is a monumental work in the study of Quranic exegesis, written by Imam Ibn Kathir. This tafsir is known as the tafsir bil ma'tsur method, namely the interpretation of the Quran based on the Quran itself, the hadith of the Prophet, the opinions of the Companions, and the followers of the Prophet. This study aims to examine the characteristics, methods, and advantages of the Tafsir Ibn Kathir in understanding the meaning of Quranic verses. The method used is a literature study by analyzing the contents of the Tafsir Ibn Kathir book and related sources. The results of the study indicate that the Tafsir Ibn Kathir excels in its thoroughness in the chain of hadith, systematic explanation of the verses, and the use of strong narrations as a basis for interpretation. Furthermore, this tafsir also provides explanations of language and historical context that help readers understand the verses' meanings comprehensively. However, several Israeli narrations are included with critical explanations.
