Abstract

The success of the development process in various aspects of life cannot be separated from the contribution of administrative science to the development of all aspects of government administration in a country. Qualitative research is a research method that produces descriptive data in oral or written form about people and visible behavior. Researchers use the instructions provided by each data collection method to carry out data collection techniques. Data collection techniques include observation and document review. In this research, qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and continues continuously until the end, so that the material is completely absorbed until it is saturated. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on data and verification are all activities involved in data analysis. Quality education requires a lot of input, including teaching materials (cognitive, emotional and psychomotor), technology, school facilities, administrative support facilities and infrastructure and other resources, as well as creating a conducive environment for learning. When talking about educational outcomes, the term "quality" refers to the results or achievements achieved by a school at a certain time. Even academic success can be the result of conditions that cannot be physically possessed (intangible), such as an environment that prioritizes discipline, closeness, mutual respect, a desire to be clean, and so on.

Abstract

There is inequality in educational outcomes in terms of graduate behavior such as brawls, corruption, free sex, drugs, theft and other deviant behavior. In fact, several immoral acts were allegedly carried out by the madrasah. Ideally, madrasah students have good behavior because these schools are given more responsibility for educational material than other institutions. Seeing this problem, the government decided that character education should be implemented in schools. This research is feasible for managing character education in madrasas effectively starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The series of management functions are carried out sequentially with each other, so that the expected character values can be internalized in students' lives with indicators; students know the character, feel the character and are able to do it. Supervision activities focus more on ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the plans made at the beginning, while evaluation activities look more at the success of what has been implemented compared to the plans made in advance. Students do not have to be given quantitative grades but what is more important is how far from the integrated values have been internalized in madrasa life

Abstract

Richard Bell is a well-known English orientalist who focuses his research on the Qur'an with a critical academic approach. Bell's approach involves methods of historical, linguistic, and critical analysis to understand the Quran in historical and cultural contexts. However, this approach raises rejection from Muslim scholars who believe that the Bell method is inadequate to understanding the true meaning of the Quran as divine revelation. this study is to study the rejection of the approach of Richard Bell in the interpretation of the Qur'an by Muslim scholars and scientists. The main objective is to understand the basics of the arguments used in this denial and to evaluate its compatibility with the basic principles in interpreting the Quran according to the Islamic tradition. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with methods of document analysis. Data is obtained from literature that deals with the works and approaches of Richard Bell, as well as texts that explain the views of Muslim scholars and academics on the interpretation of the Qur'an. The analysis was conducted to identify points of rejection of the Bell method and to evaluate the underlying arguments. Muslim scholars reject Richard Bell's approach to the Quran because they believe it doesn't fully respect the Quran as divine revelation. They think his methods are too focused on history and criticism, not capturing the Quran's true meaning. They prefer interpretations that consider the context of revelation, Prophet Muhammad's explanations, and see the Quran as a unified whole. They also doubt Bell's historical criticism and say Western academic methods have limits in understanding religious texts. Overall, they find Bell's approach doesn't fit Islamic principles of Quran interpretation. The rejection of Richard Bell's approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an is based on the belief that its historical and critical methods are insufficient to understand the true meaning of this sacred text.

Abstract

This article discusses the relevance of verse 46 of Surah Al-Ahzab in the context of modern da'wah. The verse implies three important elements in da'wah: the call, Allah's permission, and the guiding light. Considering these principles, da'wah methods can be modernized to reach the younger generation. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach by utilizing in-depth interviews and literature studies to explore the relevance of QS Al-Ahzab Verse 46 in the context of modern da'wah. Modern approaches include leveraging social media, creating digital content, mobile applications, social activities, and education. Furthermore, the article also discusses the differences between classical and modern da'wah methods, as well as their respective advantages and characteristics. By combining tradition with technology, da'wah can effectively reach more people in the modern era. However, modern methods such as social media, websites, podcasts, mobile apps, and online seminars or webinars, provide greater flexibility and reach, as well as allow for direct interaction and easier access to information.
