This study aims to fill the research gap related to the implementation of effective educational strategies in increasing religious tolerance and moderation, which has not been explored empirically. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from academic literature, articles, official documents, then analyzed using a comparative approach to compare educational strategies implemented in various Islamic institutions. The results showed that the integration of the concepts of religious tolerance and moderation in the Islamic education curriculum has improved the values of togetherness, patience and justice among students. The most effective educational strategies include contextual approaches, interfaith dialog and community activities. Factors such as social environment, government policies and socio-economic status play an important role in supporting the implementation of these strategies. The implications of the findings suggest the need for more comprehensive Islamic education curriculum development, teacher training to teach tolerance values, and collaboration between educational institutions and the community. This research contributes to the development of Islamic education theory by strengthening the role of education as an agent of social change.

This research discusses Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in improving the success of the Qur'an Tahfidz program at SMP Plus Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study is to identify the process of recruitment, selection, development, and supervision of educators who are effective in supporting program implementation. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that a careful recruitment and selection process, accompanied by continuous training, succeeded in improving the pedagogical competence and ability of teachers in delivering Tahfidz materials. In addition, the application of innovative learning methods such as the Ummi method and periodic evaluations ensure the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of students' Qur'an memorization. The study concludes that the implementation of integrated HR management not only supports the success of the flagship program, but also creates an educational environment conducive to character building, skills development and improving the quality of graduates. The findings confirm the importance of strategic HRM in supporting the sustainability and positive image of educational institutions.

This study aims to integrate early childhood education (PAUD) curriculum management with local cultural exploration as an effort to instill Pancasila values in early childhood. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores ways in which local cultural elements can be integrated into the curriculum to enrich the learning process and shape children's character in accordance with Pancasila values. The results of the study indicate that the introduction of local culture in learning activities increases children's engagement and their understanding of cultural heritage and is effective in internalizing the moral and social values contained in Pancasila. Recommendations are given to educators to be more active in integrating local culture into daily learning practices, as well as to policy makers to support this initiative through the preparation of relevant policies and support facilities. This study concludes that the integration of local culture in the PAUD curriculum can contribute significantly to the formation of children's character based on Pancasila values. Islamic religious education is an important aspect in forming the character of Muslim individuals. Through Islamic religious education, a person can gain a deep understanding of Islamic teachings and the values contained therein. However, just having knowledge of Islamic teachings is not enough to form good character. It is important to internalize these values so that they can be applied in everyday life. Every human being living in the universe desires harmony. This harmony has been regulated in religion, where religion calls on its owners to always live in peace, help each other, be tolerant and full of compassion. The purpose of this research is to find out how to internalize Islamic religious education values through harmonized culture in daily and weekly programs at Nurusshibyan Paguyangan Middle School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with field research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the internalization of the values of Islamic religious education through a culture of harmonization in daily and weekly programs at Nurusshibyan Paguyangan Middle School include, istiqomah, responsibility, tawadlu (politeness), patience, mutual help, friendship and mutual cooperation contained in activities related to Allah SWT (hablumminallāh), relationships with humans (hablumminannās) and relationships with nature.

In Education, teacher is a profession that is given the responsibility to provide knowledge, guide, advise, be a role model and shape the character of students to be even better. This article was prepared to find out and explore in depth the characteristics of 21st century education, its issues and challenges as well as several personality competency development models that provide PAI teachers with a perspective to prepare their personalities in accordance with existing standards and in line with the Shari'a and thoughts. Islamic thought. This paper uses the library research method developed by John Creswell. Through literature analysis, it was found that 21st century education is more about using one's abilities to the maximum accompanied by the existence of technology. There are several challenges that will be faced by PAI teachers, especially those who will be dealing directly with the alpha generation as students. So there are several models for developing a teacher's personality competence, such as training, coaching, workshops, further study, reciting the Koran, religious/spiritual activities, rewards, motivation.

Controlling is an important component of management. Because of the inability to perform one of these management functions, many educational institutions are unable to prosper or are becoming more and more backward. This study is intended to answer questions: (1) How does control function in the perspective of Q.S. Al-Infitar/82: 10-12? (2) How is the function of control in the perspective of Q.S. Al-Fajr/89: 16? and (3) How does control function in the perspective of Q.S. Al-Naml/27: 40? The purpose of this study is to know and understand the management control function of Islamic education in the perspective of the Koran. The approach used is qualitative with the method of literature study. The sources used are secondary sources, namely library books. This study shows that: (1) The Function of Control in the Perspective of Q.S. Al- Infitar/82: 10-12 regarding the definition of control and supervision of education and its instruments; (2) Control Function in Q.S Perspective Al-Fajr/89: 16 regarding the principles and techniques of educational supervision and the ethical behavior of supervisors; and (3) Control Function in Q.S Perspective Al-Naml/27: 40 regarding the purpose and impact of educational supervision and the competence of supervisors

This research aims to analyze Al-Syaibany's thinking related to moral education in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research design. The results of the study show that the basic principles of morality according to Al-Shaibany consist of six main points. First, the belief in the importance of morals in life. Second, morality is seen as a deep attitude in the human soul. Third, morality aims to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter, both individually and in society. Fourth, the purpose of morality is to create happiness in this world and the hereafter for individuals and society. Fifth, morals must be in line with human nature. Sixth, moral theory is only considered perfect if it is supported by basic concepts such as conscience morality, moral compulsion, moral law, moral responsibility, and moral reward. In its relevance, moral education is a very important main instrument to be considered in policy making at all levels of education and institutions.

This study focuses on the management strategy for implementing the Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5RA) at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategies, approaches, and challenges in the implementation of P5RA in order to improve students' character, skills, and understanding of Pancasila values. A qualitative research method was applied, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the P5RA project is effectively integrated into various learning activities, including co-curricular, integrated, and extracurricular activities, contributing to the holistic development of students. However, challenges related to external partnerships and resource availability were identified. The involvement of both internal and external stakeholders, such as teachers, students, and the local community, played a crucial role in the success of the project. The study recommends enhancing external partnerships and improving infrastructure to sustain and develop the project further. The results indicate that the implementation of P5RA has a positive impact on the formation of students' character and practical skills, aligning with the goals of national education.

The development of the digital era presents significant challenges for Islamic education in internalizing the values of akhlakul karimah among Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. Exposure to negative content, low digital literacy, and distractions in learning are significant obstacles to shaping the Islamic character of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the challenges and formulate innovative strategies for implementing an Islamic education curriculum relevant to the needs of the digital era. Using a library study approach, the study synthesizes theoretical insights from primary and secondary literature through content analysis of recent publications. The results reveal that integrating digital technologies, such as Islamic applications, Islamic value-based e-learning, and interactive media, can support the internalization of akhlakul karimah. Project-based and contextual learning approaches also enhance students’ understanding and practice of Islamic values. Furthermore, collaboration between schools, families, and communities is key to creating an educational environment that shapes students’ Islamic character. The main challenges in implementing these strategies include low digital literacy, limited technological infrastructure, and stakeholder coordination. This study emphasizes the importance of holistic and adaptive strategies in addressing the complexities of the digital era. Through the synergy between technological innovation, active learning, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, Islamic education can effectively shape a generation with akhlakul karimah while remaining responsive to the dynamics of the times.

This study examines the role of Qur'anic interpretation in improving students' understanding of Islamic teachings, focusing on students' lack of in-depth understanding of the context and meaning of Qur'anic verses. This study aims to highlight the important role of interpretation in the context of Islamic education, focusing on how interpretation can be an effective tool in improving students' understanding and engagement. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through a literature review and analysis of relevant interpretation documents. The results show that Qur'anic interpretation can be an effective tool in learning, improving students' knowledge, and encouraging active engagement and critical thinking. Interpretation serves as a bridge between the sacred text and the realities of life, strengthening students' spiritual and moral foundations. Thus, Qur'anic interpretation serves as a bridge connecting the sacred text with the realities of life, strengthening students' spiritual and moral foundations in understanding and practicing Islamic teachings comprehensively. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating interpretation into the Islamic education curriculum to achieve a more comprehensive understanding among students. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic teaching teaching methods in schools.
