This study aims to analyze the influence of religious motives and attitudes on religious maturity in the group of converts in Pakis Aji, Jepara. The urgency of this research is to prove the influence of religious motives and attitudes on religious maturity. The scientific contribution of this research enriches psychological theory, religious maturity, adds to the treasures related to the form and practice of religious maturity based on the muallaf experience. The research used quantitative methods. The research sample was used random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 30 Muslim converts in Pakis Aji sub-district. The results showed a significant influence between religious motives and religious maturity with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and t count 4.797> t table 2.048, which indicates that religious motives have an important contribution in increasing spiritual maturity. In addition, there is a simultaneous influence between religious motives and attitudes towards religious maturity, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Correlation analysis shows that religious motives (X1) and religious attitudes (X2) have a strong relationship with religious maturity (Y), with a correlation coefficient of 0.722. The contribution of religious motives and attitudes variables to religious maturity reached 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. This study confirms that increasing religious maturity in converts depends not only on internal motivation but also on a consistent attitude in practicing religious teachings.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dalam memahami transformasi sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi yang terkait dengan pengembangan uang digital. Fokus utamanya adalah mengeksplorasi relevansi konsep *asabiyyah* (solidaritas sosial) dan kepercayaan dalam membangun sistem keuangan digital yang inklusif, adil, dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis multidimensional terhadap literatur klasik Ibnu Khaldun, disandingkan dengan teori ekonomi modern dan studi kasus penerapan uang digital di berbagai konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Khaldun memberikan kerangka yang relevan untuk memahami dinamika interaksi antara individu dan komunitas dalam struktur ekonomi berbasis uang digital. Konsep kepercayaan yang ditekankan Khaldun sangat signifikan dalam konteks keamanan dan transparansi uang digital, sementara *asabiyyah* menjadi elemen penting untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung adopsi teknologi baru. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak sosial uang digital terhadap keadilan akses, distribusi kekayaan, dan perilaku konsumen, yang memerlukan pendekatan holistik dalam implementasinya. Implikasi teoretis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai tradisional dengan inovasi teknologi dapat memperkuat fondasi ekonomi dan meningkatkan pengalaman sosial dalam era transformasi digital. Prinsip-prinsip Ibnu Khaldun dapat menjadi panduan untuk mengembangkan sistem keuangan digital yang tidak hanya berfokus pada efisiensi, tetapi juga pada kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur’an Program at MI Masalikil Huda 01 Tahunan in shaping the religious character of fourth-grade students and to identify the factors influencing its success. Using a qualitative approach and a descriptive method, this research analyzes the program’s implementation process, the challenges encountered, and its impact on students' character development. The findings indicate that the tahfidz program significantly contributes to improving Qur’anic memorization and fostering religious character, particularly in terms of discipline, noble morals, and steadfastness (istiqamah). However, challenges such as limited parental involvement and the influence of digital devices that reduce students’ focus remain obstacles in its implementation. These findings reinforce character education theories based on religious values, emphasizing the importance of synergy between schools and families in shaping students’ religious character. Therefore, this study recommends increasing parental involvement in guiding Qur’anic memorization at home as a strategy to optimize the success of the tahfidz program.

This study describes the Tetesan tradition in Javanese culture which is carried out in the Patehan village, Yogyakarta. The Tetesan tradition itself is female circumcision for Javanese people in the Yogyakarta Palace environment. This research explains the phenomenon of people who carry out leaving the Tetesan tradition for their daughters. The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons why people carry out the Tetesan tradition and the reasons for people who abandon the Tetesan tradition This research uses field research methodology. The result of this study is that it is known that the people of Patehan village continue to carry out the tradition of female circumcision or circumcision because they preserve the ancestral heritage and the Tetesan tradition is believed to bring goodness to their daughters in adolescence or adulthood. For the people of Patehan village who do not carry out the Tetesan tradition, the reason is because the Tetesan tradition is no longer relevant to current developments and there is no strong religious foundation regarding the Tetesan tradition.

This study aims to analyze the practice of legal smuggling in land ownership by foreign nationals (FNs) through nominee agreements, with a specific focus on District Court Decision Number 259/PDT.G/2020/PN.Gin in Gianyar. The research examines how this practice violates the provisions of the Indonesian Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA), which strictly limits freehold land ownership to Indonesian citizens, and assesses the role and responsibility of Notaries and Land Deed Officials (PPAT) in facilitating such transactions. The research employs a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through a literature study involving primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, and analyzed qualitatively. The findings reveal that nominee agreements used by foreign nationals to acquire freehold land constitute a form of legal smuggling, facilitated through deeds executed before Notaries and PPATs. In the case examined, the court ruled that such an agreement was null and void by law as it contradicted Article 1335 of the Indonesian Civil Code and the core principles of agrarian law.Theoretically, this study reinforces the principle of legality in contract law and emphasizes that any legal manipulation contravening agrarian norms cannot serve as a valid legal basis for land ownership. The findings underline the importance of regulatory oversight of nominee practices and the strategic role of public officials in upholding the integrity of land law in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the legal protection afforded to holders of Land Ownership Certificates who are harmed by the issuance of replacement certificates based on false statements, as reflected in Decision Number 450/Pid.B/2022/PN Smn by the Sleman District Court. The research adopts a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach through literature study and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that a replacement certificate issued based on a false loss report has no legal validity and may be annulled. In this case, the judge rendered an appropriate decision by sentencing the perpetrator to 1 year and 2 months of imprisonment under Article 266 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Penal Code, and ordered the return of the replacement certificate to the local Land Office for proper administrative processing. The theoretical implication of this research underscores the importance of legal protection for rightful landowners and the need to strengthen verification mechanisms in the issuance of replacement certificates to prevent legal abuse by irresponsible parties.

Since artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly altered learning processes and methodologies, this article addresses the topic of using AI in student learning. This research aims to evaluate the statistical relationship between the use of AI and independent behavior, critical thinking, and acts of plagiarism. The research approach uses associative descriptive quantitative methods through surveys at Al-Falah As-Sunniyah University Kencong Jember. The research population consists of students who are familiar with the ChatGPT application, with research variables including ChatGPT use, independent behavior, and plagiarism. Data was collected through a questionnaire involving 50 respondents, then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS. Descriptive results show that 56% of respondents were men and 44% women, of which 68.8% of men were involved in plagiarism and 55.6% showed independent behavior. Inferential analysis revealed no significant relationship between ChatGPT use and plagiarism or self-directed behavior, based on Phi, Cramer's V, and Contingency Coefficient values.

This study explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting religious moderation at the Islamic University of Kadiri (UNISKA) Kediri. The application of AI in religious education enhances the learning experience by offering personalized, interactive, and multimedia-based content that aligns with the values of moderation, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue. AI-powered learning platforms allow for the customization of materials according to students’ individual needs, facilitating their understanding of the significance of religious moderation. Despite its potential, the implementation of AI faces challenges, such as disparities in digital access, resistance to technological change, and ethical concerns related to privacy and data security. Nevertheless, AI presents opportunities to improve educational accessibility, personalize learning experiences, and foster interfaith dialogue. By integrating AI into religious education, UNISKA Kediri has the potential to create a more inclusive and tolerant academic environment. Strategic planning, collaboration among lecturers, AI experts, and religious leaders, alongside ongoing training, are essential for the successful implementation of AI at UNISKA Kediri.

This study analyzes the media monitoring strategy implemented by the Public Relations Division of BAKTI Komdigi in handling negative news related to internet service. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that media monitoring is not only a tool for tracking information but also a crucial component of issue management, as outlined by Chase and Jones (1977). It enables PR practitioners to identify issues, analyze media coverage, and develop appropriate communication strategies. BAKTI Komdigi’s PR team applies a selective approach in responding to news, based on media reach and impact on public opinion. These findings affirm that media monitoring is a strategic instrument for fostering institutional communication that is both responsive and adaptive to public information dynamics.

Blended learning merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan pada era saat ini. Metode pembelajaran ini dinilai paling tepat dalam pembelajaran di era digital. Artikel ini memaparkan aspek fleksibel dan adaptif dari penggunaan blended learning serta fakta-fakta yang mendukung penerapan blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode keputusan dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan; (1) memungkinkan peserta didik untuk dapat belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja, memberikan kebebasan untuk belajar secara mandiri dan mengatur waktu sesuai dengan kenyamanannya sendiri. Blended learning mendukung berbagai preferensi pembelajaran, seperti visual, auditori, atau kinestetik, melalui berbagai media seperti video, kuis, dan forum diskusi. (2) keberhasilan blended learning dipengaruhi oleh; infrastruktur teknologi, kualitas guru, kesiapan peserta didik, desain kurikulum, serta dukungan administratif dan kebijakan pendidikan. Selain itu, peran serta orang tua dalam mendukung proses belajar peserta didik juga memegang peranan utama.
