Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami sebagai upaya pencegahan toxic femininity di MAN 3 Tulungagung. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan field research atau penelitian lapangan berjenis deskriptif-kualitatif. Peran peneliti adalah sebagai pelaksana bimbingan, pengumpul data, dan penganalisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi serta dilengkapi dengan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui proses pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, triangulasi, dan peningkatan ketekunan dalam penelitian. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan mengorganisasikan data, mengelola data, kemudian menyintesiskannya dalam bentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami sebagai upaya pencegahan toxic femininity di MAN 3 Tulungagung meliputi tahapan rapport, contract, focus, funnel, dan closing. Media yang digunakan dalam layanan ini adalah berupa pamflet dan video. Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan layanan adalah pengondisian kelas. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru bimbingan konseling MAN 3 Tulungagung, implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami yang dilaksanakan sudah baik dan berhasil.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the social relations of pharmacy students which have been seen to be inharmonious. With the development of information technology, they interact more often with their gadgets and make the classroom environment seem foreign to all of them. This is what makes researchers interested in doing research. This research was conducted at STIKes Indah Medan, pharmacy study program with a total sample of 10 people. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research design with pre-test and post-test using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument with the hypothesis tcount = 7,626, while the ttable value with d.b = N – 1 = 10 – 1 = 9 at the real level = 5 % obtained by 2.262. So that tcount > ttable or 7,626 > 2,262. Based on this, it can be stated that group counseling services can improve student social relations

Abstract

This study contains an effort to reduce the tendency of students' academic procrastination behavior by applying behavioral counseling with peer modeling techniques. Techniques have great potential to run effectively and get maximum results. Because students in a school environment will tend to be easy to imitate the behavior of their peers. Peer modeling techniques will position students as observers who will observe other students as modeling objects. The aspect observed by the client is how the pattern of life and discipline applied by students is used as an object. The client will observe and then try to apply it in his life. The advantage of this technique is that the client will be more flexible and flexible in observing the object, because the object is his own friend. Observation results will also be more flexible because the object can be varied so that it can be adjusted to the client's self. In handling it, the application of counseling with peer modeling techniques is a potential solution. The role of the environment in this technique makes the client free to explore and observe the modeling object that has been determined. Accurate and maximum results will be obtained if the counselor, client and also the steps taken are appropriate and coherent. The research subjects were students of class IX MTs NU Mranggen for the 2020/2021 school year. The methods used in collecting data were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The result obtained in the first cycle were still medium, is namely 51% of the success indicator, while the second cycle is in the low category with a score 30%, so it can be concluded that peer modeling is effective in reducing academic procrastination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis hubungan kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku verbal abuse pada guru. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosi dan verbal abuse adalah skala Likert. Kecerdasan emosi diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek kecerdasan emosi yaitu mengenali emosi, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri, mengenali emosi orang lain (berempati), membina hubungan baik dengan orang lain, pada verbal abuse diukur berdasarkan bentuk-bentuk dari verbal abuse yaitu mengucapkan kata-kata kasar, memfitnah, mengancam, menakut-nakuti, menghina, membesar-besarkan kesalahan orang lain. Populasi penelitian dan sampel penelitian ini ada 33 responden dengan kriteria sesuai tujuan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku verbal abuse pada koefisien Rxy = -0.434 dan p = 0.006 berarti (p < 0.05), hal ini berarti semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi perilaku verbal abuse pada guru, sehingga terlihat ada hubungan negatif antara kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study is an initial study to determine and analyze the relationship between the intensity of watching Korean dramas and the academic procrastination attitude of UIN Jakarta students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this research is the relationship between the intensity of watching Korean dramas and the attitude of academic procrastination. In the research instrument, researchers use Google Forms or online questionnaires. The method used by the researcher is descriptive quantitative method with correlational technique. The subjects in this study were UIN Jakarta students from various faculties and majors, but the researchers used a random sampling technique, which was taken as many as 30 students. In processing the data using Microsoft Excel 2019 using the correlation formula. The results in the study show a correlation coefficient of r = 0.1232 with a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.01) so the conclusion of this study shows that there is no positive and significant relationship between the intensity of watching Korean dramas and the academic procrastination attitude of UIN Jakarta students in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Or it can be said that there is also a very weak correlation between the intensity of watching Korean dramas and the attitude of academic procrastination UIN Jakarta students in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Because most UIN Jakarta students watch Korean dramas only for refreshing from the fatigue of the existing tasks, after that students immediately return to their college assignments without delaying for long.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self disclosure and interpersonal communication of second degree students of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2021. This research method used an analytical research design using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study 86 respondents with the sampling technique is total sampling. The instruments used were a questionnaire, a standard self-disclosure questionnaire adopted from the sixty item self disclosure questionnaire (JSDQ) by Sidney M. Jourard and Paul Lasakow (1958) modified by previous researchers Tokan (2013) and an interpersonal communication questionnaire. The results of this study obtained self disclosure categories of high 55 people (64%) and low 31 people (36%), good categories of interpersonal communication 57 people (66.3%) and less 29 people (33.7%) with the Chi square test results obtained value The p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05) indicates that there is a relationship between self disclosure and interpersonal communication of second level students of the STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Nurse Study Program in 2021 which means that the higher the student's self-disclosure, the better the interpersonal communication will be. Open manner to telling attitudes and opinions, tastes and interests, work or studies, money, personality, and body will increase students' self-disclosure.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the level of learning motivation of fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar (2) to determine the effectiveness of group counseling self management techniques in increasing learning motivation of fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar. This study uses a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study is17 fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar with a total sample of 5 fostered children taken throught purposive sampling technique. The results showed that 12% of the target clildren’s learning motivation was in the high category, 59% in the medium category, and 29% in the low category. Based on the hypothesis test paired sample t test shows Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 means that treatment is effective in increasing learning motivation of fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar. The n-gain score test showed an increase learning motivation in the medium category with a value of 0,45. With the increase in learning motivation, group counseling self management techniques is effective in increasing learning motivation for the fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui Pendampingan pernikahan yang dimana program kesiapan pernikahan, pengajaran dini dan upaya membantu pasangan menikah yang direncanakan oleh pegawai KUA marbau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi koresponden dari penelitian ini ialah kepala kantor KUA Merbau. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa setiap calon suami dan istri persiapan akan diberikan arahan oleh BP4dan konseling agama Islam di kantor urusan agama wilayah Marbau. Materi tersebut berisi tentang keistimewaan dan komitmen suami istri, keluarga bersama, dan calon pasangan diharapkan datang ke penyuluhan. Menindaklanjuti temuan penelitian ini maka, kepala KUA marbau sebaiknya lebih mengoptimalkan layanan kepada calon pasangan suami dan istri, agar calon pasangan suami dan istri mendapatkan bimbingan secara penuh.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan teknik konseling yang digunakan guru BK di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat dalam menangani masalah yang dihadapi oleh setiap siswa-siswinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif atau bisa disebut eksplorasi subjektif, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan sistem observasi, interview atau wawancara serta dokumentasi. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honor BK di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, teknik konseling yang digunakan guru BK berguna untuk membantu menangani atau mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi, serta dapat membantu siswa menentukan masalahnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan adanya teknik konseling dapat mempermudah guru BK dalam menangani kasus yang dihadapi klien atau siswanya.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the concept of Sufism in the view of Islamic counseling. Indeed, Islamic counseling departs from the general concept of the discipline of guidance and counseling which realizes that everyone has a basic footing who wants a peaceful, safe and happy life. However, every human being does not escape the problems of life he faces and needs professionals when the problems they face cannot be solved. This research was conducted qualitatively by means of a literature review. The conclusion of the study is the concept of Sufism such as Muraqabah (feeling the presence of Allah SWT in all conditions), Mahabbah (love for Allah SWT exceeds love for His creatures), Khawf (fear of fear of committing sins) and Syawq (extraordinary love for God).
