Abstract

Manusia selalu membutuhkan orang lain dalam menjalani kehidupan dengan arti lain manusia hidup bergantung oleh orang lain. manusia selalu berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Dalam menjalani kehidupan, masyarakat tidak lepas dengan adanya masalah. Masalah selalu datang tanpa terduga. Konseling individu yaitu layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memungkinkan peserta didik atau konseli mendapatkan layanan langsung tatap muka secara perseorangan dengan guru pembimbing dalam rangka pembahasan pengentasan masalah pribadi yang diderita konseli.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah terdapat pengaruh layanan konseling individu dengan menggunakan asas kerahasiaan terhadap masyarakat Desa Timbang Lawan serta mengentaskan masalah yang dihadapi klien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa wawancara dan observasi. Responden penelitian dilakukan terhadap remaja Desa Timbang Lawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui layanan bimbingan konseling indiviud berpengaruh untuk keberlangsungan hidup karna dengan terselesaikannya masalah yang dihadapi, membuat individu menjadi kembali semangat dan percaya diri. Asas Kerahasiaan atau disebut dengan confidential merupakan perilaku konselor untuk menjaga rahasian segala data atau informasi tentang diri konseli berkenaan dengan pelayanan konseling. Abstract

Remaja awal pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama belum tentu memiliki penyesuaian diri yang baik dalam lingkungan barunya dan tidak bisa menghadapi hambatan-hambatan yang ada pada dirinya. Terlebih jika lingkungan sebelumnya berbeda jauh dari sebelumnya seperti halnya di Pondok Pesantren dimana tuntutantuntutan pondok pesantren yang sangat dimungkinkan berbeda dengan tuntutantuntutan ketika belum berada di pesantren, seperti tuntutan kemandirian, tuntutan tanggung jawab, dan tuntutan akademik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan regulasi diri siswa yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren di Mts Al-Fithrah Meteseh Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 65 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala psikologis regulasi diri dan skala psikologis penyesuaian diri. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara regulasi diri baik dalam penetapan standar dan tujuan, observasi diri, evaluasi diri, reaksi diri, dan refleksi diri sebesar 58,8%. Semakin tinggi regulasi diri siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula penyesuaian dirinya. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dan ilmu baru mengenai regulasi diri dan penyesuaian diri di lingkungan boarding school dengan nuansa religious untuk mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the forms of bullying, the level of development of social skills, the impact of bullying on the development of social skills of students who are victims of bullying and efforts to minimize the occurrence of bullying. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of bullying at SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto. This research method uses a qualitative research design with a case study type of research. The research subjects in this study were 5 (five) students who were victims of bullying. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique by combining data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the Miles & Huberman concept with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the urgency of the need for guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan, (2) to determine the effect after providing services. The problem was found that the level of guidance and counseling service facilities at SMA Negeri 2 still received insufficient attention. So that service and counseling research is important to do, it is also added that his activity has never been carried out at a research location. The research method uses descriptive method with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The research sample included students in grades X to XI randomly. The results of this study indicate that guidance and counseling service activities have a good effect by finding a large number of enthusiastic students who carry out guidance and counseling services as well as efforts to increase the efforts made by the school in an effort to develop guidance and counseling services in order to support the improvement of guidance and counseling activities that are held.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an explanation of the level of religiosity of students which currently shows a number of problems among adolescents that occur due to a lack of independence in religious aspects. This research is a type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was class XI KJIJ SMK Negeri 7 Semarang which consisted of two classes. The research sample of 36 students was determined through a saturated sample. The level of religiosity is presented based on indicators. Based on the results of data analysis according to predetermined category intervals, it shows that all indicators of the level of student religiosity show scores in the High category, even though the criteria for indicators of religious experience students show lower results than the achievements on other indicators such as indicators of belief, religious practice, religious appreciation and religious knowledge.

Abstract

Self-efficacy according to Bandura is an individual's belief in the ability of an individual to organize and take the necessary actions to achieve certain results. Mukti and Tentama suggest that there are two factors that influence self-efficacy, namely internal factors and external factors. One component of the internal factor is patience. To determine the relationship between patience and the level of self-efficacy in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University. This type of research is an observational quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional research design, the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire on the patience scale and self-efficacy level scale and uses a stratified random sampling technique. Spearman test statistical data using the SPSS program. Based on the research results, there were 228 students with the highest level of patience in the high category, totaling 129 students (56.6%), then for the highest level of self-efficacy in the high category, amounting to 140 students (61.4%). Statistical analysis using the Spearman test showed a p = value of 0.000 with a correlation test of 0.357. There is a significant relationship between patience and the level of self-efficacy in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University. Patience affects the level of self-efficacy by 15.4%.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan suatu perilaku seseorang dalam melakukan penundaan pekerjaan akademiknya dilakukan dengan penuh kesadaran secara berulang-ulang dengan berbagi alasan penundaan. Prokrastinasi akademik jika sudah terjadi dimasa remaja, kemungkinan pada saat menginjak jenjang Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, tingkat prokrastinasi akademiknya akan meningkat, sehingga perlunya diberikan tindakan untuk dapat mereduksi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dengan layanan konseling kelompok teknik miracle question. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa di MTsN 4 Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode menggunakan penelitian eksperimen, dengan jenis pre experimental design dengan model one group pretest dan posttest design. Penentu subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kepada kelas VIII, Teknik pengumpulan data skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan menunjukan bahwa nilai ttabel (2.446) < thitung (7.530) yang mempunyai arti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik miracle question efektif dalam mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to overcome Academic Procrastination behavior which faced by the students in Math department by giving them individual counseling using behavior contract technique. Academic Procrastination was a behavior of consciously and repeatedly delaying a task. This study used qualitative method with descriptive design. The subjects of this study were two students. In data collection, the researcher conducted observation, interview and open ended question for four meetings. Reseracher as a counsellor gave an instrument before and after giving the counseling services. The result of this study was the students able to overcome academic procrastination. This case was proved from monitoring result that counseling activities for two weeks made the students able to finish the task without delaying it and they could submit the task based on due date. The case also can be seen from the result of instrument which given before and after the individual counseling services using behavior technique that showed the significant change namely all the tasks have been finished.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what mental problems are often experienced by children with special needs at school, how to overcome them and what achievements are expected to appear in children after being given these efforts. Because if it is not immediately addressed, mental problems in children with special needs will further hinder their development. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the method used, by collecting references from various journals. Data analysis uses a qualitative approach that seeks to identify and evaluate the overall results of the research according to the research questions or research topics. The research results obtained, namely the mental problems of children with special needs that are often encountered are learning difficulties and lack of confidence. Efforts that can be made are to carry out guidance and counseling as well as giving appreciation to children. As for what further researchers can do with regard to this phenomenon is to examine more methods of other approaches in an effort to overcome the mental problems of children with special needs at school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap psychological well-being pada remaja panti asuhan Kecamatann Gajahmungkur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ex post facto kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 remaja panti asuhan Kecamatann Gajahmungkur yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Lalu data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala dukungan sosial dan skala psychological well-being. Skala dukungan sosial berjumlah 27 item memiliki rentang nilai koefisien 0,905 hingga 0,911 dan reliabilitas 0,912. Selanjutnya Skala psychological well-being berjumlah 31 item memiliki rentang nilai koefisien 0,939 hingga 0,944 dan reliabilitas 0,944. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dukungan sosial berada pada kategori sedang (M=79,36; SD=7,72). Psychological well- being berada pada kategori sedang (M=158,40; SD=12,24). Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana dapat diperoleh hasil yaitu β = 0,966, R2 0,371, p < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial mempengaruhi psychological well-being pada remaja panti asuhan Kecamatan Gajahmungkur. Dukungan Sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 37,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainya. Kata kunci: Dukungan sosial, psychological well-being, remaja panti asuhan
