Abstract

The road is a land transportation infrastructure that is very important in facilitating economic relations activities, both between one city and another, and between cities and villages and between one village and another. Good flexible pavement, must have quality and thickness which will not be damaged due to vehicle loads. Howefer, infrastructure that is burdened by high volumes of traffic and repeatedly will cause a decline in road quality. This study aims to assess the road pavement conditions and the level of road alignment on road sections to determine the type and level of road damage that occurs on the road, find and determine handling or maintenance based on damage. Calculating the value of road damage, to determine the condition of road damage and the level of road flatness is to use the pavement condition index (PCI) and presen serviceability index (PSI) methods. after going through several stages of data collection and data analysis using the pavement condition index (PCI) method and the present serviceability index (PSI), It can be concluded that the condition of the stained highway section with a length of 3050 m has 3 types of damage occurring. The results obtained from data analysis on damage to stained highway sections, obtained a PCI value of 68 with a moderate rating (fair) based on the pavement condition index (PCI) rating, while for the present serviceability index (PSI) the PSI value was 2 categorized as sufficient. In the budget plan for overlay work with a road length of 3050 m, the total work costs are obtained 9.276.317.158 (Four billion six hundred eighty seven million nine hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).

Abstract

The rapid growth of Sharia-based peer-to-peer (P2P) lending fintech in Indonesia is accompanied by major challenges, particularly liquidity risk that may disrupt platform stability. This study aims to identify the sources of liquidity risk in Islamic fintech and formulate a mitigation model aligned with Sharia principles. A qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical and case study methods was employed. Data were collected from literature review, official reports by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and observation of practices in selected Islamic P2P platforms. The findings indicate that liquidity risks are primarily caused by borrower payment delays, maturity mismatch, panic withdrawals by lenders, and the limited availability of Sharia-compliant liquidity instruments. The proposed mitigation model includes the use of Sharia reserve funds based on tabarru’, automated payments via blockchain-based smart contracts, funding diversification through fintech sukuk, and early warning systems powered by AI. This study recommends that regulators issue specific guidelines on liquidity risk management in Islamic fintech and promote inter-institutional collaboration to ensure a resilient and sustainable Islamic financial ecosystem.

Abstract

The suspension bridge located at Ina Marina Beach, Central Maluku, serves as a connector between two artificial islands with a total length of 52 meters. This bridge lacks a reinforcement design in the working drawings, and the superstructure has experienced settlement due to weaknesses in the foundation structure. This study aims to calculate the bearing capacity of the abutment under the applied loads and to design an appropriate reinforcement system. The calculation method used includes the Bridge Management System (BMS) and ultimate strength analysis, while the reinforcement design refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-2847-2002. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the abutment is influenced by a dead load of 5 tons, a live load of 3.92 tons, and a frictional load of 693.41 tons, with horizontal forces of 58.21 tons (Pa1) and 127 tons (Pa2). The ultimate bearing capacity (Qult) is 127.3 tons/m², while the allowable bearing capacity (Qall) is 42.43 tons/m². Based on these calculations, reinforcement planning was carried out for structural elements such as the bearing slab, tread slab, and cantilever, with adjusted reinforcement specifications to ensure the stability and safety of the bridge structure.

Abstract

Water is the most essential resource in life. In every activity of life, not only humans but all living beings need water. The issue of clean water availability is something important that cannot be separated from the fabric of life. In Lohiatala village, the water source is taken from the river, then pumped to the upper settlement and stored in reservoirs, followed by distribution to distribution tanks and dispersed through 6 faucet points scattered throughout the village. This research aims to determine the population and clean water needs until the year 2043. In the research, the need for clean water in the village of Lohiatala is predicted using a population projection calculation method with an arithmetic approach, estimating a population of 782 people by 2043. Based on this population number, the required amount of water in the village of Lohiatala is 14,097 liters per hour or 0.00391 m³/second. To optimize the distribution of clean water, it is necessary to calculate the pipe diameter from the distribution tank to the sixth faucet; the result obtained by the researchers is 10 inches (taken from the calculation of the largest pipe diameter).
