Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the management of compensation and its benefits for an educational institution in increasing employee motivation. Nowadays, with the increasing level of competition in the quality of education, every institution faces the challenge of keeping up with the challenges of the times. Therefore, an institution or educational institution must be competitive, and one of the tools that institutions can use is compensation. If employees believe that the compensation scheme is fair and competitive, then the institution will find it easier to attract prospective employees, retain them, and motivate them to further improve performance, thus increasing productivity and enabling an educational institution to produce competitive products or outputs. In the end, an educational institution not only stands out from the competition, but is also able to maintain its prestige, even increase profitability and develop its quality. The results show that compensation as a form of employee work motivation in senior high schools is carried out by analyzing and identifying the purpose of compensation, factors that affect compensation, and the relationship between compensation and employee work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the use of the Bekal Santri eNJe application system, as a response to the modernization of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its services. This research uses a qualitative approach type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis starts from presenting data, reducing data and ending with drawing conclusions. The results showed that the use of the Bekal Santri eNJe application system was able to answer the challenges of modernizing pesantren and the complexity of community demands in the midst of competition between educational institutions, through the provision of services on transfer-based remittances, Teping-based Santri Shopping, and payments made digitally through virtual accounts.

Abstract

The diversity that exists in the learning process is an art in teaching and learning, to observe the difference in how well students understand the subjects taught during the learning process, many tips are realized. Therefore, to produce good learning it is necessary to pay attention to several elements, one of which is the aspect of an effective learning approach. The STIFIN intelligence method is one of several effective approaches that can be used during the learning process. This approach seeks to make it easier for students to understand learning styles. The purpose of this study is to understand the learning styles of students in Al-Mawaddah Area, Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach for several types of case studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and literature review. From this research it is known that students more easily understand effective learning strategies to use during the learning process. The application can be done by starting with ice breaking to divert the attention of students to make it easier to understand the material presented. The provision of media is also very supportive in the learning process to provide support to students. Then an approach is made according to the basic machine of each student.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out and evaluate how much the quality standards of musyrif and musyrifah services and the quality of musyrif musyrifah in the academic process in Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid. Musyrif musyrifah here is a manager and mobilizer who accompanies, helps, motivates, conditions and directs students in Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid. This musyrifah musyrifah becomes a supervisor and guide in the learning process both in academic programs and takhassus. The results showed that the standardization of the quality of musyrif musyrifah can be concluded, namely with the musyrif musyrifah service to the program that runs in mahad aly where musyrif musyrifah becomes a parent, supervisor, guide as well as a place to find insight into the book of turats. The second standardization can be expressed by the quality of the musyrif musyrifah itself both seen from the academic quality that has been carried out before becoming a graduate of Mahad Aly, it can also be known from the service that has been carried out. So in this case, musyrif musyrifah studies and applies his knowledge with scientific charity and amaliyah science.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand about the Management of Integration of the Madrasah Diniyah Curriculum with Formal Institutions in Improving the Quality of Graduates at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis starts from presenting data, reducing data and ending with drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of the integration of non-formal madrasah diniyah curriculum in formal education units was carried out by developing the previous integration model. The author calls it the "Curriculum Integration Development Model". In this model explained, first, planning is carried out combining administrative, arena and inverted models. Second, the implementation is carried out by developing two models, namely fragmented models in scientific disciplines and learning sub-units and shared models between scientific and learning disciplines. Third, the evaluation is carried out by developing a stufflebeam's evaluation model, without including curriculum context assessment.

Abstract

This research applies an interactive learning model to the management of tahfidz classes at MA Nurul Jadid to improve students' ability to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an. The tahfidz process begins with coaching to equalize the basic abilities of the students, followed by memorization under the guidance of the ustadz and memorizing murojaah. Students are given the freedom to memorize outside the specified time and place. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection through interviews and documentation. Supporting and inhibiting factors for the tahfidz process include the students' goals and interests, intelligence, environment, and laziness. The research results show that the application of the interactive learning model in the management of tahfidz classes at MA Nurul Jadid follows a predetermined schedule. The Al-Qur'an tahfidz method used at MA Nurul Jadid is quite effective even though there are still several supporting and inhibiting factors in the tahfidz learning process. However, the results achieved by students are quite good and in accordance with the programmed curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of pesantren culture on the formation of the character of students at the Sirojul Ulum Pare Kediri Islamic Boarding School. In this study using a quantitative approach, in which researchers collected data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is inferential analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling of 40 students. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Islamic boarding school culture on the formation of the character of the students at the Queen Al-Falah Ploso Islamic Boarding School, Kediri, has a strong and significant influence of 27.3%, meaning that the culture of the Islamic boarding school is significantly related to the formation of the character of the students. Meanwhile, 72.7% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of the role of public relations in promoting and improving the image of educational institutions, with a special focus on madrasas. Discusses communication strategies and public relations management, as well as the use of information technology in education. This study also highlights the impact of community participation in education and the role of public relations in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the impact of public relations on the quality of education and public trust located at MAN Bondowoso. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bondowoso is a practical example that shows efforts to change negative perceptions about madrasas and introduce this institution to the public. Supporting factors such as support from alumni and parents were identified, as well as inhibiting factors including dual roles as teachers and public relations, budget limitations, and inadequate facilities. The results of these efforts resulted in improving the quality of education and increasing public trust in madrasas. Overall, this research emphasizes the important role of public relations in improving the quality of education and growing public trust in educational institutions. This underlines the importance of community relations as a management function that fosters positive relationships between organizations and society, especially in the context of educational institutions.

Abstract

Penulisan ini mengkaji strategi humas berbasis media sosial dalam pengembangan SMK Nurul Jadid untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya jumlah pendaftar dan kurangnya visibilitas sekolah, penulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan strategi humas melalui platform digital, dampaknya terhadap peningkatan jumlah siswa, dan peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak sekolah, observasi partisipatif terhadap aktivitas media sosial sekolah, serta analisis konten media sosial. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa SMK Nurul Jadid memanfaatkan Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok untuk membangun citra positif, menarik minat calon siswa, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan pemangku kepentingan. Konten yang dipublikasikan berfokus pada kegiatan sekolah, prestasi siswa, dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Meskipun demikian, penulisan ini menemukan tantangan dalam konsistensi pembuatan konten akibat keterbatasan sumber daya. Implikasi penulisan ini menekankan pentingnya program pengelolaan media sosial yang terstruktur, pelatihan tim pengelola, pemanfaatan testimoni alumni, dan evaluasi berkala. Penulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi humas berbasis media sosial berpotensi besar meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan memperkuat branding sekolah, namun memerlukan pengelolaan yang lebih terstruktur dan konsisten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai strategi-strategi Public Relations (PR) yang efektif dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid di mata publik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi PR yang diterapkan oleh Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid melibatkan digitalisasi, jejaring alumni, dan kegiatan komunitas. Digitalisasi meningkatkan interaksi dan memperkuat hubungan dengan audiens, sementara jejaring alumni mendukung reputasi dan penghematan sumber daya. Kegiatan komunitas penting untuk membangun kedekatan emosional dengan masyarakat sekitar. Meskipun tantangan dalam hal konsistensi, sumber daya yang memadai, dan inovasi tetap ada, kombinasi strategi digital dan fisik, serta dokumentasi yang transparan, memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap citra madrasah. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar madrasah terus menyeimbangkan pendekatan digital dengan kegiatan fisik agar tetap relevan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik.
