Abstract

There is an equal right between private and public schools to receive non-physical allocation funds, namely BOS funds. One of the BOS funds is intended for the cost of managing facilities and infrastructure such as the cost of minor repairs, rehabilitation and purchasing equipment that is not too expensive. The problem in this study is that not all educational institutions, both private and public, have the ability to manage their educational facilities and infrastructure. So that many infrastructure facilities that were initially lightly damaged are left to be severely damaged. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasarah, Waka Sarana Prasarana and Waka Kurikulum. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded in several things: first, MAN 1 Mojokerto succeeded in planning infrastructure facilities in accordance with the indicators that researchers appear, namely the needs, financing and prioritization of the three indicators MAN 1 Mojokerto made a strategic plan MAN 1 Mojokerto in improving the quality of education. Second, the procurement of infrastructure facilities in improving the quality of education MAN 1 Mojokerto has set the procurement of infrastructure facilities by means of maintenance, purchase and maintenance in accordance with the strategic plan and standards in place. Procurement of infrastructure facilities in improving quality at MAN 1 Mojokerto is in accordance with the indicators that researchers have come up with, namely determination, procurement sources and quality.

Abstract

This research was created to determine the professionalism of teachers in assisting Interactive PPT learning. The writing method is carried out using a type of qualitative research with various approaches, as a means of searching for and understanding a phenomenon. So that this research can find out central symptoms. To find out these central symptoms, this research activity will use interview and observation techniques. The research results show that using interactive power point media can make the learning process more interactive because students can use the media directly. Can save time and energy. Because the message conveyed by the teacher is helped by the existence of interactive media, it can improve the quality of student learning outcomes and can foster students' positive attitudes towards learning. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the perspectives of education and the responsibilities of professional teachers, which are the focus of this study. This research utilizes library exploration as its approach. The research findings indicate that professional teachers generally have responsibilities to plan learning, conduct quality learning processes, assess and evaluate learning outcomes, enhance and develop academic qualifications and competencies continuously in line with the development of science, technology, and the arts. They should act objectively and non-discriminatively based on considerations of gender, religion, ethnicity, race, and specific physical conditions, or family backgrounds, and socio-economic status of learners in the learning process. They should uphold laws, regulations, and the ethical codes of teachers, as well as religious values and ethics, while fostering national unity and unity.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing a figure named Rifa'ah Rafi al-Tahtawi who is known as a modernizer of Islamic education in Egypt. This research method uses descriptive narrative research by describing the figure of a Rifa'ah Rafi al-Tahtawi in the Islamic world, how his reforms, contributions, and the fruits of his thoughts. The data sources that researchers use and become reference materials are the main book by Hana Fakhury, Tarikh al-adab al-Araby al-adab al-Hadith and several other reference books such as; Rifa'ah a-Tahtawi; The Islamic Education Reformer by M. Fazlurrahman Hadi, Lc, M.Pd.I. The results of this study are the biographical presentation of Rifa'ah Rafi' al-Tahtawi, Rifa'ah al-Tahtawi's works, and Rifa'ah al-Tahtawi's thinking in modernizing education in Egypt which includes; Universalization and Generalization of Education for All Muslims, Urgency of Education for Women, Existence of Enlightenment and Renewal Thought of Rifa'ah Rafi' al-Tahtawi, and Reconciling Arab-Islamic Tradition and Western Tradition.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at perceptions of teacher leadership based on school management at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency. This type of research is qualitative with pedagogical, sociological and phenomenological approaches. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in terms of school management, the role of the school principal cannot be separated from being the spearhead in realizing good school management. Based on the teacher's perception above, the answer includes positive things regarding school management at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng. Teachers at MTs. Guppi Taipale'leng also felt involved in making decisions at the school, thus creating the perception that the teachers there felt involved. Related to school management at MTs. Guppi Taipale'leng is also well-directed and in good condition because of the structure of each component in the school in terms of leadership, support, teacher involvement and school policies. Don't forget the collaboration between teachers and principals at MTs. Guppi Taipale'leng is very well established, which means that school management can be realized well. Teacher perception is also very necessary because this can help the principal in organizing school management. Because in reality, in creating good school management, there must be cooperation between the school principal and the teachers in the school.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the ideas of educational psychology contained in the Qur'an and how they affect the psychological health of students. This study examines the verses of the Qur'an related to educational psychology, character formation, motivation, and emotional regulation using qualitative methodology. In order to understand how the lessons of the Qur'an are practically applied in the classroom, the opinions of Islamic educational psychologists are also examined. The findings suggest that the Qur'an offers a thorough guide to help students ' psychological growth in Islamic education. The Qur'anic concepts of fitrah, moral development, motivation, and emotional regulation can be a solid foundation for the development of character and mental health of students. The study offers suggestions to improve the level of Islamic education while strengthening the knowledge and application of Islamic education psychology based on the Qur'an. It is expected that this study can be a guide to Islamic teaching strategies in the future that emphasize more on the moral and mental health of students.

Abstract

A pivotal point in Islamic history, the Abbasid Dynasty (750-1258 CE) saw remarkable advances in intellectual thought, knowledge, and culture. The foundation of Islamic culture was shaped by the enduring contributions of scholars of this era in the fields of philosophy, science, law, art, and spirituality. Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Malik, Imam Shafi'i, and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal were influential in the development of Islamic jurisprudence, and scholars such as Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, and Ibn Sina advanced human understanding by blending Islamic doctrines with Greek philosophy. Through academics such as Imam Ghazali, the Abbasid Dynasty also encouraged the development of art, culture, and spirituality, which had an impact on the Islamic reform and revival movements. Islamic science is increasingly strengthened by the establishment of educational institutions, which gave birth to generations of insightful and competent. These contributions demonstrate the enduring influence of the intellectuals of the Abbasid era on the development of Islam in the modern era and continue to influence contemporary Islamic thought.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the objectives, characteristics, and educational models implemented by Jami’atul Washliyah in Indonesia. Jami’atul Washliyah is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, playing a significant role in the development of Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach, examining various documents and literature. The findings show that the primary goal of Jami’atul Washliyah’s education is to shape individuals with noble character, deep religious knowledge, and the ability to contribute positively to society. The main characteristics of education at Jami’atul Washliyah include the integration of religious and general education, the application of Islamic values in all aspects of education, and an emphasis on moral and ethical development. The educational model implemented includes an integrated curriculum, extracurricular activities that support character development, and intensive religious training. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and serve as a reference for other educational organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence the use of the school library and reading corner has on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi. This type of research is ex post facto research with a quantitative approach and a scientific approach through pedagogical and psychological approaches. There were 203 respondents in this study using a sample of 40 people using a simple random sampling technique which used a questionnaire instrument to obtain data which was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression test simultaneously through multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that the use of the school library affects students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 31.40 + 0.58X. Then the use of reading corners on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 5.51 + 1.18X. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence between the use of the school library and reading corners on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = = 0.32+ 0.27X1+ 1.67X2 and the level of influence is 96.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Knowing the use of teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and ethics based on the quizizz application at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene Sidrap. 2) Knowing the learning motivation of students at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene Sidrap. 3) Knowing the effect of the use of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics teaching materials based on the quizizz application on student learning motivation at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene Sidrap. This research is a quantitative research with the type of quasi experiment. With a population of 277 students who were sampled with purposive sampling techniques determined with 60 students divided into experimental groups and control groups. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) The use of teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and ethics based on the quizizz application at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene Sidrap is close to 100% in accordance with the steps designed, so it can be said to be running 'Very Well'. 2) The effect of using teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and Ethics based on the quizizz application on student learning motivation at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Pangkajene Sidrap is obtained through a questionnaire of student learning motivation which is then calculated using a Likert scale which is then measured using the category of the success rate of student learning motivation. Shows the results of 90% which means that the learning motivation of students is in the 'Very Good' category; 3) There is a significant influence on the use of teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti based on the quizizz application, this is indicated by the results of the paired sample t-test data processing which shows that the asymp.Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 or smaller than α 0.05.
