Abstract

The presence of technological innovation in education is an effort to enhance the effective delivery of materials to students. E-modules are one of the technological innovations. In this study, the application of e-modules will be carried out for teaching soil and soil characteristics to determine whether the material in the e-module can assist students in improving their learning outcomes. The method used is the design one group pretest posttest method. Implementation will be conducted by administering pretests and posttests as well as discussing the materials provided in the e-module. Based on the research results, it is shown that the implementation of the e-module, which was carried out using pretests and posttests, resulted in an improvement in students' learning outcomes, as measured by the N-Gain formula. An N-Gain value is considered high if G > 0.7, indicating significant improvement, while if the value of G < 0.3, it indicates low improvement. A value of 0.72 was obtained, which falls into the high category. This means that the implementation of the e-module led to a significant improvement and aided the learning activities related to Soil Mechanics.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan resiko kecelakaan kerja pada gudang kabel yang akan dijadikan sebagai pedoman pada setiap aktifitas yang dilakukan. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak manajemen gudang dalam meningkatkan sistem manajemen K3 sesuai dengan standar yang ada. Hasil identifikasi bahaya dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification , Risk Assesment , and Risk Control (HIRARC) pada pekerjaan bongkar-muat barang terdapat terdapat 2 aspek dengan 6 potensi bahaya kemudian terdapat 3 aspek dan 5 potensi bahaya pada pekerjaan bongkar haspel utuh dan terakhir terdapat 1 aspek dan 5 potensi bahaya pada pekerjaan pemotongan kabel. Hasil Penilaian Resiko dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification , Risk Assesment , and Risk Control (HIRARC) Pada penilaian resiko untuk pekerjaan bongkar-muat kabel bahaya tidak tepat meletakkan barang memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu 12. Pada pekerjaan bongkar kabel utuh bahaya berupa serbuk kayu yang beterbangan dan paku yang ada mendapat nilai 12. Kemudian pekerjaan pemotongan kabel, pada pekerjaan ini ada 2 bahaya yang mendapat nilai tinggi yaitu pelat yang menonjol pada kabel dengan nilai 12 serta penggunaan mesin potong yang digunakan untuk memotong kabel berdiameter besar dengan nilai 16.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya dari pekerjaan konstruksi dinding secara konvensional dengan bata ringan dan metode pracetak pada bangunan hunian rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus pada bangunan hunian cluster dua lantai tipe 66 dengan luas tanah 60 m2. Metode pracetak lebih efisien dari metode konvensional dengan bata ringan karena adanya proses prefabrikasi yang dilakukan secara eksitu maupun insitu dengan lingkungan yang terkontrol. Dengan metode pracetak pekerjaan dinding dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat. Namun untuk pemasangannya membutuhkan alat berat dan tenaga kerja yang lebih banyak. Metode ini sendiri telah digunakan untuk proyek bangunan gedung namun belum begitu banyak pada proyek rumah sederhana. Hasil menunjukan bahwa metode pracetak memiliki estimasi harga material yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional dengan bata ringan, namun karena efektifitas pekerjaanya yang lebih tinggi justru menghasilkan estimasi biaya upah yang lebih rendah sehingga total estimasi biayanya menjadi rendah.

Abstract

In the learning process, lecturers have quite an important role because a lecturer is required to manage or organize so that the learning process can run well. The objectives of writing this article are Determine the category of outstanding lecturers by applying fuzzy logic with the mamdani method. Produce a mathlab program developed using the mamdani method to determine outstanding lecturers at Graha Nusantara University. Today, information technology, especially soft computing technology, is developing very quickly. One of the most developed software computing technologies is fuzzy logic, as it can be used to measure various ambiguous, camouflaged or fuzzy phenomena. One of the research topics applying fuzzy logic is the evaluation system in the research field. Research conducted by professors from Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University in Simlitabmas data Still in the category of orientation to move to intermediate level, professors from UGN Padangsidimpuan are challenged to be able to develop, contribute and apply knowledge required for research. To do this, we needed an application that could be used to calculate and record teacher performance in outcomes research. The purpose of this study is to apply fuzzy logic with Mamdani method to evaluate the research efficiency of professors at Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University this study uses Mamdani fuzzy logic.

Abstract

Pencahayaan alami merupakan pencahayaan yang bersumber dari cahaya matahari, dan merupakan faktor yang sangat memberikan pengaruh terhadap karya arsitektur. Pencahayaan alami bagi penggunaan bangunan akan dapat memberikan kenyamanan visual, sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam menjalankan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Pencahayaan alami pada suatu hunian harus disesuaikan dengan standar pencahayaan yang berlaku yang telah diatur dalam Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 03-6575-2001. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian pencahayaan alami dalam rumah tinggal dengan standar yang berlaku. Objek penelitian yang digunakan merupakan suatu perumahan Sempakata Jl. Bunga Sedap Malam, Medan Selayang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan perolehan data melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan disimulasikan menggunakan aplikasi Daylight Analysis Data pengukuran kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar pencahayaan yang diatur dalam SNI. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan alami pada ruangan-ruangan rumah di lokasi penelitian banyak yang melebihi standar dari SNI, dan ada pula beberapa ruangan yang belum memenuhi standar. Penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan, bahwa hampir seluruh ruangan pada rumah tinggal ini memiliki pencahayaan alami yang tidak sesuai dengan standar SNI. Oleh karena itu, ruangan-ruangan dapat dinyatakan memerlukan penyesuaian.

Abstract

The lack of job opportunities and the focus of higher education institutions on producing graduates as job seekers rather than creating job opportunities are the causes of high unemployment rates among educated individuals, including students. Therefore, the government is striving to increase the number of entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions, including the Department of Building Engineering Education at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, to enhance their interest in entrepreneurship so they can assist the government in reducing unemployment rates. This thesis aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge gained from the technopreneurship and innovation course on the entrepreneurial interest of Building Engineering Education students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis employing quantitative calculation methods such as normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis testing, including regression equation testing, coefficient of determination testing, and t-tests. Data collection techniques in this research include multiple-choice tests and questionnaires with a total of 58 student respondents. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence of the Entrepreneurship Knowledge variable in the Technopreneurship and Innovation Course on Entrepreneurial Interest. The regression result is Y = 12.608 + 0.436X, with a calculated t-count of 13.861 > the tabulated t-table of 2.002 (for df 56) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating significance. The coefficient of determination 〖(R〗^2) is 73.9%. Thus, it is concluded that Entrepreneurship Knowledge in the Technopreneurship and Innovation Course has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to develop e-module-based teaching materials for building materials science courses in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research begins with the collection of needs analysis data through questionnaires, product design, product validation, limited product trials, and ends with user assessment of the products that have been developed. The results of material expert validation on e-modules were declared very feasible by obtaining a percentage of 89.39%, and media expert validation was declared very feasible with a percentage of 93.94%. The results of the limited trial on each e-module showed an increase in learning outcomes, and the e-module received a positive assessment from users by obtaining a percentage of 93.65% with a very feasible category. It can be concluded that e-modules can be used in learning building materials science courses in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta.

Abstract

Surabaya Pasar Turi Station, a Class A train station, is situated in Surabaya, East Java, within the Operational Area VIII (DAOP 8) Surabaya under the management of KAI Commuter. This station serves a substantial number of passengers and plays a critical role in regional transportation. To enhance passenger satisfaction, it is essential to align service delivery with user priorities, provide facilities that meet established standards, and ensure high-quality services. This study evaluates the conformity of station facilities with Indonesian Regulation PM 63 of 2019 and examines the quality of services provided to passengers. Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method, the study assesses the gap between passenger expectations and actual experiences, identifying critical areas for improvement to optimize passenger satisfaction. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires comprising 15 service attributes to station passengers. Observational findings indicate several non-compliant facilities, such as the platform height at Line IV exceeding regulatory standards, the canopy on Platform IV not matching its length, and the insufficient availability of fire extinguishers (APAR) in the waiting area. Service Quality analysis reveals that while passengers are generally satisfied, specific indicators require improvement. The three key areas identified for enhancement include the adequacy of the waiting room, platform alignment with train height, and parking facilities. This research underscores the importance of prioritizing passenger needs and regulatory compliance to improve service quality. Addressing these deficiencies can significantly enhance passenger experiences and the operational efficiency of Surabaya Pasar Turi Station. The findings provide actionable recommendations for station management to align services with regulatory standards and passenger expectations, contributing to the overall quality of public transportation in the region.

Abstract

Keretakan pada pondasi merupakan salah satu indikasi awal dari potensi kegagalan struktur bangunan yang dapat mengganggu kestabilan dan keamanan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab keretakan pada pondasi Masjid yang dibangun di kawasan Proyek Waduk Lebak Bulus, Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pihak pelaksana proyek, telaah dokumen teknis, serta evaluasi data hasil penyelidikan tanah melalui metode sondir, hand boring, dan pengujian laboratorium. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan penyebab keretakan berasal dari kesalahan dalam proses pengecoran beton, khususnya penambahan air berlebih dalam campuran beton yang menyebabkan nilai faktor air semen (FAS) melebihi standar. Hal ini berdampak pada penurunan kekuatan dan kelecakan beton yang berujung pada keretakan struktural awal. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengawasan mutu pelaksanaan konstruksi, khususnya pada tahap pekerjaan beton, agar sesuai dengan prosedur teknis yang berlaku. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam perencanaan dan pengawasan pondasi bangunan di wilayah bertanah lunak.

Abstract

Permukiman padat di kawasan perkotaan menghadirkan tantangan serius dalam penyediaan air bersih, terutama akibat kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi dan keterbatasan sumber daya air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air bersih di Kelurahan Pademangan Barat, Jakarta Utara, dengan memproyeksikan jumlah penduduk selama 10 tahun ke depan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui tiga metode proyeksi populasi, yaitu metode aritmatika, geometrik, dan least square. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pertimbangan tren pertumbuhan penduduk, metode aritmatika dipilih sebagai dasar estimasi kebutuhan air bersih masa depan. Hasil proyeksi menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2032 jumlah penduduk diperkirakan mencapai 570.902 jiwa, dengan total kebutuhan air bersih sebesar 1291,4 liter per detik. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan strategis dalam pengelolaan air bersih untuk kawasan permukiman padat guna menjamin keberlanjutan layanan air di masa mendatang.
