Abstract

This research aims to describe the obstacles experienced by elementary school teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum on the background of observation data showing the acquisition of student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 2 Bayem in implementing the independent curriculum. To respond to this, the researcher conducted class action research that aimed to improve the results of students' learning activities. The objective to be achieved in this study is to analyze the ability of students obtained using the independent curriculum.The implementation of this research covers all classes where the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 2 Bayem is not entirely implemented. This Merdeka Curriculum is only applied in grades 4, 5, and 6 with a total of 30 students per class while grades 1, 2, and 3 have not fully used this independent curriculum because the teachers at SD Negeri 2 Bayem still have not fully mastered the independent curriculum and the obstacles include the age of the teachers and the limitations in running social media which are lacking.

Abstract

Learning media is a useful tool and intermediary for facilitating the teaching and learning process to streamline communication between teachers and students. This community service activity is divided into three main activities, namely the delivery of concepts or theories of multimedia, types of multimedia, the use of multimedia, and making presentations using practical and interactive PowerPoints tools; second, training on how to use PowerPoint effectively; and third, evaluation on the ability of training participants in making multimedia-based teaching materials.

Abstract

Stunting atau istilah lain untuk gangguan tumbuh kembang akibat kekurangan gizi pada balita atau anak-anak sampai saat ini masih banyak dijumpai di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data survei status gizi balita Indonesia tahun 2021, prevalensi stunting saat ini masih sebesar 24,4 persen atau 5,33 juta balita. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang tidak sesuai dengan usia dan termasuk masalah gizi kronis. Sayangnya, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang stunting dan cara pencegahannya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu, mengurangi dan mencegah stunting yang dapat mempengaruhi proses tumbuh kembang anak dan remaja khususnya di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Ngajum Kabupaten Malang. Dalam penulisan jurnal ini, kami menggunakan Plan, DO, Check, dan Metode strategi tindakan serta menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan responden tentang stunting. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara kejadian stunting dengan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Total pengetahuan yang diperoleh sebelum pendidikan persentase benar 60,3% dan meningkat setelah pendidikan menjadi 85,6%

Abstract

This study evaluates the factors that influence the success and failure of Community Vocational Training Centers (BLKK) in transforming into entrepreneurial incubators in East Java, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. The study used survey and field observation methods involving 23 new incubators. Data were collected through a questionnaire assessing 10 key indicators, including facilities, quality of trainers, access to funding, and external cooperation, as well as direct visitation to review specific factors affecting incubator success. The results showed that most incubators have successfully provided significant support to tenants, with an average success index of 4.36. Key supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, the quality of experienced mentors, and the potential of the region surrounding the incubator. However, some incubators still face obstacles such as limited funding and business legality issues. Recommendations are given to improve these aspects to make incubator mentoring programs more effective in the future.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 emergency, schools have implemented learning activities in the midst of an emergency according to the conditions and creativity of each school, where students learn from home with guidance from teachers and parents. In this activity, it is directed to achieve the objectives of this training, the instructors get additional knowledge of knowledge about making interactive online-based multimedia learning media and can create interactive online-based multimedia learning media. The methods applied in this activity are direct training and practice. In this training, several activities will be given including the presentation of material and the practice of making media by the training participants. Furthermore, the learning media that has been done by the teachers are presented in front of the class to provide input to each other for the improvement of the learning media that has been made. The result of this activity is a YouTube channel containing instructional videos made by SD Ma'arif Ketegan teachers.

Abstract

  Indonesia is known for its rich diversity, including in the arts. In Kelurahan Sukamulya, Kuningan, Cigugur, there is a unique art form called Gong Renteng. This study investigates how the Gong Renteng art form is implemented in a community with diverse religious backgrounds. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies. Interviews were conducted to obtain information about the Gong Renteng art in Kelurahan Sukamulya, while document studies were used to obtain related documents such as photos or past data. The results of the study show that the Gong Renteng art form is not a problem for the community in Kelurahan Sukamulya. In fact, Gong Renteng itself serves as a medium to unite the community with diverse religious backgrounds and trains them to practice moderation and tolerance.

Abstract

Today every university including PTKIN cannot avoid continually being prepared and competing with various other universities both at national and international levels. In winning the competition and replying to higher education the competitive advantage factor is taken into account. High performance of university which is based on three aspects, namely cost-based, product-based, and service-based. PTKIN must have quality and service excellence, as well as the ability to compete in the costs and excellence of majors / study programs offered. There are many factors that influence highly competitive universities, including the factors of human resource development, community development (analysis of community development) and the ability to build networks and cooperation. This study tries to annul the most dominant factors towards competitive advantage . The study took samples of Lecturers and Education Personnel at PTKIN UIN Malang, UIN Surabaya, UIN Jogjakarta, and UIN Bandung using simple random techniques. The sample of respondents is 200 people and check. Statistical analysis used multiple regression components of the Multivariate Principle. Research (1) The results showed (1) All the variables of Human Resource Development (HRD), Community Development Analysis (CDA), and Network Cooperation (NP) related to Competitive Advantage (CA) or PTKIN competitiveness (production quality), quality of service (quality of service), also competitive advantage in financing and quality of safety management (price) unless the CDA converter variable is smaller than the others. (2) HRD variable regression coefficient value of 0.714. Increasing HRD, CA will also increase by 0.714 or 71.4% of the CDA variable value of -0.168. This means, if other factors are considered constant, there is no direct effect of CDA on CA or smaller than HRD and NP because the results are -0.168. While the NP variable value is 0.409. This means, for each increase in NP, CA will also increase by 0.409 or 40.9%. (3) The results of simultaneous testing show differences in variation together between HRD, CDA, NP against CA is 75.8% or accepted 24.2% is used by other factors that are not rejected. From the results of this study, PTKIN is important for developing HR (HRD) and increasing network and quality cooperation (NP) as well as developing CDA to increase PTKIN's competitiveness towards international class or WCU (Word Class University).

Abstract

The government has tried to make various efforts to suppress the spread of COVID-19, including by making health protocols in various life activities in the community. Learning activities at the Wardatul Ishlah Al-Qur'an Education Institute located at the Wardatul Ishlah Mosque resulted in large crowds, while in the pandemic era this was very much against health protocol in order to prevent and suppress the spread of COVID-19. However, the recitation of the holy Qur’an is not an easy activity to leave, because the activity is a fairly primary activity and is not easy to just take a day off. Due to the conflict between the two interests, namely the interests of health and the interests of religion, at LPQ Wardatul Ishlah, they are looking for a middle way and applying the concept of religious moderation so that reciting activity can still be carried out while still complying with health protocol.

Abstract

The Yanbu'a method has been implemented in the Al-Qur'an education system at TPQ Miftahul Huda, located in Asrikaton Village, Malang Regency. The Yanbu'a instruction takes place daily in two sessions, imparting lessons in reading, writing, reciting the Al-Qur'an with tajweed (correct pronunciation), as well as memorizing hadiths. Challenges arise among novice students who tend to lack focus, compounded by insufficient parental support. The adopted solution involves enhancing interaction between parents and educators, while also introducing alternative, engaging teaching methods and providing adequate facilities.

Abstract

Dunia sudah satu tahun ini tengah mengalami musibah pandemi secara serentak dengan wabah virus yang dikenal dengan COVID 19 melanda mayoritas nergara-negara. Pandemi ini bermula sejak akhir bulan November tahun 2019 yang mula-mula berkembang di Negara Cina. Akibat dari proses penularan penyakit ini melalui drop plat perkembangannya sangat cepat dalam waktu singkat sudah menjalar ke berbagai negara. Indonesia juga tidak bisa mengindar dari penyebaran wabah virus tersebut sejak awal tahun 2020.Pemerintah juga menganjurkan kepada masyarakat selalu menjaga kesahatan diri dengan selalui menjaga pola makan yang bergizi serta memberi asupan vitamin untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh tetap terjaga.pembuatan dan pembagian jamu tradisional serta brosur cara pembuatan jamu. Kami membuat jamu dengan bahan jahe merah, kunyit, air, asam jawa dan gula merah. Bahan-bahan tersebut sangat mudah dicari di daerah Kelurahan Dompak sehingga kami menggunakan bahan tersebut untuk membuat jamu. Kunyit mempunyai beberapa manfaat yang sangat baik untuk tubuh. Beberapa manfaatnya yaitu mampu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, mengobati radang, mengurangi rasa mual, mengatasi perut yang kembung, mengurangi nyeri saat haid, obat alergi, menangkal bakteri jahat, penawar racun, mengobati maag, menstabilkan kadar gula darah, meredakan peradangan usus, melawan infeksi, membantu menurunkan berat badan merawat hati dan masih banyak manfaat kunyit yang lainnya.
