Abstract

Education management is the heart of education. To get a quality educational process, namely by having an educational component that is followed in the educational process itself. Therefore the urgency of a management is interesting to study, especially in improving the quality of education. This research is a literature study, using documentary data collection methods and content analysis. Educational institutions can be said to be of high quality if their educational inputs, processes and outputs can meet the requirements demanded by users of educational services, both internal and external. The concepts contained in education management require new innovations in order to be able to create useful quality education. To create quality Islamic education, a strategy must be implemented that is oriented to the needs and expectations of customers/ customers. stakeholder.

Abstract

The curriculum is the spirit of educational institutions. 4 curriculum components, namely objectives, material/content, teaching and learning process and evaluation. The implementation of the madrasa curriculum is adjusted to the characteristics of the madrasa. This study aims to determine; Implementation of the 2013 MA Plus Skills Curriculum and Curriculum Components at MAN 1 Karanganyar. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The research location is MAN 1 Karanganyar. Research data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the following procedures: collecting data, reducing, presenting, and verifying data. The results of the study show: (1) It is a research-based madrasa and plus skills, (2) the curriculum implemented is the 2013 curriculum (3) Organizes regular science/IPS/religious classes and skills classes (welding techniques, fashion, machining techniques, motorcycle banking and business techniques, modeling techniques and building information and multimedia);(4) Curriculum implementation focuses on preparing superior, intelligent, skilled, independent, noble and global-minded people (5) Evaluations are carried out regularly to measure the achievement of goals curriculum.

Abstract

The Jarimatika method is a method used by prospective hafidz to make it easier to memorize Al-Qur'an, by using the fingers of the hand as a tool. Muroja'ah together is a method used by a prospective hafidz to repeat a rote so that the memorization will stick well in the memory of the brain, and be pronounced fluently orally, done together with friends. Memorization speed includes the time it takes for someone to memorize the Al-Qur'an. The aim is to determine the effect of the Jarimatika method on the speed of memorizing the Al-Qur'an juz 30 students of the tahfidz Islamic boarding school Ma'unatul Qur'an Mojosari Mojokerto. The type of research used is quantitative-associative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The population in this study were 120 santri tahfidz Islamic boarding school Ma'unatul Qur'an Mojosari Mojokerto and the sample taken by the researcher was 36 students. Hypothesis testing shows that there is an effect of the Jarimatika method on the speed of memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 30 tahfidz students of the Ma'unatul Qur'an Mojokerto Islamic boarding school, Mojokerto, because tcount = 4.108> t table 1.688, with probability or asymp. Sig = (2-tailed ) 0.000 <0.05. The linear regression equation obtained is ? = 21.402 + 0.645X, thus Ha is accepted. The results of the research show that it is better to increase the motivation to memorize the Al-Qur'an and increase the love for the Al-Qur'an so that they will continue to be interested in exploring the contents of the Al-Qur'an and practicing it, in order to create a generation of Qur'ani in the Ma'unatul Islamic boarding school. Abstract

The background of this research is the author's attention to the teaching and learning process of fourth grade students at MI Ulumuddin in the Fiqh subject, there are still many students who seem to lack understanding and enthusiasm in participating in each learning process, thus affecting student learning outcomes in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out: the application of the demonstration method in learning, and improving student learning outcomes at MI Ulumuddin Gudo Jombang in the academic year. This research is a type of field research (field reserch). Researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews with school principals, grade IV teachers, and grade IV students and through documentation. The data analysis technique used is by means of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show: First, the application of the demonstration method to the Fiqh, namely the initial stage is for the teacher to make a lesson plan. The second stage is the process of applying the demonstration method. The third stage is assessment with the teacher giving assignments to students. The steps for implementing the demonstration method are the teacher giving greetings and greetings to students, then the teacher conveys the learning objectives, then the teacher explains the prayer material to students, after that the teacher practices the material in front of the class, after practicing the teacher appoints one of the students to demonstrate the material that has been taught. explained with their friends, after the students demonstrated the teacher gave conclusions or evaluations and gave assignments in the student book related to prayer material. This method can overcome the monotony of students and make students active in the lesson.

Abstract

Fostering morals in children is something that must be considered by parents, teachers and the community in order to produce the next generation of people who are noble and knowledgeable. Therefore the role of the PAI teacher is very important, because the role of the PAI teacher is all religious efforts made to develop religious potential in order to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This study discusses moral development carried out by Islamic religious education teachers towards their students at Penggaron Elementary School. This research is a field research (field research), the form of research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that the role of PAI teachers in fostering student morals included: providing exemplary students, habituating religious activities, giving advice and giving sanctions or punishments to students who violated it. The morals possessed by Pengaron Elementary School students include: Religious, disciplined, polite, responsible, fond of reading, honest. In the process of fostering student morals, supporting and inhibiting factors were found for the teacher in fostering student morals. Among the supporting factors for PAI teachers in fostering student morals is the existence of cooperation between PAI teachers and all school members. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the environmental factors that are different for each student, making it difficult for the school to supervise each student when they are out of school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discuss the use of audio-visual media in improving learning skills in the Aqidah Akhlak course among MTs Miftahussalam students. An experimental research design with a control group was used in this study. The results showed that the use of audio-visual media improved students' learning skills in the topic of Akidah Akhlak in MTs Miftahussalam. The use of audio-visual media in learning as a successful and entertaining method for instructors and students is a recommendation that can be made. This research is expected to help establish new and effective learning strategies to improve the quality of learning for Akidah Akhlak courses in pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode stract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the discussion method on student independence in MTs Miftahul Ulum Distance Kulon Jogoroto. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview documentation. The results showed the effectiveness of the discussion method on student independence in learning fiqh class VIII at MTs Miftahul Ulum Jogoroto. Overall it went well and smoothly. In its application there are three stages, namely giving assignments, carrying out tasks and being accountable or evaluating. The constraints experienced in applying the Effectiveness of the Discussion Method to Students' Independence in Class VIII Fiqih Learning at MTs Miftahul Ulum Jogoroto are technical and non-technical. Efforts are made to overcome the obstacles that occur in the application, never mind the maximum, including the teacher and the students themselves. Efforts made include giving directions and questions to fifth grade students, in order to explore understanding and increase student learning independence, the teacher packs the Discussion method well into the lecture and question and answer method without reducing the initial purpose of applying the Discussion method and finally students are given an understanding of the importance of learning Fiqh

Abstract

Since the enactment of Regional Autonomy in Indonesia, intolerance has continued to increase in various regions. This can be seen from the rampant cases of terrorism and radicalism that have penetrated Indonesian society. Indonesia is ranked 37th with the highest cases of terrorism and radicalism globally. This of course raises a lotiloss, not onlyimaterial but also the psychological and mental health of people who are worried about the safety of their lives. The government has made various efforts to reduce cases of intolerance (such as radicalism and terrorism) and maintain inter-religious harmony. One way is by echoing the concept of religious moderation. Realizing religious moderation requires the active role of all parties, including women. Women have great potential in realizing and maintaining the tolerance that is needed in this diverse Indonesia. This study aims to highlight the role of women and the challenges faced by women in realizing religious moderation in Indonesia. This study uses a literary method in the form of a qualitative descriptive method using gender theory. The results of this study indicate that the role of women will be the basic capital in realizing moderation in themselves, their families and society. In realizing religious moderation, women face challenges such as the occurrence of gender gaps, subordination, multiple roles and gender stereotypes.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational approach that aims to create justice and equality in a multicultural environment. This research aims to analyze the importance of inclusive education in achieving justice and equality amidst an increasingly diverse cultural and ethnic society. This study uses the library method using qualitative research typeso obtained from journal, articles and books related to the object of research. The results of this study indicate inclusive education brings significant benefits to individuals and society as a whole. In an inclusive environment, individuals with differences in abilities or disabilities can learn alongside their peers, resulting in mutual understanding, tolerance, and friendship. Moreover, inclusive education reduces stigmatization and discrimination, enabling individuals to fully contribute to a fair and equal society. To achieve inclusive education, collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are required. The education system needs to make changes in policies, teaching practices, and assessments to ensure fair recognition and access for all individuals. Inclusive education also requires ongoing training and development for teachers and school staff to be able to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is a person's ability to recognize himself, control himself, motivate himself, empathize, and the ability to build relationships (cooperation) with others. Most teachers only consider students to excel if their intelligence scores are high, even though emotional intelligence influences success more. With good emotional intelligence, it is hoped that it can influence student achievement in PAI learning. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey method. With Linear Regression analysis technique. The sample of this research is the students of the one-roof SMPN Pengampon Kabuh Jombang with the results of the general simple linear regression equation: Y = a + bX. Y = 55.461 + 0.429X this equation can be translated: a constanta of 55.461 and a regression coefficient of X of 0.429 states that the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of variable X is positive. And seen from the r2 value of 0.472 or 47.2%, the amount of contribution (contribution) of intelligence to learning achievement in PAI and 52.8% is influenced by other factors.
