Abstract

The research is motivated by the observation in the field that the IPS conducted by the teacher still predominantly use the lecture method, and not be concerned with improving all aspects of the study results IPS students have not as expected. Therefore, action is taken by using Mind Mapping techniques that the make students active and creative learning with the aim of improving the learning process so that IPS can improve learning outcomes in class V. Study, the Researchers did was action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle held two meetings with the four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research data is in the form of information about the process and outcome measures in the Data Obtained from the observation and tests. The results Obtained by using the technique of Mind Mapping with two cycles Showed an increase of. The average assessment of learning design first cycle was 75% (quite) Increased in the second cycle to 94.6% (very good). Assessment of the implementation aspects of the teacher's first cycle was 76.3% (good) Increased in the second cycle to 88.8% (very good), and aspects of the students' first cycle was 73.8% (good) Increased in the second cycle to 93.8 % (very good). As well as student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 71.4 (average) Increased in the second cycle to 83.7 (good). Thus it can be said that the technique of Mind Mapping to improve student learning outcomes in learning social studies in Class V Lembah Malintang Elementary School 13 West Pasaman regency Kata kunci: Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, Teknik, Mind Mapping;

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SD Negeri 16 Tanjung Aur Kota Padang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan  model Cooperative Learning Tipe Picture and Picture. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Tanjung Aur Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Kesimpulannya, model Cooperative Learning tipe Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SD Negeri 16 Tanjung Aur Kota Padang dalam pembelajaran IPS. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar; Pembelajaran IPS; PAP  ABSTRACTThe background of this research was students’ achievement in learning social science of 5th grade at SD Negeri 16 Tanjung Aur Padang was still low. Abstract

This research was supported by the problems found in the field that the students' learning outcomes in Civic Education were less satisfactory and the learning process was still dominated by the teachers as a source of information. The cooperative model of Teams Games Tournament  is one of the alternative models that can be applied in Civic Education class to overcome the problems. Thus, this research was undertaken as an attempt to assess the effect of cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournament  on the fourth grade students’ learning outcomes in Civic Education at SDN 33 Rawang Barat Padang. This research adopted a quasi-experimental research design with quantitative approach. The instrument for data collection was the written test. The result of the research revealed that the average score of the experimental class which applied cooperative learning model of teams games tournament compared to the control class  showed better achievement. The result obtained from the data showed that there is more positive effect of using Cooperative Learning Model of Teams Games Tournament  toward fourth grade students’ learning outcomes in Civic Education at SDN 33 Rawang Barat Padang. Key words: Cooperative Model Teams Games Tournament , Learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in PKn learning with Cooperative Learning model type Talking Stick in class IV SD Negeri 01 Bandar Buat. The approach used is qualitative and quantitative. The subjects were  teachers and 30 students. The results of this study indicate improvement in student learning outcomes. In cycle I obtained the average percentage of student learning outcomes 79,1 and on the  cycle II is 87,3. Thus, cooperative model type Talking Stick can improve student learning outcomes in learning Civics in class V SD Negeri 22 Tanah Keras Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan..  Keywords: study yield, sociology, Cooperative Learning, Talking Stick

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to describe the use of contructivist approach to improve student learning outcomes in learning science in grade four  of SD Negeri 06 Kampung Pansur Tarusan Pesisir Selatan  in the fourth grade students numbering twenty people. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). The results of the first cycle students learning 81,25 increased to 91  in  the second cycle. Therefore, countructivist approach can improve student learning outcomes in social studies in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 08Gadut Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang.

Abstract

Sebagian besar siswa mengalami kesulitan berhubungan dengan orang lain diasumsikan disebabkan oleh gambaran diri yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan konsep diri dengan penerimaan diri siswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian siswa SMP 18 Padang berjumlah 635 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 245 orang. Pengumpulan datan menggunakan angket dan data dianalisis menggunakan persentase dan Pearson Product Moment Corelation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) tingkat konsep diri berada pada kategori cukup baik, (2) tingkat penerimaan diri berada pada kategori cukup baik, dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif  yang signifikan antara  konsep diri dengan penerimaan diri siswa dengan koefisien korelasi 0,118 dan taraf signifikansi 0,033.Kata Kunci: Konsep Diri, Penerimaan Diri, Siswa

Abstract

This class action research play at pianika by using the explicit intruction. The subject of this research is teacher and student of grade five elementary school 27 Dusun Tuo Kecamatan Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Intruction explicit learning model is an approach to learning that can help teach students the basic skills to obtain information. The study, carried out an action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The design of this study include: action planning, action, observation, and reflection. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the jigsaw type cooperative model to the learning outcomes of traveling around and flat area of grade IV elementary school. This research is a quantitative study, using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sampling technique is the Simple Random Sampling technique. Two sample classes are selected that will serve as the experimental and control classes. Learning compared is learning with a Jigsaw Cooperative approach with learning using a conventional approach. Data collection techniques are test instruments. Tests are given namely on the circumferential material and flat area in the form of objective questions. Data were analyzed using t-test. t arithmetic> t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is tcount> t table which is 3.235> 2.011 means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It was concluded that there were differences in student learning outcomes using the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning model with student learning outcomes using the conventional approach to learning to get up and down in class IV Elementary School.

Abstract

The research aimed at describe the improvement of comprehension reading skill by Using Generating Interacting Schemata and Text (GIST) Method in Grade IV of SD Negeri 13 Pasar Kambang Kecamatan Lengayang Regency of South Pesisir. Research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 20 students. Abstract

This research aims to discuss the development of learning media in the form of interactive multimedia assisted by articulate storyline applications for class III elementary school students. The development model in this research is the ADDIE model through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data for this study were obtained from material expert validation sheets, linguist validation sheets and media expert validation sheets. The results of the material validity test in the development of interactive multimedia assisted by the articulate storyline application obtained a percentage of 84.21%, the language validity test results obtained a percentage of 87.5% and the media validity test results obtained a percentage of 85.71%. While the practicality test results obtained a percentage of 81.25% for the teacher response questionnaire and 95.8% for the student response questionnaire.
