The research method used in this research is Literature Review to collect data and information about the state of agriculture in Indonesia, agricultural policies in Indonesia, Indonesia's export and import, and food security in Indonesia at the time the ACFTA was enacted. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the ACFTA, the Indonesian agricultural sector showed a decrease in production of 0.87% which resulted in a decrease in GDP of 0.22%. Abstract

Agriculture is an important sector in a country's economy because it makes a major contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2021 the agricultural sector contributed 13.70% to GDP. Farmers in Indonesia are mostly located in rural areas and have less access, so the government must provide support such as providing capital by making agricultural credit policies to support the sustainability of agricultural businesses and improve the welfare of farmers. The agricultural credit policy is one of the government's efforts to facilitate farmers' access to capital to develop their agricultural businesses. This research 'The Influence of Agricultural Credit on the Welfare of Farmers in Indonesia' uses a literature review approach by collecting data or sources related to a particular topic from various sources, such as journals, books, the internet and other library sources. The results of this summary, analysis, and synthesis are then written descriptively in the form of scientific articles. The Influence of Agricultural Credit on Farmer Welfare in Indonesia aims to determine agricultural credit policies, farmer welfare, the application of agricultural credit and the influence of agricultural credit.

Abstract

The concept of community-based tourism village development is that all activities carried out must be based on, from, and for the community. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of community empowerment through the management of Jambu Tourism Village and to formulate a strategy for developing a tourism village. The research method used was descriptive analysis and SOAR matrix analysis. The results of the study showed that the process of community empowerment in Jambu Tourism Village had three stages, namely the awareness stage through the socialization process; the capacity building stage consisted of providing guidance and training, the formation of the BUMDes Jaya Makmur organization, and the empowerment stage consisted of community involvement both in the role of the organization and the implementation of activities in Jambu Tourism Village. The main strategy that can be suggested based on the SOAR matrix analysis functions to compile strategic factors that describe how strength can be determined by the SA (Strength-Aspiration) strategy, namely using strength to realize aspirations, meaning that Jambu Tourism Village must strengthen in the field of increasing the quantity and quality of tourist attractions by combining traditional village nuances with contemporary touches, strengthening in services to visitors and maximizing the use of social media.

The analysis used is qualitative analysis by describing the stages of innovation with business models on the 9 Business Model Canvas (BMC). Research using qualitative methods was used in 5 KWTs and Poktans. Therefore, key informants were selected from each chairman of the KWT and Poktan. The results of the research were that KWT Guyub Rukun received the lowest revenue and Poktan Serpis received the highest revenue. This is because the revenue flow only comes from the sale of harvested crops and only has one main partner. The development of an urban farming business using the BMC (Business Model Canvas) model can be used by business people as a basis for developing strategies and taking steps to develop better so that with BMC they can discover the advantages and disadvantages of each KWT and Poktan.

The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. The prospects are studied using primary data through in-depth interviews with informants using purposive and snowball techniques, while superior commodities are studied using LQ analysis. The results of the study indicate that srikaya fruit in Sumenep Regency has quite promising prospects because the potential of natural resources is very supportive and there is a potential market with a lot of demand from within and outside the region. Based on the LQ analysis, for five consecutive years the LQ value of soursop fruit has always been more than 1. Abstract

This study examines rice price margins on the island of Java at each level of the supply chain, including producers, wholesalers, and retailers. The method used in this research compares rice prices across six provinces on Java Island: (1) DKI Jakarta, (2) Banten, (3) West Java, (4) Central Java, (5) Yogyakarta, and (6) East Java. The data utilized consists of rice prices (Rp/kg) of all quality levels, sourced from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) in October 2024. The study conducts descriptive analytical analysis by calculating the differences between: (1) producer (farmer) prices → wholesaler prices, (2) wholesaler prices → traditional market retailer prices, and (3) wholesaler prices → modern market retailer prices. The findings indicate variations in rice prices at each level of the supply chain on Java Island, from the producer to the retailer level, in both traditional and modern markets. Additionally, the varying price margins at each stage of the supply chain reveal differences in distribution efficiency and diverse cost structures among the provinces on Java Island.
