Abstract

The context of pluralism, multiculturalism, multiethnicity and religion in Indonesian society is very important. Therefore, serious attention is needed from various parties, so that unity and togetherness are not divided. Although the above problems have subsided, it does not mean that the problems have resolved themselves, because in many cases the implementation of Article 13A of the Education Law at the administrative level does not run as it should. Basically, this provision has three specific objectives: 1) Avoiding deviations from religious norms or misinterpretations that may arise if teachers are taught by teachers who do not share the same faith; 2) If teachers have the same beliefs as students, then religious harmony can be better maintained between other students; and 3) Professionalism in organizing religious training and education. The application of religion in multicultural education in the world of education can be a solution to disputes in society. In comparative research, several approaches can be used to compare groups, such as experiments, case studies, or secondary data analysis. This research focuses on analyzing the differences or relationships between the variables studied in two or more different groups or situations. The objective can be modified to understand the influence of a variable on different groups, to identify factors that influence differences and similarities between groups in order to compare the effectiveness of two or more strategies and differences in manufacturing in developing PTKI with multiculturalism.

Abstract

Kendala utama pendidikan multikultural terletak pada praktik pendidikan agama    yang   cenderung induktrinatif dan berkutat pada pembelajaran ilmu agama,  tidak  pernah  memperhatikan ada hal-hal yang     seharusnya  sesuatu  yang  sangat  pokok  akan  tetapi  tertinggalkan  dalam  pelaksanaannya pendidikan agama, yang berdampak pada kemerosotan nilai-nilai bangsa Indonesia di zaman sekarang dan akan datang.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini  meliputi (1)  bagaimana pelaksanaan PAI berwawasan multikultural? (2)  bagaimanakah sikap  keberagamaan siswa?,  dan  (3)  bagaimanakah pengaruh implemanasi PAI berwawasan multicultural terhadap sikap keberagamaan siswa di SMP Negeri 02 Maje Kabupaten Kaur?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional dan dirancang dengan rancangan kuantitatif.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa sebanyak 136 orang yang terdiri dari kelas VII dan VIII.pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan cara random sampling 25% dari populasi ssehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang. Untuk mendapatkan hasil dilakukan pengujian menggunakan rumus product moment corelatinoHasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  :  1.  Tingkat  implimentasi  Pendidikan  Agama  Islam. Berwawasan Multikultural di SMP Negeri 02 Maje Kabupatan kaur menunjukkan tinggi sebesar 47% hal ini dapat dijelaskan berdasarkan rata-rata skor jawaban variable jawaban pendidikan agama islam berbasis multikultural sebesar 110,8792. Sikap keberagamaan siswa mayoritas inklusif ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya presentae hasil penelitian yaitu 47 %, 3.Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 78% antara Pendidikan Agama Islam berwawasan multikultural terhadap sikap keberagamaan siswa di SMP Negeri 02 Maje Kabupaten Kaur

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence and how much influence the learning environment and use of Instagram social media have on learning achievement in PAI subjects and character. This type of research is field research, while the research approach is quantitative research with the method used is the survey method.  The research was carried out at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. The population in this study was 198 class XI students. With a sample of 66 students. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded, first, that there is an influence of the Learning Environment on Learning Achievement, this is proven by the P value (significant) 0.000 < 0.05 which is smaller than 0.05 or thit < ttable 3.740 > 1.99834, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. . Second, there is an influence of social media use on learning achievement as evidenced by significant values thit < ttable (2.162 > 1.99834) and (sig > α = 0.009 < 0.050), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation value (r) between the learning environment variables and social media is 0.466. Because this value is between 0.4-0.6, the relationship is said to be in the medium category, while the coefficient of determination is 0.544, meaning the contribution is 54.4%

Abstract

The quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers has not been optimal because clinical supervision plays a maximum role. The purpose of this paper is to map and analyze clinical supervision in improving the quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers. Using qualitative methods of descriptive analysis with three descriptive, explanatory and interpretive steps. The results can be concluded that the quality of teaching teachers is influenced by the implementation of clinical supervision, because the implementation of clinical supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, maximizing the follow-up program of clinical supervision results. Clinical supervision is part of teaching supervision, and clinical supervision emphasizes looking for weaknesses and causes of problems that occur in the learning process and striving for improvements to these weaknesses, so that teachers have a sense of security, and are willing to improve teaching behavior with full awareness and awareness. The quality of teaching teachers can be realized through clinical supervision because clinical supervision focuses on efforts to improve the learning process, and clinical supervision is professional assistance given to teachers who experience obstacles in carrying out learning so that the teacher can overcome the problems he experiences related to the learning process. Thus the author can warn if you want to improve the quality of teaching teachers then increase clinical supervision of madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to see the direct influence positively the professional competence of teachers on learning outcomes Quran Hadith, students read the learning outcomes Quran Hadith, and the professional competence of teachers and students read together the learning outcomes Quran Hadith class X Madrasah Aliyah Bintuhan Kaur regency. This research use as many as 136 students kuantitatif.Populasinya MAN Bintuhan Kaur regency. Research samples of 38.2% of the population, or as many as 52 students are students of class X2 and X4. The analysis technique used is the correlation (simple, double) with the data collection methods and dokumentasi.Data keosioner analyzed by using path analysis. The results showed a positive direct influence between the professional competence of teachers (0.477) 2 = 0.2275 = 22.75%, students’ reading interest (0.504) 2 = 0.2540 = 25.40%, and the professional competence of teachers and students read together (0.0707) 2 = 0.005 = 0.5% against the Quran Hadith learning outcomes of students in class X MAN Bintuhan Kaur regency.

Abstract

Dynamics of Integrated Islamic Schools in Bengkulu City The problems studied in this Writing are: (1). How the emergence and development of the Integrated Islamic School in Bengkulu City began. (2). How is the contribution of integrated Islamic schools in driving Islamic education in Bengkulu City. This paper uses This research is a type of library research. or often also called literature study, is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. library research.  is  a qualitative  research This writing uses a sociological approach, as well as using the theory of Fungsonalis wiliam F. Ogburn.  The research results are as follows: (1). Integrated Islamic School was first established in 1999 by the Al-Fida foundation, namely SD IT IQRA'1 Along with the changes and developments of the times, Bengkulu Muslims and also because of the needs of the Muslim Middle Community who want a Superior Islamic School, began to emerge Integrated Islamic Schools from different foundations that not only established the Elementary School level but also attended junior high schools, High school, even vocational school (2). These schools have contributed to mobilizing and fostering public interest in getting their children into Islamic educational institutions that were initially less trusted to be able to compete in public schools because for the community educational institutions only teach religious lessons.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren is a rich cultural treasures of typical Indonesian Muslims. From the results Obsevasi author in Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas whose presence is expected to answer the challenge-the hand of modernity in society. So this research author gave the title: The role of Pondok Pesantren in Tackling Youth Delinquency (Case Study Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Pagar Alam City). This study aims 1) Analyzing the shape of mischief Santri in Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Pagar Alam City. 2) Analyzing Supporting Factors and barriers in overcoming the mischief of students at Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Pagar Alam City. 3) Analyzing the Rare Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Pagar Alam City in mencega and overcome juvenile delinquency (santri) Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Pagar Alam City.The type of research that the authors use in this study is Field Research. with qualitative methods. The data collection technique is done by using observation method, interview method, documentation method. The subject of this research is the Leader of Pondok Pesantren, Vice Chairman of Pondok Pesantren, Boarding House Dormitory, Teachers of Pesantren Darul Ikhlas Kota Pagara Alam and the committee (wali santri). From the results of this study can be known The forms of mischief students of Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas is ditching school, dressing inappropriate, less attitude to the teacher, coming late, smoking, making a fuss in the classroom at the time of study, not follow KBM. The causes of delinquency students of Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School is the influence of the family is less harmonious, for fun, looking for attention, influence friends / environment, association, atmosphere in the Dormitory less attention. The effort of Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas in responding to juvenile delinquency is to conduct Preventive Action, Repressive Action: Conducting curative action Directing to students to use their spare time with positive actions by following extracurricular provided by Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this research  is to know a significant influence  of methodology learning  subject  variables  toward PPL, a significant influence of micro teaching  variables  toward  PPL, and  a significant influence of methodology learning  sub- ject and micro teaching  variables toward PPL students  of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup.  The quantitative research method with the  type  of research  expost  facto was used  in this research. The  population was all students  of Prodi  PAI TA.2016/2017 in STAIN Curup  which consists of 177 people  with a sample  of 60 people,  and  the instruments were documenta- tion and questionnaire. The result showed  that there was a significant influence between  methodology learning subject towards PPL students  with the coefficient of determination (R square)  as 0,935,  it explained that the influence of methodology learning subject towards PPL students  was 93,5 %. Next, there was a significant influence between  micro teaching  towards PPL students with the coefficient of determination (R square)  as 0,572,  it explained that the influence of micro  teaching towards PPL students was 57,2 %. And there is a significant influence between  methodology learning subject and micro teaching  toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup  with the coefficient of determination (R square)  as 0,935,  it explained that meth- odology  learning  subject and  micro teaching  were influenced  each  other  toward  PPL students  of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup  as 93,5  %,  while the remaining 6,5 % was influenced  by other  variables  besides  methodology learning subject and micro teaching.

Based on the research results, the implementation of the application of the competency of teachers clumpsof PAI in MAN 2 Kota bengkulu in implementation have been met and the components implemented are fulfilled aspedagogical them is to make learning device, the annual program, the program semi-annual, week effective, evaluation,analysis, creation problems, remedial, mastery of teaching materials. Implementation of the application of the professionalcompetence of teachers clumps of PAI in MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu, in the fields of profession that is responsible in carryingout duties as a teacher, to be helping his fellow peers, obey pereturan, discipline, and control of what is in itself accordingto scientific fields respectively, Thus the implementation of pedagogical competence and professional competence ofteachers has been fulfilled.
