Abstract

The results of research and discussion, regarding the effectiveness of students’ online learning towards the learning interest of Islamic religious education at the Terusan Musi Rawas State Junior High School in North Sumatra, the researchers conclude as follows: 1. That the interest of students in online learning is quite large, this can be seen from the activeness of the students. in learning their attendance is quite active, and the assignments given are always collected, even though some are late, due to signal interference, but do not dampen their enthusiasm. 2. The effectiveness of online Islamic education learning at SMP Negeri Terusan Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra Based on the results of the research that the researcher conducted, that by learning PAI online, teachers can use technology to make learning effective and efficient, but don’t forget to take action that understands the condition of students because in reality students in online learning do not always have smooth signals. There are even some children who don’t have their own cellphones. But learning PAI for these students using the online method is quite effective. It can be seen that most students follow the learning process actively, only a small proportion are less active due to signal interference and problems with their cellphones.

Abstract

Islamic Education undergone many developments. Cultural  differences among  people make new sciences that  needs solving swatch and  solutions  in  the  development of Islamic  education. Education is the  main  pillar  to  keep  pace  with the development of science  and  technology. We are  not  only  in  demand proficient in  science  and  technology alone  but  also need  to be balanced with spiritual  values in order to avoid gaps in personality. System in education conceptual and  forming an interrelated components between  one  another among  them  are  the  curriculum, principles, objectives,  and  infrastructure that  support so that  the  learning process  so that  the  aut  put  at yield experiencing mental  improvement that  will manifest  in good  acts for himself or in public  life. The research was conducted using qualitative  descriptive  method means  to describe  the actual  state of the  object  on  conscientious and  of course  to get the  materials  and  the  data  the  researchers used,  observation and  interviews  with various  stakeholders am o ng  Community Leaders,  Religious  Leaders,  the  Heir  who accountable, school principals, teachers, Alumni Pagaralam City Government especially those of the head  of the Department of Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs in addition, researchers also refer  to the documents / archive heritage of antiquity  and  then  documented. System and the concept of Unity College Foundation Student Park using the pattern of education system Among the method of educating the spirit of kinship  based on the independence and the nature of nature as instructed founder Ki Hajar Dewantara. In Pagaralam since the establishment of the University Student Park has undergone many ups and  downs quantity  of students from the first period to the present, while the limiting  factor  is caused  partly because  the facilities and  teaching aids as well as educators and the media  learned that only rely on the government so that admintrated school ordered but not yet inventoried continuously. Conditions amid  public  schools also make  the  inevitable  constraints then  the  need  for the  parties  concerned to limit the  admission  of students to the  balance went into  private  school

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how MIN 4 Rejang Lebong teachers try to instill religious valuesin their students. Therefore, in this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research type and this research was conducted at MIN 4 Rejang Lebong and the data obtained was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this research, MIN 4 Rejang Lebong's efforts to instill the value of religiosity through the habit of Duha prayers have had a positive impact, and the benefit of getting used to Duha prayers is that these valuesgradually become more important for students. student. This means that the value of religiosity is transmitted by several students who are already aware of praying and are starting to get used to performing sunnah and obligatory prayers. However, there are still obstacles in carrying out the Dhuha prayer, namely that it takes a long time to condition the students.

Abstract

Research problem formulation: 1) What are the factors that cause teenagers in Kota Agung village to behave deviantly? 2) What are the efforts made by religious leaders and PAI teachers to overcome the problem of adolescent deviant behavior in the village of Kota Agung? This study aims to determine the factors that cause adolescents in the village of Kota Agung to behave deviantly and the efforts made by religious leaders and PAI teachers to overcome the problem of deviant behavior of adolescents in the village of Kota Agung. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. It is said to be descriptive qualitative because this study aims to describe the results of data processing in the form of words, general descriptions that occur in the field and the respondents in this study are religious leaders, PAI teachers and teenagers. Then the researchers also took secondary data as supporting data. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings in this thesis are that there are several factors that cause adolescents in the village of Kota Agung to behave deviantly, namely: due to the opportunity for parents to talk and have fun by prioritizing an attitude of attention to their youth. And also the youth saw that bad behavior was not only displayed by their circle, but almost most of the parents in the village. As a result, they defend themselves that their parents, who should be an example, actually give bad behavior as well. Then the efforts made by religious leaders and PAI teachers in overcoming and also fortifying deviant behavior in the village of Kota Agung are still classified as still not being applied to teenagers in the village. As the researchers have obtained from various parent informants, some of them think it has been realized and generally most parents in the village complain about their lack of effort and role in guiding teenagers in this village to be able to fortify themselves from deviant behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the leadership of the principal, teacher performance of Islamic Education (PAI), and the efforts of the leadership of principals on teacher performance of Islamic Education (PAI) at SMAN 4 Pagaralam. The method used in this research is qualitative method which the research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects by researchers as a key instrument. While data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind that school leadership SMAN 4 Pagaralam is a type of democratic leadership, which means a good leader for the group, realized that his job was to coordinate the work and duties of all members with a sense of responsibility, be aware that the strength of the organization depends on the participation active every member wants to hear opinions and suggestions and even criticism from subordinates, always consulted with teachers about the actions and decisions proposed / desired by the leadership, trying to give a boost to participate actively implementing all decisions and activities that have been set. Islamic religious education teacher performance based assessment of school heads have not been able to choose the method of learning is good and appropriate in the learning process, not too precise deliver learning content, and in developing learning programs that include annual program, the semester program, lesson plan (RPP), Islamic religious education teachers lack the ability to put together a program of learning. Efforts were made more active principals to foster and enhance the competence and performance of teachers in the school principal sent teachers participated in the training, upgrading courses, workshops, workshops and seminars. Principals conduct training and socialization of the results of government policies, and even bring in speakers who are competent, motivated teachers PAI to continue their education to a higher level, conduct comparative studies to other, more advanced school with the teachers and other school community, complete infrastructure and supporting media credible form of learning, giving awards to teachers who excel and perform well.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know and explain in detail about communication style of the principal public  school MIN 5 Labuhan Batu regency to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher. The sub-focus used is physical condition, role, language, relationships and constraints. This research approach was qualitative with descriptive methods. The selection of informants obtained through purposive sampling technique, 1 (one) key informant and 6 (six) supporting informants. Data collection thechniques were attained throug non-participant observation, in-depth interviews documentation, library studies, and internet searching. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the physical condition of the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher didn’t have a negative impact on the communication process. The role of the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher had a multifunctional roles, can play a role as leader, co-worker, friend, and role as their parent. The language used by the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teachers was Bahasa Indonesia and Sundanese language. The relationship between school principal and honorary teachers was very close. The constrains for school principal to provide work motivation to honorary teachers was related with delegation or gave a sudden assignments without any clue. The conclusion of this research are equalitarian style,, and had an open style, relaxed, animated, and friendly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by observational data which shows the acquisition of results from parents’ strategies in instilling Islamic religious values in children. To respond to this, the researchers conducted a study aimed at finding out the strategies of parents in instilling Islamic values in their children. The objectives to be achieved are to identify, describe, and analyze parents’ strategies for instilling Islamic religious values in children. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on 17 parents in the Tapak Gedung Village community. Research data was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are about how parents’ strategies for instilling Islamic values in children. The role of parents in the family is to become educators/teachers at home, parents as facilitators; provide all the needs of children, parents as motivators; give encouragement, support, and encouragement to children, parents as advisers; counselors and supervisors for children and parents as influencers; as a role model and friend who is imitated by children. Islamic religious values are the values of aqidah, morals, and values of worship. Parents’ strategy in instilling Islamic values is essential, considering that parents are the first to introduce Islamic values and educate their children, however, as children mature, higher education is also needed, especially in instilling Islamic values. in children

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of  Utilization of  Teaching Islamic education Integrated  Science Class VIIA SMPN 38 Seluma  Kecamatan Sukaraja Seluma  district academic year 2016 / 2017.  This type of research  is a developmen study  with the respondents of class VIIA students  SMPN 38 Seluma  And using data  collection  techniques through  question- naires  from teachers, peers  and  expert  tests after obtaining the data  determined the level of validity by using a checklist. The results of this study indicate  that the use of teaching  materials  of Integrated  Islamic Studies of Science  more  effectively used in the learning process  in comparison with previous  teaching  materials  with a comparison of 18 students  38.88% (only 7 people are categorized  pass) while 88.88% Material of Integrated  Islamic Religion Science  reaches  16 people  who are categorized  as graduated ).

Abstract

The curriculum is a learning program used by educational institutions to be applied to students. This study aims to find out about curriculum design and curriculum implementation in Islamic religious education. This study is a type of library research. This study uses a qualitative approach in understanding a phenomenon experienced by the subject or object of research, with a descriptive method in the form of words and language. This study contains a curriculum design plan related to the preparation of curriculum elements in its planning used to facilitate the development of student potential in order to achieve educational goals. About the curriculum design that exists in two dimensions, horizontal and vertical. Curriculum components are organized into several categories. As well as the classification of curriculum design as a modification or combination of three main categories: subject-centered design, learner-centered design, and problem-centered design. In its application, the design of curriculum development, especially Islamic Religious Education in schools or madrasas, experiences paradigm changes. The curriculum is designed and developed based on the needs, interests, and talents of students, by considering the psychological aspects of students. Therefore, the design of the Islamic religious education curriculum must be designed and implemented as effectively as possible to make it easier for students to learn.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To determine the role of supervisor preformance aspects of preparation on the teachertraining curriculum at MIN 01 Kepahiang with 08 Kepahiang Elementary School 13, 2) To determine the role of supervisorsin overseeing the implementation of teacher learning in the curriculum 13 at MIN 01 Kepahiang the Primary School08 Kepahiang 3) to determine the ratio of school supervisors of the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 at MIN01 Kepahiang with SDN 08 Kepahiang. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation anddocumentation.
