Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 2) Mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 3) Mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan kelas dan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs Roudlotur Rosmani Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 105 orang, kemudian pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan teknik pengambillan sampel menggunakan sampling secara probabilitas, yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 orang. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data hasil penelitian digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara sumber belajar  dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 3,99 dengan F hitung sebesar 5,843 dan nilai F tabel untuk responden sebesar 78 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 3,99 maka dapat diketahui F hitung > F tabel atau 5,843 > 3,99 dan F sig < α atau 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan hasil tersebut menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikansi antara sumber belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi  belajar siswa sebesar 15,2%. Hal ini semakin sering memanfaatkan sumber belajar dan pengelolaan kelas maka akan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sumber belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MTs Roudlotur Rosmani Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research  is motivated by the implementation of reward and punisment methods that are applied  at the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah IAIN Curup  as an effort to improve  discipline and achievement, this method is suitable for use because it can have a happy  and  deterrent effect but most of students  still have  lower discipline and  achievement. This research  aims to explain the implementation, factors and  benefits  of reward  and  punisment method in improving  discipline and  achievement mahas- antri. This study uses field research  methods with qualitative  descriptive  analysis, data  sources  used  are primary  data  sources and  secondary data  sources,  data  collection using observation, interview and  documentation techniques and  using analytical techniques namely  data  collection,  data  reduction, data  presentation and  the conclusions,  as for the validity of the data  the researcher used  source  triangulation. The results showed  that the implementation of the reward  method and  punisment were applied  in accordance with the existing regulations  but the rewards  were very limited and  only given once  a year in a gebyar ma’had  activity, while the punisment was given by the ma’had  management so that there  were still many  students  breaking, the factor of the implementation of this reward method is mahasantri and the benefits of implementation of this reward method can add  to the spirit of learning,  learning  to be responsible, and  familiarize  the mahasantri practice  discipline appreciate the time and obey the rules

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) Learning Discipline has a direct positive effect to learning achievement.2) Learning  Motivation has a direct positive effect to learning  achievement. 3) Family environment has a direct positive effect to achievement. 4) Learning  Discipline, Learning  Motivation,  and  Family Environment together  have  a direct positive  effect to learning achievement. This research  used  quantitative approach which data  and  information in formof numerical,  whereas research  type is Compositional Causal and Ex Post Facto. The population was 239 students,  while the sample  was 36 students (15%)  of the population. Technique for collecting the data  used  questionnaires and  documentation. The result of this study:1) The discipline of learning has a direct positive effect to the learning achievement of 0.112  (11.20%). 2) Motivation to learn does not give effect to learning achievement equal  to -0.333. 3) The family environment does not affect the learning achieve- ment  of -0.059  4) Learning  discipline,  motivation in learning,  and  family environment gave direct positive  effect to learning achievement of 0151  (15.10%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of academic supervision and school climate for pedagogical competence Islamic religious education teacher primary schools in the city of Bengkulu , amounting to 235 teachers. Because a large number of population on the basis of suggestions Roscoe ( Member sampled a minimum of ten times the number of variables ) and with a simple random sampling technique determined the size of the sample 45 teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires answered directly by teachers, then analyzed statistically by using multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version is twenty-one for the window.Regression analysis showed that: (1) the influence of academic supervision (X1) with pedagogical competence (Y) gives the figure of 5.159 t observation> 1.675 (t table) means the value of academic supervision (X1) influence the pedagogic competence (Y), big effect that is equal to 0.473 means that the amount of variant pedagogical influenced academic supervision by 47.3%, (2) the influence of the school climate (X2) gives the figure of 2,481 t observation> 1.675 (t table) means the value of school climate (X2) effect on pedagogical competence (Y) big influence in the amount of 0.192 means that the amount of variant pedagogical school climate influenced by 19.2%, and (3) test the influence of academic supervision (X1) and school climate (X2) to pedagogical (Y) of Anova obtained F count equal to 19.294 with a significance level F table (19.294> 1.865) means the statistical data used to prove that all the independent variables (academic supervision and climate school) influence on pedagogical competence. Or in other words the academic supervision (X1), school climate (X2) together influence the pedagogical competence (Y).

Abstract

Sejarah pendidikan Islam di masa Abbasiyah merupakan salah satu periode emas yang menampilkan model pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan untuk abad 21. Latar belakang pada penelitian ini yaitu perlunya merekonstruksi model pendidikan masa lampau untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran modern. Sedangkan, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menemukan metode pembelajaran masa Abbasiyah yang dapat diintegrasikan pada model pembelajaran abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur kualitatif yang melibatkan analisis tekstual dan deskriptif tentang metode pembelajaran ‘ilmiyyah, halaqah, dan teknik-teknik lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Abbasiyah yang berpusat pada ilmu pengetahuan, logika, dan metodologi rasional sangat cocok untuk di implementasikan di abad 21 ini. Oleh karena itu, rekonstruksi pendidikan Islam masa Abbasiyah dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran abad 21 yang fleksibel, kolaboratif, dan integratif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan memberikan wawasan yang sangat berharga pada siswa di abad 21.

Abstract

Rumusan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana manajemen guru di MI Terpadu Mutiara Assyifa Bengkulu ? 2) Bagaimana manajemen guru dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di MI Terpadu Mutiara Assyifa Bengkulu ? Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) manajemen guru,  perencanaan yang dilakukan meliputi penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan program siswa, dan penyusunan rencana kerja madrasah. Organisasi yang berjalan dengan tugas masing-masing sesuai dengan ketentuan. Pelaksanaan dalam proses belajar yang dilakukan guru mulai dari dokumen silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), media pembelajaran, guru menerapkan disiplin penilaian harian. Pengawasan memberikan penilaian, pembimbing dan pemantauan. 2) Manajemen guru dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan, proses belajar mengajar, menerapkan disiplin pembelajaran yang menekankan pada aspek disiplin siswa dan disiplin guru, siswa diwajibkan mampu disiplin waktu, disiplin ketika mengikuti pembelajaran dan disiplin mengerjakan tugas sedangkan guru diwajibkan untuk disiplin dalam waktu mengajar dan disiplin dalam pendampingan belajar, belajar mandiri siswa, kegiatan belajar tambahan dan pembekalan persiapan ujian. Saran mutu lulusan, sikap dan karakter siswa seperti kemandirian, sopan santun hendaknya dapat dipertahankan dengan baik.

Abstract

This research  is motivated because of the increasing  number of people’s negative  behaviors that occur in everyday life, especially among  school-age children such as drug use, sexual harassment, aggressive behavior, fights, bullying, deteriora- tion of religious tolerance  and  others.These negative  behaviors are a sign that Indonesia is on the brink of collapse.It takes an education that can change  the bad behavior for the better.Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah is an educational institution in which prioritize the formation  of the personality  and  mental  attitude  of learners  so that it has a good character and  become the next generation of brilliant nation  by instilling religious values  and  religious character.Based on  the  above  background, then  the formulation of the problem  in this research  is how the implementation of character-based pesantren education in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah, what  is the method of character education in Al-Hasanah Islamic Boarding  School  and  what  are the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based on boarding school At MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah.This study aims to determine the implementation of character-based education boarding school in MA Pondok Pe- santren  Al-Hasanah, to find out the method of character education based  boarding school in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah and to determine the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based  boarding school in MA Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah.This study is a qualitative  research  (qualitative  research).Data collection is done  by using obser- vation,  interview, and  documentation.With data  collection steps, data  reduction, data  presentation, and  conclusion.Based on the results of data analysis yag has been collected can be concluded that the implementation of character education in boarding school is applied  in several  values of character investing,  among  others:  religious values,  the value  of independence and  the value  of responsibility.Character education method in boarding school  Al-Hasanah implemented through  several  methods, namely:  exemplary  methods, methods of advice,  methods of habituation, and  the method of memorization.Factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education based  on boarding school in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu Regency, among  others:Not  yet optimal sources of operational funds and constraints  of the individual students  them- selves, such as easily bored  and undisciplined.While the supporting factors, among  others, the existence of a sincere soul of the caregivers and ustadz / ustadzah and the existence  of a dormitory  system or accommodation for the santri

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the development of students mental health and the reinforcement of Islamic values through the Islamic character building (BIKALAM) program at SMP Fatma Kenanga Bengkulu. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, data were collected via observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the planning phase for mental health development and the strengthening of Islamic values among students encompasses four stages: defining objectivies, formulating activities, leveraging resources, and maintaining consistent execution. The implemention phase comprises two primary components: Mental Health Development: this includes fostering peace of mind and heart (through tawakkal and patience), self-control and emotional regulation (via taqwa and ihsan), discipline and orderliness (through worship and prayer), as well as optimism and hope (via husnuzan and acceptance of divine decree). Reinforcement of Islamic values: this involves habituating religious behavior among students, modeling exemplary conduct by teachers, adopting an empathetic approach t0wards students, and fostering synergy among teachers and school elements. The evaluation of mental health development and the reinforcement of Islamic values is conducted through monitoring progress, measuring outcomes, and identifying obstacles to program success.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi is to find out: first, the design of a learning curriculum at kuttab Abu Bakar Imam Syafi’i Bengkulu? Second, the implementation of the curriculum learning at Kuttab Abu Bakar Imam Syafi’i Bengkulu?. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomonological approach. The results of this research are: First, the curriculum development model used was The Grass Roots Model (1) The purpose of the curriculum was to create an independent, moral and knowledgeable for Muslim generation. While (2) the contents of the curriculum, namely: memorizing letters, pillars of faith, pillars of Islam, fiqh, adab, morals, recitation and stories of the prophets, (3) learning strategies, is: using methods in the form of lectures, discussions, sirah and talaki. During the learning process, the teacher getting a guide book containing the Islamic learning process. (4) The evaluation of learning at the Kuttab Abu Bakar was carried out twice, namely through a special meet- ing between the teacher and the head of the kuttab, then the second was an evaluation of the students. second, regarding the implementation of the curriculum in kuttab, there are several findings that can be concluded. (1) Learning starts from 07.15 to 13.00 WIB, each class is filled with 24 students, in the implementation of learning using various methods, namely the methods used, can be in the form of lectures, discussions, and talaki, (2) It is known that’s kuttab also teaches general material such as SBK, PJOK, Mathematics etc. (3) There are obstacles in implementing the curriculum for educators, namely, the absence of a library as reading material.

Abstract

This research  describes the condition of students’ spiritual attitudes,  methods used by Master and the constraints and support  of the internalization process  of spiritual value itself. This research  used qualitative  descriptive  and  interactive  method with observation, documentation, observation and interview. The result of the research  is that before the internalization of these spiritual values,  the condition of understanding and  religious practice  is still far from being expected. Meanwhile,  after the in- ternalization  is performed, the result of difference is increase  the awareness of students  to implement  and practice the worship, especially mandatory prayer  in congregation. Morals and  behaviors are increase  and  the respect  for teachers  also increase  so that  this affects the increase  in student  achievement itself. Methods  used  include  Teacher  Role Improvement Method,  Guid- ance  and  Counseling Method,  Tauladan Method,  Cultural  Method,  and  Tabligh Method.  While the inhibiting  factors are  the background of family conditions  and the limited role of teachers  in conducting guidance and learning.  The supporting factor is the application of K-13 curriculum  which is very compatible with the activities of spiritual values in the students.  The teachers awareness in giving tauladan to their students  also increase
