Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kepribadian dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Mega Indah Sari Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dan diterapkan menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening, dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

This study iams to determine the effect of job insecurity and self efficacy on employee performance through job statisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Mega Indah Sari. This study is a quantitative study collacted through a survey using a questionnaire. Data were processed using the partial least squares (PLS). Method and implemented using smart PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job saticfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job msecunty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, and self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction Keywords: Job Insecurity, Self Efficacy, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on the stock prices of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study uses secondary data with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. The research sample was 180 data obtained from 15 food and beverages companies that passed the sampling process, using quarterly data. The data in this study was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS for windows program. The results of this study show that partially interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices. Exchange rates and inflation partially do not have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously the variables of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation have a significant effect on the stock price of food and beverages companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh indegenous culture dan group of reference terhadap minat beli songkok Recca, dengan attitude sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat Bugis di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indigenous culture dan group of reference berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Sementara itu, attitude memoderasi pengaruh indigenous culture secara negatif dan signifikan, serta memoderasi pengaruh group of reference secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pelestarian budaya lokal melalui pendekatan perilaku konsumen.   Kata kunci: Indegenous culture; group of reference; minat beli; attitude

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tri Global Pratama in Makassar City. The variables used in this study are career development and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables. This study is a quantitative study. The data source in this study is primary data where the data collection method uses a questionnaire method distributed to employees of PT. Tri Global Pratama in Makassar City, as well as secondary data through documents related to the variables studied. The number of samples used was 21 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 for windows. The results of this study explain that career development and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance, career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Raw material inventory refers to unprocessed basic materials that a company provides for use in its production process. This study aims to analyze how raw material inventory planning using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method meets the production needs of the Camming Sugar Factory in Bone Regency. The research uses secondary data derived from company records over the past three years. This study adopts a quantitative descriptive method, with EOQ analysis applied to determine the most economical order quantity, Total Inventory Cost (TIC), Safety Stock (SS), and Reorder Point (ROP). The EOQ calculation results show that in 2020 it was 141,210.76 tons, in 2021 it was 123,582.59 tons, and in 2022 it was 75,232.94 tons—each higher than the company’s actual ordering volume, which was 135,086.75 tons (2020), 100,513.25 tons (2021), and 71,970.25 tons (2022). The Safety Stock values were 5,049.96 tons (2020), 4,730.02 tons (2021), and 4,428.92 tons (2022). Meanwhile, the Reorder Points were 10,099.92 tons in 2020, 9,460.04 tons in 2021, and 8,857.84 tons in 2022. The EOQ-based TIC was also lower compared to the company’s actual inventory cost: Rp861,522,105 (2020), Rp545,001,940 (2021), and Rp353,376,851 (2022), whereas the company’s calculations yielded Rp862,369,000, Rp556,676,981, and Rp358,336,694 respectively. Therefore, the application of the EOQ method in raw material inventory planning proves to be more effective and efficient than the method currently used by the Camming Sugar Factory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Total Quality Service and Patient Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were patients who had visited Lasinrang Hospital more than once with a sample of 94 respondents, obtained through a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, and multiple regression tests. With data management using SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, patient satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for the management of Lasinrang Hospital to continue to improve the quality of service and patient satisfaction in order to support improved employee performance, which in turn can improve the quality of hospital services as a whole. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peramalan adalah seni dan ilmu memperkirakan kondisi yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan data historis dan memproyeksikannya ke masa depan dengan beberapa bentuk model matematis. Peramalan diartikan bagaimana memperkirakan kondisi yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang (Stacia,2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan penjualan Siana Coffee Shop untuk lima bulan kedepan. Karena ada hal yang mempengaruhi penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Laporan Keuangan Siana Coffee Shop. Tekhnik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus forecasting yaitu trend kuadratik, least square dan trend moment.Berdasarkan hasil peramalan penjualan pada Siana Coffee Shop dapat dilihat bahwa penjualan mengalami kenaikan setiap bulannya . Apabila tiap-tiap komponen penjualan dijumlahkan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, Pada Siana Coffee yang lebih banyak terjual adalah Kopi Aren dan penjualan yang paling sedikit terjual adalah Americano.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in workload between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, differences in work stress between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and differences in performance between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with a comparative/comparative research approach. The instrument in this study is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the independent sample t-test processed using the SPSS 29.0 for windows program. The results of the two independent sample t-test are that there are differences in workload between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, there are differences in work stress between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and there is no difference in employee performance between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Openness To Experience terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening Pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang dilakukan adalah Openness To Experience sebagai variabel independen, Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel dependen, dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survey menggunakan kuisioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 165 orang. Data diolah dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dan diterapkan menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Openness To Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Openness To Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Openness To Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening.  Kata Kunci: : Openness To Experience; organizational citizenship behavior; Kepuasan Kerja
