Abstract

This study aims to explore the film "Assalamualaikum Beijing" from an Islamic perspective using a literature review approach. The film, adapted from a novel by Asma Nadia, is directed by Guntur Soeharjanto and tells the story of a love affair between two people. The main focus of this study is to uncover the representation of Islamic teachings, including aspects of faith, morality, Islamic brotherhood, and the spirit of seeking knowledge. The method used is content analysis, examining Islamic themes reflected in the storyline, dialogue between characters, and character portrayals. The analysis shows that the film consistently displays Islamic values, particularly in promoting the importance of education, spiritual development, and social relations. Furthermore, the film successfully conveys a universal Islamic message that remains relevant in the context of contemporary life. This research is expected to enrich the study of Islam in popular media and serve as a reference for similar research in the future.

Abstract

Worldview sebagai keyakinan dan pengetahuan dasar di dalam fikiran, perasaan, sikap dan perilaku benar manusia. Realitanya, pandangan hidup di Barat dibatasi dengan kebenaran bersifat fisik, disebabkan mengedepankan peran rasio dan fakta ekperimen dalam memaknai dan menentukan kebenaran konsep Tuhan, manusia, nilai, dan alam, serta manusia sebagai pusat nilai bersifat sekularistik dan dualistik. Sedangkan wolrdview Islam berpusat pada konsep Tuhan sebagai moral tertinggi, kemudian berelasi kepada pandangan tentang manusia, iman, ilmu, dan ahklak yang bersifat tawhidi dengan bersandar pada wahyu dapat mengambarkan kebenaran fisik dan metafisik. Ini sebagai basic belief untuk mengarahkan manusia dalam memaknai realitas, hakikat, nilai, dan tujuan hidup manusia yang benar di dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui wacana baru dari worldview sebagai basis sains dan filsafat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode deksriptif analisis. Akhirnya, penelitian ini menghasilkan dua kesimpulan. Pertama, worldview merupakan cara pandang yang benar dalam melihat hakikat kebenaran yang bersifat fisik dan metafisik. Kedua, worldview Barat didasari akal dalam memaknai Tuhan, nilai, hukum dan lainnya yang bersifat berubah-ubah tanpa arah tujuan yang jelas, sedangkan worldview Islam berangkat dari pengenalan dan pengakuan kepada Allah dengan bersumber pada wahyu dalam mengartikan konsep-konsep tersebut bersifat tsabitah, sehingga mengarahkan kepada keyakinan, fikiran, dan perbuatan yang berpusat kepadaNya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence given by the profit sharing ratio on the number of  musharaka financing customers. The results of this study indicate the profit-sharing ratio variable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable and Tcount (5.343) > from Ttable (2.03452), so it can be concluded partially (t-test) there is a significant positive effect. from the profit-sharing ratio to the number of musyarakah financing customers and based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), a value of 0.456 is obtained, which means the effect of the profit-sharing ratio on the number of musyarakah financing customers is 45.6%, while 54.4% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Usahawan Mikro adalah revolusi dalam pengurusan pembangunan usahawan MARA (Majlis Amanah Rakyat) iaitu sebuah institusi pembangunan usahawan dan pendidikan Bumiputra. Maka program Usahawan Mikro telah berkerjasama dengan (PBT)Pihak berkuasa Tempatan untuk menjayakan program ini. Oleh itu Program pembangunan usahawan Mikro MARA-PBT merupakan satu program yang di usahakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah penjaja haram yang tumbuh seperti cendawan, terutamanya bumiputra Islam. Sebagai sebuah agensi kerajaan, MARA mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu PBT mengurangkan masalah penjaja haram melalui konsep win to win. Dimana MARA sebagai pemberi geran, perunding sebagai pelaksana, PBT sebagai pemberi lesen dan usahawan dapat di bangunkan. Kertas kerja ini akan membincangkan model, kaedah perlaksanaan dan keberkesanan serta permasalahan perlaksanaan program pembangunan usahawan Mikro di seluruh selangor dalam ketogeri bandar maju (petaling jaya) dan bandar membangun (kajang). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan meninjau dan menemubual peserta usahawan mikro dan perunding MARA, serta mengkaji bahan bahan bertulis sepertil jurnal, laporan prestasi program, laporan prestasi peserta, data koparat MARA dan laman sesawag,. Hasil daripada kajian yang dijalankan, model dan kaedah perlaksanaan program mampu untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang di hadapi peniaga (penjaja haram) dengan ilmu pengurusan kewangan dan bimbingan perniagaan serta lesen perniagaan. Manakala terdapat beberapa orang peserta yang bersikap tidak patuh dengan peraturan PBT dengan membesarkan saiz kiosk dan tidak mahu berniaga di tempat yang di luluskan, malah faktor pendidikan juga mengambil masa dalam membentuk perubahan pemikiran usahawan semasa bimbingan. Kajian ini merupakan sesuatu yang amat bermakna dalam menilai keberkesanan program pembangunan usahawan Mikro.

Abstract

This research article aims to find out the dynamics of Islamic political parties with Islamic nuances in Asahan Regency providing arguments and subangsih in Islamic nuanced bylaws in Asahan Regency. Data input and collection are carried out by direct involvement and interviews (Indeepth Interview), direct observation with a sampling method that is carried out deliberately (Purposive sampling), the approach implemented is symbolic interaction. The result of this research is to state that in responding to, analyzing and participating in summarizing regional regulations with Islamic nuances in Asahan Regency, be more vigilant so that there are no clashes with other groups. It started when the Islamic party in Asahan Regency analyzed the "religious" contained in the vision and mission of Asahan Regency. The application carried out by local governments in accordance with the needs and input from the existence of political parties as a juridical basis or gate for later application of the concept of Islamic sharia adopted by the government. Because the political parties in Asahan make a higher legal foundation that gives greater authority to the regions to make regulations that are in accordance with Islamic law universally in order to realize Religious Asahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap Partisipasi Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Pendidikan Di Pondok Pesantren Nurulhuda Pakandangan Sumenep. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Hasil penelitian bahwa Pengambilan keputusan pendidikan di pondok pesantren Nurulhuda pakandangan dilakukan dalam forum MPH merupakan forum tertinggi dalam pengambilan keputusan yang beranggotakan 9 orang terdiri dari 3 kiyai dan enam orang asatidz. Keanggotaan MPH ditunjuk langsung oleh majlis kiyai dengan pertimbangan senioritas dan kredibelitas serta loyalitas terhadap pesantren,  Pangambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan musyawarah mufakat. IHSAN dan IHWAN merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk sebagai forum silaturrahmi juga sebagai mediator antara pesantren dengan masyarakat yang lebih luas

Abstract

The rapid transformation of Islamic education in the digital era presents unique challenges for madrasah leadership in developing teacher competencies. The phenomenon of educational quality gaps between madrasah and conventional schools, particularly in technological literacy and innovative teaching methods, requires effective leadership strategies that integrate Islamic values with contemporary educational management. This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership role of madrasah principals in developing teacher competence through an Islamic values-based integrative model at Bustanuddin Galis Pamekasan Islamic Educational Institution. Employing a qualitative approach with single case study design, this six-month research utilized in-depth interviews with 20 purposively selected informants (including the principal, vice principals, subject teacher association coordinators, and teachers), participatory observation, and comprehensive document analysis of strategic plans, work programs, and professional development reports. The findings reveal that the principal successfully implements transformational leadership integrated with Islamic values (uswatun hasanah, syura, and spiritual motivation), resulting in a comprehensive teacher competency development model comprising seven key strategies: needs-based programs, in-house training, subject teacher association strengthening, mentoring systems, classroom action research, technology integration, and comparative studies. The research generates an innovative integrative model that combines professional and spiritual development aspects, demonstrating 85% improvement in teacher pedagogical competence and 78% enhancement in professional competence, contributing significantly to madrasah education quality enhancement and providing empirical evidence for Islamic educational leadership effectiveness.

Abstract

One of the most crucial language skills for students to achieve is reading. Through their participation in this activity, students can improve their language skills and get experience. Using Google Classroom, this study attempted to examine EFL students' perceptions of reading comprehension. Because TBI (English Teaching Department) IAIN Madura is one of the universities that conducts online learning, it was chosen as the study's subject. This study used a sample of 26 students. Purposive sampling was used as a sample technique in this study. The results indicate that the students submitted useful and good responses. The results show that no student answered strongly disagree (SD), 3 students chose to disagree (11,5%), 16 students chose to agree (75%), and 6 students chose to strongly agree (23%). Google Classroom, it can be concluded, is a solution for online learning classes. As a result, Google Classroom can be used to collect student assignments and, more importantly, to help students improve their reading comprehension. Furthermore, if this application is effective, successful, and also assists students in assisting in e-learning, particularly in receiving feedback after completing the work assigned by the lecturer, it can be used in conjunction with Google Classroom as an e-learning solution for COVID-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of authentic assessment in the psychomotor domain in Islamic Religious Education learning with Tabligh material in class XI RPL SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers, students, and principals. Analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that authentic assessment based on practice, such as group division, discussion, and presentation, was effective in improving students' ability to convey Islamic messages persuasively and politely. The assessment was carried out using instruments that included mastery of the material, delivery techniques, appropriateness of the content, and student performance. The obstacles faced included students' nervousness and lack of mastery of the material. In conclusion, authentic assessment can improve students' psychomotor skills, but requires support in the form of teacher training, improved facilities and infrastructure, and adaptive learning strategies. The 3F principle-based approach (Fun, Fresh, Focus) creates an interesting and relevant learning atmosphere to students' needs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Licensing in a business in a country is a requirement for citizens to maintain their business activities. These business activities not only concern citizens but also citizens/foreign corporate institutions that wish to invest in Indonesia. The executive and legislative governments in Indonesia are striving to streamline business activities through legislation and a technology system called One Single Submission (OSS). This study aims to examine the Indonesian government’s efforts to simplify the process of obtaining business activity permits for Indonesian citizens, foreign citizens/foreign corporate institutions. This study uses research through documents and is non-interactive. The research sources in this journal include laws enacted by the Indonesian government, the OSS system created by the Indonesian government, and scientific concepts related to good governance. The results of this study found a lack of data integration in the OSS, which can create loopholes that make it challenging to process business activity permits and provide room for bribes to expedite the business permit process in Indonesia.
