Abstract

This study aims to determine the locus of control on academic learning outcomes of State Senior High School 1 Ternate. The sample in this study amounted to 35 students in 35 students at State Senior High School 1 Ternate with an age range of 16-18 years. The subjects of this study were selected using the Spearman Rho test technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a measuring instrument in the form of a locus of control scale. The results of the analysis showed no significant correlation between locus of control and academic learning outcomes (r = 0.452, sig <0.05), that learning outcomes are relatively permanent behavioral changes in a person rather than locus of control

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of government policy in addressing student bullying in elementary schools based on the provisions of Permendikbudristek Nomor 46 Tahun 2023. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design conducted in an elementary school. The research participants included the principal, teachers, members of the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), students, and parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis applied the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that structurally the school has implemented the policy through the establishment of the TPPK, the development of anti-bullying school regulations, and the dissemination of information to the school community. However, the effectiveness of implementation still faces challenges in terms of communication, limited trained human resources, and the lack of an optimal child-friendly reporting system. From the disposition perspective, there is a positive commitment from the school authorities, although certain forms of verbal bullying are still perceived as part of ordinary peer interaction. Overall, the policy implementation has been carried out administratively; however, strengthening technical, cultural, and evaluative aspects is necessary to create a safe and bullying-free school environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of digitalization in primary education by examining the relationship between educational technology, governance, and global social dynamics. Educational digitalization is understood not merely as the utilization of technological devices, but as a comprehensive transformation of learning systems and educational governance. This research employs a qualitative approach with a public policy analysis design, utilizing document analysis and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders in primary education. The findings indicate that the digitalization policy developed by Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi represents a strategic response to rapid global digital transformation and the demand for 21st-century competencies. However, policy implementation continues to face significant challenges, including infrastructural disparities, unequal digital literacy among teachers, and regional social inequalities. Furthermore, global dynamics and recommendations from international organizations such as UNESCO have influenced the direction of national education policy. The study concludes that the success of primary education digitalization depends on equitable access to technology, strengthened human resource capacity, and inclusive and socially just governance frameworks.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of Social Studies (IPS) learning on the development of social skills among students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus was directed toward how students interact during the learning process, the forms of cooperation that emerge, and the social attitudes that develop. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings indicate that Social Studies learning contributes positively to students’ social skills. Students who were initially passive and hesitant to communicate began to show behavioral changes after the teacher implemented group discussions and social simulations. They became more active in expressing opinions, listening to peers, and collaborating to complete tasks. Both teachers and students acknowledged that contextual Social Studies learning fosters tolerance, empathy, and a sense of togetherness. Thus, it can be concluded that Social Studies learning functions not only as a medium for knowledge transfer but also as an effective means of shaping the social character of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of administrative management of Harapan Tani Village Apparatus and to analyze and empirically demonstrate the impact of digitalization on the effectiveness of administrative management, which has implications for public services. The background of this study is based on the importance of apparatus governance in supporting improved service quality to the public. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study was Harapan Tani Village apparatus in Kempas District, with a sample of 42 individuals drawn from the village and staff, as well as neighborhood units (RW) and neighborhood units (RT), each represented by one village apparatus. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale (1–5). The data obtained were tested using SPSS, including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, t-tests, and coefficients of determination. The regression test results indicate that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on administrative management effectiveness, with a t-value of 6.542 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.587 indicates that the impact of digitalization contributes 58.7% to administrative management effectiveness, while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by factors outside this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the impact of digitalization on village officials, the greater the effectiveness of administrative management provided to the community
