Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the impact of individual and job factors on employee performance. This study is being conducted at PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali. In this study, data was gathered by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population consists of employees at PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali, with as many as 40 respondents drawn from the overall workforce population. In this study, descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, determination, and beta coefficient were utilized as data analysis approaches. According to the study's findings, individual qualities have a favourable and substantial effect on employee performance.Job characteristics have a positive and considerable impact on employee performance; job characteristics and individual characteristics have a 55.4% influence on employee performance, with individual characteristic factors having a more dominating influence. Researchers in this study can advise PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali to provide work that is appropriate for employees' abilities, provide work that can be completed within working hours, always supervise employees at work, so that later employees try to do work in accordance with procedures, and routinely provide training to employees, so that later employees are able to complete work within the specified timeliness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy implemented by the company. This research was conducted at Villa Desamuda Seminyak. The subjects in this study were department head managers and customers, totaling 14 people. This research was tested using SWOT analysis, namely by identifying various internal and external factors of the company, namely analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which were then formulated in the SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix. From the results of the analysis on the SWOT Diagram it appears that the position of Villa Desamuda Seminyak is located in Quadrant II which is described as a growth position, where internal factors total (2.68 – 2.97) therefore, appropriate strategies and results are needed to increase the guest house by increasing market development, market penetration and product development. As well as facing several opportunities and having various strengths that push to get these opportunities and it is recommended to carry out the SO, ST, WO, WT strategy. Strategies that can be implemented by companies are always issuing promotional packages and disseminating this information to anticipate more attractive offers from competitors, such as working with travel agents, updating information technology through digital marketing such as honeymoon packages, wedding packages, and promotions. meeting room.

Abstract

Freelancers in Indonesia is often associated with informality and flexibility, leading to work precarization problems, such as low income and lack of social security. This research explores freelancers' perceptions and experiences regarding work precarization in Indonesia's creative industry. This research uses qualitative methods with an interpretive paradigm and is analyzed with thematic analysis. This research uses semi-structured interviews with 11 freelancers. This research shows that freelancers generally feel vulnerable because their employers ignore their normative rights, there is no legal certainty, their income fluctuates, and they tend to exploit themselves. Specifically, three themes emerged for discussion: job insecurity, job uncertainty, and job injustice. Considering that research on the issue of work precarization for Indonesian freelancers is still limited, a future research agenda could examine one of these three themes in more depth.

Abstract

Competition in the hotel business in Bali is very tight, so that they are competing to become a hotel with the best service, one of the most famous hotels in Bali and in demand by foreign and domestic tourists, namely the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel which is one of the five-star hotels in Bali which has artistic and philosophical characteristics in its buildings. The problem raised in this study is whether motivation (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at the Grand Inna Kuta hotel, does the work environment (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at the Grand Inna Kuta hotel. The population in this study amounted to 61 person. This study uses the population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 12.043 + 0.190X1 + 0.251X2. The conclusion obtained is that motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Grand Inna Kuta hotel as indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. Work discipline (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Grand Inna Kuta hotel, this can be seen in the b2X2 coefficient which is positive. The magnitude of the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Grand Inna Kuta hotel is 69.6% and the remaining 30.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, namely the motivation variable (X1) which is equal to 0.423 while the work environment variable (X2) is equal to 0.455.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The location of this research is Bale Udang Mang Engking Kuta. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population uses employees at Bale Udang Mang Engking Kuta, with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, t test, Determination and Beta Coefficient. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment and work motivation have a 58.5% influence on employee performance and work motivation variables have a significant effect more dominant on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are to replace lamps that are damaged or unfit for use and have poor lighting, make policies for providing old-age insurance and routinely provide training to employees, provide incentives to encourage employee performance in achieving targets and always help employees if you have problems at work.

Abstract

Employee performance is one thing that needs to be considered in a company or agency, because employee performance certainly has an impact on employee performance in achieving goals. The problem raised in this study is whether emotional intelligence (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at the Badung Regency Industry and Labor Office, does competence (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at the Badung Regency Industry and Manpower Service , what is the influence of emotional intelligence and competence on employee performance at the Badung Regency Industry and Manpower Service and which independent variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Badung Regency Industry and Manpower Service. The population in this study amounted to 56 people. This study uses the population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, determination analysis, and beta coefficient. The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence (X1) has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Industry and Labor in Badung Regency. Competence (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Badung District Office of Industry and Labor. The magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and competence on employee performance at the Badung District Office of Industry and Labor is 52.1% and the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, which is the variable emotional intelligence (X1).

Abstract

The development of employee job satisfaction will affect their attitudes and enthusiasm at work so that company goals are achieved. The phenomenon in this study is how the influence of transformational leadership (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, how is the influence of financial influence (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, what is the effect of leadership transformation and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency and its independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency. The population in this study was 44 people and the sample in this study was 43 people. This study used simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test analysis, determination analysis and dominant test. The conclusions obtained are leadership transformation (X1) which has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, Financial compensation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency. The magnitude of the influence of transformational and financial leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency is 63.9% and the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on job satisfaction can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, which is the transformational leadership variable (X1), which is equal to 0.444.

Abstract

Employees require a reference point for the leadership's involvement in managing employee discipline in order to be aware of how to follow the company's policies. A high level of rule and regulatory awareness among employees will increase motivation at work and performance. The study's goal is to ascertain how pay and workplace rules affect employees' performance at Warung Dua Umalas. A descriptive research method with a quantitative approach is applied in this study. Employee performance (Y) is positively influenced by the Compensation Variable (X1) by a factor of 2,190, meaning that for every unit rise in the Compensation Variable (X1), there is a 2,190 unit increase in employee performance (Y). When the work discipline variable (X2) is increased by one unit, employee performance (Y) rises by 2.622 units, indicating that the work discipline variable has a positive influence on work discipline of 2.622. The employee performance (Y) at Warung Dua Umalas is partially positively and significantly impacted by the outcomes of the compensation test (X1) results. The performance of Warung Dua Umalas employees (Y) is significantly and partially impacted by the test findings of the work discipline variable (X2). The organization should pay attention to compensation and work discipline together because they can greatly increase employee performance at Warung Dua Umalas. Compensation and work discipline play a key role in enhancing employee performance

Abstract

Understanding and analyzing how celebrity endorsement (X1) and product quality (X2) affect consumer decisions to purchase MS GLOW is what this study aims to do. This research examines the relationship between product quality and celebrity endorsement in influencing consumer purchase of MS GLOW (Y). By using concentrated sample size interviews as a data collection technique, the respondents were those who had seen MS GLOW Nagita Slavina cosmetic advertisements and had bought and used the product twice. 18 responses, multiplied by 5 , equals 90. Research employs multiple linear regression analysis and data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Descriptive analysis, tests for consistency and reliability, traditional assumption tests, specific linear regression tests, f tests, and tests are a few of the approaches used to examine the data. The findings indicated that product quality (X2) and celebrity (X1) had significant and real differences. Positive consumer opinion about purchasing MS GLOW products. The product quality variable variance (X2) in this statement is 0.274. Give to the MS GLOW business to increase celebrity endorsements and improve product quality so that consumers can buy their products in Badung, Bali.

Abstract

Work performance is something that needs to be considered in a company, because the better employee performance can have an impact on the success of a company. The problems raised in this study are whether communication (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, does the work environment (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital Tabanan, how much influence does communication and work environment have on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital and which independent variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital. The population in this study amounted to 76 people. This study uses the population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 1.309 + 0.257 (X1) + 0.564 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that communication (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital as indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. The work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, this can be seen in the b2X2 coefficient which is positive. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital is 64.8% and the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, namely the communication variable (X1), which is equal to 0.257, while the work environment variable (X2) is equal to 0.564.
