Abstract

This research explores how work-life balance, workload, and work environment influence job satisfaction among employees at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Kabupaten Badung. Utilizing a complete sample of 60 employees through saturated sampling, the study employs quantitative analysis, including multiple regression with Y = 6.023 + 0.553X1 - 0.203X2 + 0.343X3 as the developed regression model. Results indicate a positive and significant effect of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction. In contrast, workload negatively impacts satisfaction. These factors together explain 57.2% of job satisfaction variability, with the remaining influenced by unexamined variables. Work-life balance emerges as the most influential factor. Abstract

Improving employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, work environment, workload and work ethic are things that every company must pay attention to. The purpose of this study is to: 1) ascertain how the workplace environment affects workers' performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction,         2) Analyze how employee performance is affected by workload at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 3) Find out how the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction's employees do in relation to their work ethic, 4) knowing the magnitude of the influence of the work environment, workload and work ethic on the performance of Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction employees. This study employs a quantitative methodology with a 70 employee sample size. Stratified random sampling is the method used in the sampling process. Multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, determination analysis, validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests are the analysis approaches that are employed. The research results show Y = 5.646 + 0.233X1 + 0.354X2 + 0.213X3. The study's findings allow for the following conclusions: 1) The work environment has a positive influence on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 2) Work load has a positive influence on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 3) Work ethic has a positive influence on employee performance on Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 4) Work environment (X1) and workload (X2) and work ethic (X3) on employee performance (Y) on Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction is 24.3% while the remaining 75.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Efforts to improve OCB, employee engagement, job satisfaction and job performance are things that companies must attention. The present study endeavors to ascertain the following: 1) the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on job performance at Koa D'Surfer Hotel; 2) the effect of employee engagement on job performance at Koa D'Surfer Hotel; 3) the effect of job satisfaction on job performance at Koa D' Surfer Hotel; 4) the identification of independent variables that exert the most significant influence on job performance at Koa D'Surfer Hotel; and 5) the extent to which organizational citizenship behavior, employee engagement, and job satisfaction to job performance at Koa D’Surfer Hotel. The method of research used is a quantitative method with a sample 52 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. The analysis techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, beta coefficient and determination analysis. The results this research show that the regression model Y = 4.962 + 0.234X1 + 0.269X2 + 0.141X3. The research findings indicate that: 1) job performance is direct  and real impacted by OCB; 2) job performance is direct and real impacted by employee engagement; 3) job satisfaction is direct and real impacted by job performance; and 4) the organizational citizenship behavior variable has a significant impact on job performance. This is demonstrated by the standardized coefficients beta value of the organizational citizenship behavior variable, which is 0.452; employee engagement is 0.418; and job satisfaction is 0.202. 5) Of the variables that influence work performance, 71,3% are related to OCB, employee engagement, and job satisfaction and 28,7% are influenced by variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Employee retention is very important for companies to maintain employee work which is influenced by job satisfaction, career development with also the non-physical work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the influence of career development on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample size of 75 employees. The sample sampling technique is saturated. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests with also beta coefficients. The results of this research show the regression equation model Y = 6.978 + 0.364X1 + 0.298X2 + 0.212X3. The results of this research, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakarawala, career development has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakarawala, the non-physical work environment has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakawala, the job satisfaction variable has a dominant influence on employee retention (Y) at PT. Bali Utama Cakawala, this can be seen from the standardized coefficient beta value of 0.460, the career development variable (X2) of 0.278, and the non-physical work environment variable (X3) of 0.235. The implication of this research is that companies need to pay attention to factors in designing policies with also programs that can increase employee retention, consisting of indicators of job satisfaction, career development and non-physical work environments.

Abstract

To improve personality, locus of control and emotional intelligence on employee performance are things that companies must pay attention to. The present study endeavors to ascertain the following: 1) the effect of personality on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agung Niaga Denpasar, 2) the effect of locus of control on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agung Niaga Denpasar, 3) the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agung Niaga Denpasar 4) find out the independent variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agung Niaga Denpasar. The method of research use is a quantitative method with a sample 90 employees. The sample sampling technique is saturated. The analysis techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear analysis, t test, beta coefficient. The research results show the regression model Y = 3.894 + 1.273X1 + 0.061X2 + 0.223X3. From the results of this research it can be concluded that 1) job performance is direct and real impacted by personality; 2) job performance is direct and real impacted by locus of control; 3) job performance is direct and real impacted by emotional intelligence; 4) the personality variable has a significant impact on job performance. This is demonstrated by the standardized beta coefficient value of the personality variable, which is 0.758; locus of control is 0.089; and emotional intelligence is 0.235.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of product reviews, the tagline "Free  Shipping", and time on impulsive purchases among Generation Z when shopping  for online fashion in Denpasar City. This research method uses a quantitative  approach with a sample of 130 respondents taken through a purposive sampling  technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form  and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that  product reviews, the tagline "Free Shipping", and time each have a positive and  significant influence on impulsive purchases. Simultaneously, these three variables  also have a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases. These  findings indicate that a marketing strategy that includes good product reviews,  "Free Shipping" offers, and proper management of promotional time can increase  impulsive purchases among Generation Z. With the results of the three variables  that influence Generation Z in shopping for online fashion impulsively, it is hoped  that online fashion sellers can increase good values in product reviews, increase  the provision of the tagline "Free Shipping", increase limited discount times in  selling products so that Generation Z is more interested and influenced by impulsive  purchases in shopping for online fashion.

Abstract

Electric motorcycles are a type of motorcycle that uses electrical energy as the driving force of the motorcycle. Electric motorcycles are quite popular in the current era because they can reduce air pollution so that they can support cities towards pollution-free. Electric motorcycles have entered Indonesia in 2000 and have developed with variants until now. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and product quality on the purchase decision of electric motorcycles in Sentrik Bali. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The sample determination technique used in this study is  a purposive sampling  research method, by providing questionnaires to customers or consumers who have bought electric motorcycles in Sentrik Bali who are considered able to provide information according to existing facts. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Promotion (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y) of electric motorcycles in Sentrik Bali, 2) Product quality (X2) has a positive influence on the purchase decision (Y) of electric motorcycles in Sentrik Bali, and 3) The most dominant independent variable has a positive influence on the purchase decision (Y) of electric motorcycles in Sentrik Bali, namely product quality (X2)

Abstract

Hospitality is part of the tourism business that provides various forms of services that are managed commercially. Good service certainly requires training for employees at the hotel. Training is provided in order to improve the quality of work of each employee. The main problems in this study are: (a) does leadership have a significant effect on employee performance? (b) Does training have a significant effect on employee performance? (c) how do leadership and training simultaneously affect employee performance? This study is a survey study with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique was carried out using a statistical regression approach and using a double log model. With a total of 102 respondents consisting of 67 men and 35 women. So that it is obtained that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, training also has a very positive effect on employee performance, so that it is obtained from the training that has been implemented, employee performance has increased, as evidenced by an increase in the quality of employee work to be better, employees are more responsible for their work, and employees can improve their work ethic.

Abstract

The hospitality industry operates within a complex work dynamic, requiring collaboration between permanent and contract employees. This study aims to understand the interaction between these two groups in hotels located in Badung, Bali, focusing on collaboration, communication, task allocation, perceptions of fairness, and the impact of employment status differences on team productivity. A descriptive qualitative design was employed, using simple random sampling to select 34 respondents from various hotels in Badung. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and open-ended responses. The findings reveal that working relationships between permanent and contract employees are generally positive and professional, supported by effective communication and strong coordination. However, challenges persist, including perceptions of unfairness in benefits, career development opportunities, and unequal compensation. Good communication helps maintain team harmony, although contract employees may face difficulties expressing themselves in formal settings. Minor conflicts are usually resolved through communication and mutual understanding. The study recommends developing inclusive and fair policies, implementing joint training to strengthen team synergy, and creating participatory opportunities for contract employees in decision-making processes. Effective management can foster a harmonious work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the sustainable operation of hotels.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of workload on the performance of contract employees at the Denpasar City Social Service, (2) The effect of employee satisfaction level on the performance of contract employees at the Denpasar City Social Service, (3) The effect of employee loyalty level on the performance of contract employees at the Denpasar City Social Service, (4) The effect of workload, employee satisfaction level, and employee loyalty level on the performance of contract employees at the Denpasar City Social Service. This research is a descriptive analysis research with quantitative methods. Data collection with a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the T test and F test. The sample in this study were 74 contract employees of the Denpasar City Social Service. The results of the study found that: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count of 3.395. (2) The level of employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count of 3.389. (3) Employee loyalty level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-count of 3.531. (4) Workload, employee satisfaction level, and employee loyalty level have a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an f-count of 30, 738.
