This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by UMKM Cendol Sonia in increasing sales volume. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis technique using SWOT analysis. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The method used is to analyze the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats). Based on the results of research on marketing strategy analysis in increasing sales volume of UMKM Cendol Sonia using SWOT analysis it shows that the company is in quadrant I which supports aggressive growth policies (growth oriented), this can be seen from IFAS with a score of 3.67 and EFAS with a score 3.51. To increase the sales volume of UMKM Cendol Sonia, they can implement Market Development, Market Penetration and Product Development.

The aim of this research is to find out whether organizational commitment, workload and job satisfaction influence the performance of PT Bagoes Balindo Jaya Gianyar Bali employees. Samples were collected using saturated sampling techniques, totaling 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (a) there is a significant and positive influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, (b) there is a significant and negative influence between workload on employee performance and (c) there is a significant and positive influence between job satisfaction on employee performance.

The study aims to determine the effect (1) promotional fees on room revenue at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel (2) room rates on room revenue at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel, (3) promotional fees and room rates on room revenue at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel, (4) how big the promotional fees and room rates on room revenue at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel. This study used secondary data in the form of promotional fees, room rates, and room revenue that earned from 2018 until 2022. This research is using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using interview and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 60 data used time series data appointed by 2018 January until December 2022. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that (1) Promotional fees has a positive and significant effect on room revenue, the value of sig. 0,000 < 0,005 indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Room rates has a negative effect on room revenue, the value of sig. 0,831 < 0,005 indicates that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. (3) Promotional fees and Room rates together has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous contribution or contribution of Promotional Fees and Room Rates variables to room revenue decisions is 71.9% while 29.1% is determined by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to explore the role of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management strategies in preparing culinary students at the Akademi Komunitas MAPINDO to become competent professionals in the culinary industry. The research focuses on how OHS management strategies are implemented in the culinary education curriculum and their impact on students’ job readiness in the culinary sector. This study employs a mixed-methods approach by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with instructors and culinary industry practitioners to understand the application of OHS strategies in teaching. Quantitative data were obtained through surveys involving culinary students to assess their perceptions of OHS training and its influence on their job readiness. The findings show that the OHS management strategies applied at the Akademi Komunitas MAPINDO significantly contribute to preparing culinary students with the necessary skills to face risks in industrial kitchen environments. Students reported an improved understanding of safety procedures and practical risk-handling skills. Additionally, collaboration between educational institutions and the culinary industry was found to enhance the relevance of the OHS curriculum. This research highlights the importance of OHS management strategies in culinary education, demonstrating that effective integration of OHS into the curriculum can improve students' job readiness and minimize risks in professional kitchen settings. These findings offer valuable insights for curriculum development in culinary education institutions and for safety management practices in the culinary industry.

Viral marketing is important for companies to implement because considering that currently TikTok social media users are increasing, businesses need to aggressively carry out promotions and advertising with the aim of making potential consumers interested they will later buy the products being sold. The aim of this research is to explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the influence of viral marketing on purchase intention for Avoskin Beauty products among TikTok application users in Denpasar City. The number of samples 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are accepted. Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; Brand awareness is a partial mediating variable in the influence of viral marketing on purchase intention for Avoskin Beauty products among TikTok application users in Denpasar City. The implications of this research for the Avoskin Beauty company are expected to increase product excellence, increase product promotion related to product information, and increase brand recognition in the minds of consumers in order to increase consumer purchase intention.

This research aims to investigate the impact of training and competency on employee performance, with employee engagement serving as a mediating factor at the Tugu Bali Hotel. The study's population consists of 103 employees of the Tugu Bali Hotel, selected using the probability sampling method. Path analysis was employed to test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal that: 1) Training has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement at the Tugu Bali Hotel; 2) Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at the Tugu Bali Hotel; 3) Training positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Tugu Bali Hotel; 4) Competency positively influences employee performance at the Tugu Bali Hotel; 5) Employee engagement positively affects employee performance at the Tugu Bali Hotel; 6) Employee engagement serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between training and employee performance at the Tugu Bali Hotel; and 7) Employee engagement acts as a mediating variable in the connection between competency and employee performance at the Tugu Bali Hotel. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of the Tugu Bali Hotel focus on enhancing employee training, competency, and engagement to boost overall employee performance.

This study aims to examine job stress as an intervening variable in the relationship between the work environment, work conflict, and employee performance at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa. The respondents were selected using a disproportional random sampling technique, where 50% of the sub-populations were sampled, resulting in a total of 119 employees. The analysis was conducted using path analysis to test the research hypotheses. The findings revealed the following: 1) The work environment negatively and significantly affected employee job stress; 2) Work conflict positively and significantly influenced employee job stress; 3) The work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Work conflict had a negative and significant impact on employee performance; 5) Job stress negatively and significantly affected employee performance; 6) Job stress mediated the relationship between the work environment and employee performance; and 7) Job stress also mediated the effect of work conflict on employee performance at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa. Based on these results, it is recommended that the management of Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa focus on improving the work environment, reducing work conflicts, and minimizing job stress to enhance employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education received by students of Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia on their entrepreneurial skills after graduation. Focusing on alumni from various study programs, the research employs a descriptive qualitative method to deeply explore the experiences and challenges faced by alumni in starting and managing their businesses. The sample consists of 10 randomly selected alumni, and data are collected through semi-structured interviews. Analysis is conducted using a thematic approach to identify patterns related to the application of entrepreneurial skills acquired during their studies. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education at the campus significantly contributes to enhancing the practical skills of alumni in entrepreneurship, such as the ability to identify business opportunities, manage risks, and innovate. Additionally, the majority of alumni reported that the entrepreneurship courses provided a strong foundation in business management and decision-making. However, the study also found that some alumni faced difficulties in applying theory to practice, especially in adapting to dynamic market conditions. These findings offer important insights for educational institutions to evaluate and develop entrepreneurship curricula to be more relevant and applicable to current industry needs. This research is expected to contribute to the field of entrepreneurship education, particularly in developing a more practical curriculum oriented towards creating competent entrepreneurs in the future

The aim of this research is to find out whether leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment have an effect on job satisfaction at "PT. Kresna Karya Basecamp Akah Klungkung". Samples were collected using saturated sampling techniques totaling 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (a) there is a significant and positive effect between leadership style and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.325 and a significance value of 0.001, (b) there is a significant and positive effect between compensation and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.364 and a significance value of 0.000, and (c) there is a significant and positive effect between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.327 and a significance value of 0.005.
