Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a very important thing in an organization's efforts to achieve its goals, so it is important to pay attention to the variables that influence it. Satisfied employees tend to be more committed and loyal to the company so that employee work productivity will increase and ultimately this will affect the company's profit level. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether workload, intrinsic motivation, and work-life balance influence employee job satisfaction, and are the variables the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Integrated Waste Processing Site in Mengwitani, Badung Regency? The population of 70 employees were used as respondents in the research, therefore this research used the census method in determining the sample. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive, validity and reliability analysis of research instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, t test, F test, and Beta coefficient. The conclusion of the research results, based on the results of statistical tests, is that workload has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F statistical test show that workload, intrinsic motivation and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the Beta coefficient show that intrinsic motivation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result achieved by someone in accordance with relevant criteria within a certain period of time, thus enabling employee improvement and application. The work results obtained by employees show the level of performance of these employees. Personality, emotional intelligence, and work dedication are factors that need to be considered and practiced by employees in order to obtain high performance. The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of work dedication, emotional intelligence, and personality at Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. A quantitative approach was used in this research approach. There were ninety-three samples used. Census sampling was the method used. Validity and reliability test, traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, determination analysis, and beta coefficient were the analysis approaches used. The regression model Y = -1.456 + 0.252X1 + 0.317X2 + 0.496X3 is featured in the research findings. The research results show that work commitment, emotional intelligence, and personality have a positive impact on employee performance. These three factors together account for 56% of the influence of personality, emotional intelligence, and work commitment on performance; while the remaining 44% is influenced by variables not included in this study.The work commitment variable has the strongest influence on employee performance at Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort because of its highest coefficient value of 0.496.

Abstract

In recent years, Japanese food has become one of the growing trends in Bali. Japanese restaurants offer a variety of Japanese cuisine, and also present an authentic gastronomic experience for local and tourist visitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at Sushi on The Street Badung. This study applies a quantitative descriptive research method. The Sampling Determination Technique used in this study is the purposive sampling research method. The research analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is consumers or customers of SOS Sushi on The Street Badung who are 17 years old and over who are considered capable of providing information in accordance with the existing facts. The results of the study indicate that 1. Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung, 2. Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung, 3. Customer Experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung and 4. The most dominant independent variable influencing customer satisfaction at SOS Sushi on The Street is Product Quality (X1)

Abstract

Purchasing decisions really determine the success of a company or business. Increasing the success of purchasing decisions by implementing a marketing mix including product quality, price and promotions carried out in a business. This research examines the influence of several factors and identifies the most important factors when making judgments about what to buy from Supplier ID clothing retailers in Tabanan Regency: product quality, price, and promotions. The sample consisted of 95 respondents and the research methodology used was quantitative. Purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling approach, was used in the sampling process. Validity and reliability tests, traditional assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T tests, and beta coefficients are examples of analytical approaches. The results of the regression model are displayed in the research analysis as Y = 0.782 + 0.287 X1 + 0.232 X2 + 0.230 X3. It was found that judgments about what to buy were positively influenced by product quality. Pricing significantly influences the assessment of what to buy. Purchasing decisions are greatly influenced by promotions. The standardized beta coefficient value of the product quality variable is 0.419, while the beta values ​​of price and promotion are 0.220 and 0.252 respectively, indicating that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing choices.

Abstract

The leadership team at Luwih Collection Grokgak-Bali Garment should prioritize monitoring and evaluating staff performance, since it directly impacts the company's capacity to accomplish its goals. This study aims to determine the extent to which the independent variables, namely workload (X1), competency (X2), and work stress (X3), affect employee performance at Luwih Collection Garment, Grokgak Bali. Additionally, the study seeks to identify which of these variables has the greatest impact on employee performance at Luwih Collection Garment, Grokgak Bali. The study consisted of 55 individuals. This research used the technique of sampling from a wider population. Data analysis involves the application of many statistical approaches, including descriptive analysis, research instrument analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, and beta coefficient testing. The research presents a regression model expressed as Y = 30,465 - 0,511 (X1) + 0,173 (X2) – 0,264 (X3). At Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali, employee performance (Y) is influenced to some extent by the workload (X1), as shown by the negative regression coefficient b1X1. The positive correlation b2X2 suggests that competence (X2) has a partial impact on employee performance (Y) at Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali. The negative regression coefficient b3X3 suggests that job stress (X3) has a partial impact on employee performance (Y) at Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali. The variable of competence is the independent variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance, as shown by the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0,160.

Abstract

Sejauh mana suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan berhasil mencapai visi, tujuan, dan sasaran organisasi disebut dengan employee performance. Work ethic , keterlibatan pegawai, dan personality merupakan faktor yang harus diperhatikan dan diterapkan oleh pegawai untuk meningkatkan employee performance di lingkungan pekerjaan umum dan badan pengatur. Hal ini didasarkan pada dorongan dan kemampuan pegawai untuk mengubah tanggung jawab atau pekerjaannya dalam upaya meningkatkan employee performance. Ruang di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) pengaruh work ethic  terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar; 2) dampak keterikatan karyawan terhadap employee engagement pada departemen yang sama; dan 3) pengaruh personality terhadap employee performance di dinas Kota Denpasar. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar, serta empat faktor lain yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Dalam penelitian ini, sampelnya berjumlah 58 pekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan disebut stratified sampling. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, koefisien beta, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, model regresinya adalah Y = 0,350X1 + 0,276X2 + 0,411X3. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah employee performance dipengaruhi secara positif oleh work ethic. Kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh employee engagement. Employee engagement dipengaruhi secara positif oleh personality. Karena variabel personality mempunyai nilai koefisien yang paling tinggi diantara variabel lainnya yaitu sebesar 0,409 maka berpengaruh dominan terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

In order to meet the objectives, the organization has to monitor employee performance. The present study was carried out at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, with the following objectives: 1) ascertain the impact of extrinsic motivation on employee performance; 2) confirm the impact of work discipline on employee performance; 3) confirm the impact of employee engagement on employee performance; 4) ascertain the extent to which extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and employee engagement influence employee performance; and 5) confirm the independent variables that predominately affect employee performance. With 74 employees as the sample size, a quantitative research methodology was employed. Saturated sampling, often known as a census, is used in this study. The descriptive analysis, T-test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, research instrument quality testing, coefficient of determination, and standardized coefficients beta analysis are the data analysis procedures that are employed. The regression model, as indicated by the study's results, is Y = 4.601 + 0.137X1 + 0.259X2 + 0.339X3. The results show that: 1) maintaining a strong work ethic has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 2) external incentives play a constructive and important role in improving employee performance; 3) active involvement and commitment of employees have a positive and significant impact on their performance; 4) when considering the combined impact of external incentives, work discipline, and employee engagement, they account for 39.7% of the variation in employee performance; and 5) employee engagement stands out as the most influential factor on employee performance, as indicated by the Standardized Beta Coefficient value of 0.352. The study's conclusion is that businesses should consider variables such as work discipline, employee engagement, and extrinsic incentives when creating policies and initiatives to boost worker performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence through organizational commitment on employee performance at Moon Bamboo Canggu. The population of this study was all nurses at Moon Bamboo Canggu. The sampling technique in this study used the probability sampling method totaling 149 people. The research analysis technique was carried out using the Parth analysis approach. The results of the analysis show that 1) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 2) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance through organizational commitment. Organizational commitment can act as an intervening variable in the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance; and 7) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance through organizational commitment. Organizational commitment can act as an intervening variable in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and employee performance at Moon Bamboo Canggu. It is expected that managers at Moon Bamboo Canggu will be able to maintain and improve emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment in an effort to improve employee performance at Moon Bamboo Canggu.

Abstract

The hospitality industry in Bali continues to experience rapid growth, increasing competition among hotels and restaurants to provide high-quality services that satisfy customers. This study focuses on Palms Restaurant at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali, aiming to identify the challenges faced by management in enhancing waiter service quality and to analyze the strategies implemented to overcome these challenges. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation, interviews with management and staff, and documentation during the period from January to May 2025. The research revealed that management struggles with uneven waiter skill levels, ineffective internal communication, and operational pressures during peak times. To address these issues, a holistic management approach was adopted, emphasizing cleanliness, consistent service delivery, responsiveness to customer complaints, and personalized, empathetic interaction. Regular training, briefings, and evaluations were pivotal in maintaining service reliability and customer trust. The study contributes to the body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence on effective management practices in the hospitality sector that improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Practically, it offers actionable insights for hotel restaurants aiming to enhance waiter performance and operational efficiency. Future research is recommended to explore deeper psychological and motivational factors affecting waiter performance and to investigate the impact of digital communication and ordering systems on operational efficiency and service excellence.
