Abstract

To overcome the problem of lackof student participation in learning activities. Students find it difficult to develop theability to solve problems, especially indetermining and processing concepts and concepts. Obvious difficulties can be seen when the teacher gives students the opportunity to respond to the questions asked. Learning can be enhanced by either a system of student-centered learning, which will be able to improve students' creative thinking ability to learn and solve problems in everyday life, or teacher-centered learning, which will lead to more meaningful learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the pamphlet- assisted CPS model to improve the creative thinking skills of grade V students of SDN 104231 Batang Kuis. This research includes experimental research with the Quasi-Experimental method, where class V A as the experimental class will be treated and class V B as the control class that is not treated. The subjects in this study consisted of two classes, namely class V A which amounted to 40 students and class V B which amounted to 38. There are three data collection techniques in this study, namely questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests. In the pretest results, the experimental class got an average of 38.25 and the control class 36.84. Then the experimental class was given the CPS learning model treatment assisted by pamphlet media, while the control class was not given treatment. And the experimental class got a posttest result of 81.00 and the control class got an average score of 69.21. So it was concluded that there was an influence of the pamphlet media-assisted CPS model to improve students' creative thinking skills in theme 8 Our Friends Environment Subtheme 1 Human and Learning Environment 1 class V at SDN 104231 Dusun II, Sugiharjo, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra.Keywords: CPS, Pamphlet Media, Creative Thinking Skill

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of animated video media based on the renderforest website on the material of likes and dislikes in improving speaking skills in grade IV elementary school students. This research was conducted in class IV of SD Negeri 064992 which amounted to 19 students. The implementation time of this research was carried out in the even semester of T.A 2023/202. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development using the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis techniques include the results of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation while quantitative data analysis techniques include media design experts, material experts, questionnaire results and speaking ability assessment rubrics. The results of research and development that have been carried out obtained a percentage of media design expert validation of 86% in the œVery Valid category, material expert validation value of 100% in the œVery Valid category, practicality test based on educator responses of 93% in the œVery Practical category, practicality test based on student responses of 90% in the œVery Practical category and effectiveness test on pretest of 60% and posttest of 89% in the œVery Effective category. Thus it can be concluded that the renderforest-based animated video media developed is valid, practical, and effective in improving the speaking skills of grade IV students.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of describing breakfast habits on academic achievement of SDN Keras students. This research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at UPTD SPF SDN Keras. The subjects consisted of 99 students and 67 parents. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. To check the validity of data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that by implementing good breakfast habits, it will have an impact on improving student achievement. Keywords: Breakfast Habits, Achievements

Abstract

The study's overarching goal is to determine, based on students' initial mathematics abilities, whether problem-based learning or more traditional methods of teaching mathematics improves students' critical and creative thinking skills in the subject. The 2013 curriculum includes problem-solving as an ability, therefore it's clear that this is an area that needs a lot of work. Among the many approaches to learning that adhere to Polya's stages is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm. Using a descriptive approach, this study included four sessions of instruction, one assessment of learning outcomes, and a study of remediation and enrichment. Learning outcomes examinations, expert validation of lesson plans and student activities, and observation of students' problem-solving abilities were all part of the data gathering process. The findings indicated that, according to the criteria, problem-based learning (PBL) is an effective model for teaching mathematics, and that students' abilities to solve problems using Polya's steps with PBL are also good.

Abstract

Students significantly improve their understanding of mathematical topics when they use personalised learning systems powered by artificial intelligence (AI). An effective and tailored learning experience is fostered by AI through its capacity to adjust the learning pace according to each student's degree of comprehension. A survey of AI technology applications is the goal of this research. The limitation in implementing and using AI technology within the framework of mathematics education is the primary challenge that partners are presently encountering. A descriptive analysis based on student surveys is the study approach used. Research objects and related literature are seen, interviewed, and documented as part of the data gathering process. The purpose of doing descriptive analysis on the data acquired is to bolster information that is pertinent, associated, and linked to the research. The study's findings suggest that the following benefits accrue to organisations that are able to make use of AI technology: improved task and role management; enhanced personalised learning and feedback; preparedness to face digital transformation with optimism; and awareness of the significant challenges that lie ahead in the education landscape, particularly in relation to the use of AI in education, including the ethical considerations surrounding its implementation. Abstract

When students have trouble with mathematical concepts, it shows in their low learning outcomes. This classroom action research project aims to examine the potential of a multi-function board in enhancing teacher and student engagement and learning outcomes related to FPB and KPK content through the implementation of the Realistic Mathematics Education method. Classroom action research is a method used in this study. Participants in the study were fourth graders. The researcher in this study is also the classroom instructor, and the class teacher acts as an observer of the KPK and FPB lessons. Findings from this study demonstrate that fourth graders at SDN 0701 are making good use of Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) to enhance their understanding of KPK and FPB content and to foster their creative thinking. Higher levels of teacher engagement and student achievement are indicators that the educator has implemented the pedagogical practices outlined in the Realistic Mathematical Education model. Thus, in order to maximise student learning results and foster optimal creative development, it is recommended that teachers implement the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) paradigm while teaching mathematics on KPK and FPB content.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model on the material on the meaning of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in class IV SDN 106810 Sampali T.A 2023/2024. This research uses quantitative research methods. The type of research is Quasi Experiment in the form of Nonequivalent Multiple Group Design. The population and sample in this research were class IV students at SDN 106810 Sampali, totaling 40 students. This research sample uses a sample sampling technique. The tool used in data collection in this research was a multiple choice test. The data analysis technique in this research uses hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on data analysis, the average value of learning outcomes for the STAD learning model is 82.25 and the value of learning outcomes using the conventional model is 77.25. From the test results of the data analysis requirements, the population is normally distributed and has a homogeneous variance and the results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of Sig. 0.000 where the Sig value. < (0.05), indicating H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence using the STAD model on student learning outcomes in the material on the meaning of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in class IV SDN 106810 Sampali T.A 2023/2024.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the make a match type cooperative learning model in class IV of SD Negeri 091496 on student learning outcomes in equivalent fraction material. This type of research is a pre-experiment, one group pretest-posttest. The sample used in this research was saturated sampling, namely class IV because there were 26 students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, tests/evaluations and documentation. The analysis technique uses the t-test formula. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the make a match type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in equivalent fraction material in class IV SDN 091496 Pematang Tanah Jawa. Based on the test, the pretest results obtained an average of 44.87 and a variance of 382.361 with the highest score of 86.7 and the lowest score of 20 with a sample size of 26 students. Meanwhile, the posttest results obtained an average of 75.64 with a variance of 131.417 with the highest score of 100 and the lowest score of 53.3. The results of hypothesis testing show that t_count is 16.603 with t_table 1.708. It can be seen that t_count > t_table is 16.603 > 1.708 which means H_o is rejected and H_a is accepted . Based on the results of data analysis and statistical tests as well as discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the make a match type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in grade IV fraction material at SDN 091496 Pematang Tanah Jawa.

Abstract

This research aims to produce character-based E-LKPD using Kahoot in the Pancasila Education Subject for Class IV SDN 056001 Karang Rejo. Research and development is carried out using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this research were design expert validators, material experts and educational practitioners, namely teachers and 34 class IV students at SDN 056001 Karang Rejo. Data collection instruments use interviews, questionnaires and tests. The results of the research obtained a feasibility score by the design expert validator with a percentage of 88.75% in the "Very Feasible" category, the material expert validator obtained a percentage of 77.90% in the "Feasible" category and the practicality test by educational practitioners obtained a percentage score of 95.38 % in the "Very Practical" category. The students' pre-test and post-test results based on the results of the N-Gain analysis obtained an average N-Gain percent score of 58.36 in the "Effective" category. Thus, character-based E-LKPD using Kahoot in elementary school Pancasila Education subjects is very feasible, very practical and effective for use by students in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of developing dream box media to increase learning motivation for class III of PAB 23 Patumbak Private Elementary School. This research is to provide a solution for students, namely that there are still many who do not focus on learning, they spend more time on unproductive things, this is due to the lack of motivation from teachers.  The provision of motivation carried out by teachers is still not able to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning so that teaching and learning activities do not run as expected, efforts to clarify learning objectives and efforts to create a pleasant learning atmosphere are still not optimal, this is due to the limited capabilities and costs of teachers. This research is research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE Analysis, Design (Planning), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation) development model. The subjects in this research were students and teachers of class III of PAB 23 Patumbak Private Elementary School. Based on the research results obtained, media content expert validation in stage I obtained a score of 68.33% in the "decent" category, for media content expert validation in stage II obtained a score of 90.21% in the "very feasible" category. Based on the media design expert's validation in stage I, they obtained a score of 67.91% "within the "decent" category, for validation the media design expert in stage II obtained a score of 75.83% in the "decent" category. From the results of the practicality test, the teacher's response received a score of 90% in the "very practical" category and the results of the practicality test of student responses obtained a score of 75.67% in the "practical" category. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the questionnaire to increase learning motivation obtained a score of 91.38% "very effective", and for the questions results obtained a score of 64.17% in the "effective" category. It is known that the effectiveness of the portable dream box game has a positive impact and can be used as a motivational tool to increase students' enthusiasm for achieving their goals.
