Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that reshapes public sector accounting by improving financial management efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This study aims to examine the role of AI in the digital transformation of public sector accounting and its contribution to enhancing public financial governance. Using a narrative literature review approach, the study analyzes relevant books, peer-reviewed journal articles, government reports, and other scholarly publications concerning AI, digital transformation, and public sector accounting. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances accounting efficiency through process automation, predictive financial analysis, intelligent auditing, and real-time reporting while strengthening financial transparency and institutional accountability. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are critical determinants of successful AI adoption within public organizations. However, organizational readiness, digital infrastructure, data governance, and regulatory support remain essential prerequisites for effective implementation. The study concludes that AI-driven digital transformation provides substantial opportunities for improving public financial governance and offers strategic insights for policymakers seeking sustainable and accountable financial management systems.

Technological disruption and increasing market volatility have challenged the effectiveness of conventional corporate financial management systems, creating an urgent need for more adaptive and intelligent financial strategies. This study aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence-driven Smart Financial Management model for strengthening corporate financial resilience through a qualitative library research approach. Data were collected from books, peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, institutional reports, and other relevant academic literature, and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The findings indicate that Artificial Intelligence significantly enhances financial intelligence, predictive analytics, intelligent decision-making, continuous risk monitoring, and adaptive organizational learning, enabling organizations to respond proactively to financial uncertainty. The study further proposes an integrated conceptual framework that positions AI-driven Smart Financial Management as a strategic organizational capability supporting financial flexibility, organizational adaptability, and sustainable performance. The proposed model extends Dynamic Capabilities Theory by explaining how AI strengthens organizational sensing, seizing, and transforming capabilities within financial management. The study offers theoretical contributions by integrating fragmented research streams while providing practical implications for organizations seeking to improve financial resilience and sustain competitiveness in rapidly changing technological and economic environments.

Digital transformation has become a strategic approach to improving public service quality in the era of modern governance. This study aims to examine the role of digital transformation in enhancing public service quality through a qualitative library research approach. Data were collected from books, peer-reviewed journals, government reports, and other relevant scientific publications discussing digital transformation, public service quality, and modern governance. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis to identify key themes, relationships, and patterns across previous studies. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly improves public service quality by increasing efficiency, transparency, accountability, accessibility, responsiveness, and citizen satisfaction. However, its successful implementation depends on several supporting factors, including digital infrastructure, institutional readiness, leadership commitment, human resource capabilities, regulatory support, cybersecurity, and interagency collaboration. The study concludes that digital transformation is not merely a technological innovation but a comprehensive governance strategy that enables governments to deliver more effective, inclusive, and citizen-centered public services while strengthening institutional performance in the digital era.

This article examines justice by viralism and trauma commodification in four viral sexual violence cases in Indonesia during 2026: verbal sexual harassment by 16 students of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (FH UI); alleged child grooming by a vocational school principal in Pamulang; physical sexual harassment on a TransJakarta bus; and disclosure of alleged child grooming implicating a public figure. The study's urgency is grounded in data: Komnas Perempuan's 2025 Annual Report recorded 376,529 cases of gender-based violence against women, up 14.07% from 330,097 in 2024, with 337,961 cases (89.76%) in personal settings; Pusiknas Bareskrim Polri recorded 546 molestation reports in 1-22 January 2026, involving 553 victims, 75.04% students; and FSGI recorded 22 education-sector violence cases in Q1 2026, 91% sexual, with 83 victims. Using a critical case study approach grounded in public-document analysis, the article integrates Frankfurt School Critical Theory, Mosco's political economy of communication, Debord's spectacle theory, and Sara Mills' Critical Discourse Analysis, arguing the cases share a common structural root, digital patriarchy mediated by platform capitalism, manifesting differently by setting, power, and legal maturity. The article operationalizes a "critical-algorithmic public sphere" via four measurable indicators and proposes tripartite recommendations with success indicators, responsible parties, and timelines.

Low reading comprehension scores among fifth-grade students prompted this study to test a combined approach: Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) paired with a digital gamified quiz. Two theoretical strands justify this pairing cooperative scaffolding within the Zone of Proximal Development, and Mayer's Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning. Because no comparable control class was available at the research site, a one-group pretest-posttest design was adopted instead, a choice that limits how strongly maturation and testing effects can be ruled out. Twenty-two fifth-graders, chosen through purposive sampling based on active enrollment and complete test attendance, took part. Before use, the ten-item essay instrument (built on Burns' 1984 comprehension framework) went through expert validation by three reviewers using Aiken's V, with an average value of 0.94, and a field trial with 23 students from a different but comparable school, yielding Cronbach's Alpha of 0.795. Mean scores rose from 56.6 at pretest to 82.50 at posttest, a statistically significant gain (t = −13.90, p < 0.001, d = 2.97) with a moderate N-Gain of 0.59. Without a control condition, however, this points to an association between the intervention and score improvement rather than proof of causal superiority over other methods.

This study aims to analyze the communication strategies employed by the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs of North Musi Rawas Regency in supporting the development of digitally based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with four informants, consisting of a digitally active MSME owner, a partner or community representative, a non-digitalized MSME owner, and a representative of the MSME Division of the local government, and were supported by observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using reflexive thematic analysis. Four main themes emerged: multichannel communication strategies in MSME digitalization, the process and gap of digital adoption, the role of mentoring and collaboration, and barriers and needs for strengthening communication strategies. The findings indicate that the most effective communication strategy is hybrid, combining socialization, face-to-face training, direct mentoring, WhatsApp, and social media. The study also identifies a digital readiness gap between MSMEs that have adopted social media and QRIS and those that remain at the pre-adoption stage due to limitations in digital literacy, devices, internet access, time, and technological experience. Continuous mentoring and stakeholder collaboration were found to be critical in bridging information delivery and actual technology adoption in business activities. The study concludes that successful MSME digitalization depends more on the alignment of communication strategies with the digital readiness of business actors than on the number of digital platforms introduced. The findings imply the need for adaptive communication strategies and differentiated mentoring to support a more inclusive and sustainable digital transformation of MSMEs.

The rapid adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) has transformed digital marketing by enabling brands to produce, personalize, and distribute content at unprecedented scale. However, increasing dependence on AI-generated content may create communication homogenization and weaken perceived brand authenticity, making differentiation and meaningful consumer engagement increasingly challenging. This study examines how authentic brand storytelling and GenAI can be strategically leveraged to strengthen brand differentiation and enhance consumer engagement within the digital marketing ecosystem. Using a library research approach, the study analyzes relevant books, peer-reviewed journal articles, scientific reports, and previous studies through content analysis. The findings indicate that authentic brand storytelling provides distinctive narrative meaning, while GenAI functions as an enabling capability for scalable, personalized, and multimodal communication. Brand differentiation emerges as a strategic mechanism connecting these resources with cognitive, emotional, and behavioral consumer engagement. The study concludes that GenAI creates greater strategic value when governed by authentic brand identity, human oversight, narrative consistency, and consumer participation rather than used merely to increase content volume.

The digitalisation of the financing sector has transformed lending into electronic systems that prioritise speed, efficiency, and accessibility, while creating new challenges in collateral governance. This study examines the fragmentation of registration systems for fiduciary guarantees and mortgage rights, which may lead to overlapping security interests, limited cross-system verification, and uncertainty about creditors’ positions and priorities. The study aims to analyse the causes of overlapping security interests in digital credit, examine their implications for creditors’ legal certainty, and formulate a model for integrating collateral registration. This normative and prescriptive legal research employs statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, with a qualitative analysis comparing Indonesia’s registration system with Australia’s Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). The findings indicate that separating the AHU and BPN registration systems limits the effectiveness of publicity and priority principles in Grant Gilmore’s framework because of inadequate cross-system verification. This condition also undermines the values of Rechtssicherheit, Gerechtigkeit, and Zweckmäßigkeit identified by Gustav Radbruch. The study proposes an integrated national collateral registration model featuring cross-registration search, data standardisation, debtor and collateral identification, verification protocols, and audit trails. The model adapts PPSR principles while preserving the distinct legal characteristics of Indonesian security rights.

Domestic violence remains a legal and access-to-justice problem because incidents recorded by formal services do not necessarily represent all violence experienced by victims. This study analyzes how documented reporting barriers may disconnect victims from legal protection mechanisms in Indonesia and formulates a legally grounded model for strengthening access to protection. The study uses normative (doctrinal) legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, examining the Indonesian legal framework in force by September 2026. Primary legal materials comprise Law Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence, Government Regulation Number 4 of 2006 on the Organization and Cooperation for the Recovery of Domestic Violence Victims, and Law Number 3 of 2026 on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims. Official SIMFONI PPA materials are used only as administrative context. A structured supplementary search of PubMed and Google Scholar identified peer-reviewed studies on domestic/intimate partner violence reporting and help-seeking, principally from 2015–2025, with a 2026 systematic review included to capture the latest synthesis. Legal norms were extracted and interpreted doctrinally, while reported barriers in the supporting literature were thematically mapped into five analytical clusters and compared with available protection mechanisms. The synthesis identifies five interrelated clusters: normalization of violence as a private matter; economic dependence and unequal power relations; fear of perpetrators and repeated violence; family pressure, children-related concerns, and stigma; and limited information or institutional access. These barriers can operate before formal reporting and therefore expose a gap between legally guaranteed rights and practical access to those rights. The study proposes a four-stage protection model covering pre-reporting, reporting, protection and handling, and recovery/access to justice. Because no primary victim data were collected, the study does not estimate the prevalence or causal magnitude of underreporting; empirical studies and SIMFONI PPA data are used only to contextualize the doctrinal analysis.
