Lentera Negeri welcomes submissions across a comprehensive range of academic disciplines, spanning the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, applied sciences, and technology. Within the social sciences, the journal considers research in sociology, psychology and mental health, counseling studies, education and educational innovation, curriculum and assessment, communication studies, political science, public administration, economics, development studies, law and governance, social policy, and community development. Studies addressing social behavior, institutional dynamics, policy implementation, and community transformation are particularly relevant. In the humanities, the journal embraces scholarly works in philosophy, ethics, cultural studies, history, language and literature, religious studies, and arts and creative inquiry. Contributions that explore intellectual traditions, cultural identities, normative frameworks, and interpretative analyses of social phenomena are welcomed as part of the journal’s commitment to advancing critical and reflective scholarship. The journal also accommodates research in the natural sciences, including environmental sciences, biological sciences, physical sciences, and earth and climate studies, especially when these fields intersect with sustainability, ecological resilience, public welfare, and global environmental challenges. Empirical and experimental studies that contribute to scientific understanding with societal implications are within the journal’s purview. In the domain of applied sciences and technology, Lentera Negeri welcomes research in engineering, applied technology, digital innovation, information systems, health sciences, public health, entrepreneurship, innovation management, sustainable technology, and green development. Studies addressing technological advancement, digital transformation, health systems, and innovation-driven solutions for societal needs are considered integral to the journal’s multidisciplinary orientation. Furthermore, the journal actively encourages cross-disciplinary and thematic research that integrates multiple fields of inquiry to address sustainable development, human well-being, environmental resilience, governance and public policy, digital transformation, coaching and mentoring practices, volunteerism, philanthropy, and community empowerment. <![CDATA[Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan sekolah merupakan isu krusial yang mengancam keselamatan dan perkambangan psikologis siswa, khususnya di Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) memegang peranan penting dalam Upaya pencegahan melalui layanan konseling yang sistematis dan responsif. Namun, masih banyak guru BK yang belum memiliki keterampilan dalam Menyusun modul konseling yang kreatif dan berbasis pendekatan ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru BK dalam menyusun modul konseling kreatif dan inovatif berbasis pendekatan Modifikasi Kognitif Perilaku (KREIN-MKP) guna mencegah kekerasan seksual di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan yang terdiri dari sembilan tahap, dimulai dari survei kebutuhan hingga evaluasi dan publikasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru BK dalam Menyusun modul yang sesui dengan karakteristik siswa. Produk akhir berupa modul konseling KREIN-MKP dapat digunakan sebagai acuan layanan dasar dan responsive dalam menghadapi isu kekerasan seksual.]]>

<![CDATA[Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) memiliki peran penting dalam membantu siswa mengatasi permasalahan personal, sosial, dan akademik. Namun, masih banyak guru BK yang belum memiliki keterampilan dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis pendekatan konseling modifikasi kognitif perilaku (KREIN-MKP). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru BK dalam menyusun modul konseling kreatif dan inovatif sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan (workshop) yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi, praktik, dan asistensi, dengan peserta guru BK anggota MGBK SMK se-Kota Padang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 73,3% peserta menilai materi relevan dengan tugas sehari-hari, 70% menyatakan penyampaian mudah dipahami, 60% menilai pembuatan modul dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, dan 80% menyatakan workshop perlu dilanjutkan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan guru BK dalam menyusun modul berbasis KREIN-MKP yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman layanan konseling untuk pencegahan permasalahan siswa serta mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.]]>

<![CDATA[Bencana hidrometeorologi tidak hanya menimbulkan kerusakan fisik dan kerugian material, tetapi juga meninggalkan dampak psikologis yang signifikan bagi masyarakat terdampak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi konseling trauma menggunakan Ifdil Perceptual Light Technique (IPLT) dalam kegiatan pendampingan psikososial bagi penyintas bencana hidrometeorologi di Sumatera Barat serta menganalisis respons penyintas terhadap intervensi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus multipel yang dilaksanakan di tiga wilayah terdampak bencana, yaitu Nagari Salareh Aia, Nagari Silayang, dan Nagari Koto Tinggi. Sebanyak 287 penyintas terlibat dalam kegiatan pendampingan psikososial. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, catatan proses layanan, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta pengukuran tingkat distres trauma menggunakan instrumen Impact of Event Scale-Revised sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi psikososial berbasis IPLT berkontribusi dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, menstabilkan kondisi emosional, serta meningkatkan strategi koping adaptif pada penyintas. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan penurunan rerata skor distres trauma dari 38,3 menjadi 26,3 setelah intervensi dengan persentase penurunan sebesar 31,4%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa IPLT dapat menjadi pendekatan intervensi psikososial yang kontekstual dan adaptif dalam mendukung pemulihan psikologis serta memperkuat resiliensi komunitas pascabencana.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan globalisasi yang ditandai oleh arus informasi yang cepat serta kecenderungan gaya hidup materialistik berpotensi memengaruhi dimensi spiritual masyarakat. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya upaya pembinaan keagamaan yang mampu memperkuat pemahaman dan penghayatan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan rohani Islam dan kajian Al-Qur’an serta kontribusinya terhadap penguatan spiritualitas jamaah di Majelis Taklim Perumahan Gria Pinaringan Asri, Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain partisipatoris yang menempatkan jamaah sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses pembinaan spiritual. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dialog partisipatif, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kondisi spiritual jamaah, pelaksanaan bimbingan rohani Islam dan kajian Al-Qur’an secara terstruktur, serta evaluasi reflektif terhadap proses kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bimbingan rohani Islam dan kajian Al-Qur’an mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran spiritual jamaah. Integrasi kajian Al-Qur’an, hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW, serta kitab-kitab klasik seperti Durratun Nasihin dan Ihya’ Ulumuddin membantu jamaah memahami nilai-nilai spiritual secara lebih kontekstual dan reflektif. Keterlibatan aktif jamaah dalam kegiatan juga mendorong internalisasi nilai akhlak, ibadah, dan muamalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, majelis taklim memiliki peran strategis sebagai ruang pembinaan spiritual masyarakat, dan kegiatan bimbingan rohani Islam berbasis kajian Al-Qur’an dapat menjadi model pembinaan keagamaan yang relevan dalam menghadapi dinamika kehidupan modern.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the persistent issue of auditor non-compliance in local government institutions despite the formal implementation of audit systems and internal control mechanisms. Although regulatory frameworks and supervisory structures have been established, practical weaknesses remain evident, particularly in audit detection errors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of system audits and internal control on auditor non-compliance, and to investigate the mediating role of audit detection errors in regional government agencies of Pandeglang Regency. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using data collected from 96 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that system audits and internal control significantly reduce audit detection errors and auditor non-compliance. Detection errors have a positive and significant effect on auditor non-compliance and partially mediate the relationships between governance mechanisms and compliance behavior. These findings highlight that improving detection capability is crucial for strengthening audit quality and public sector accountability.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the integration of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) into tourism industry operations, focusing on the challenges faced and strategic approaches employed to overcome them. Utilizing a qualitative research method through an extensive literature review and library research, this paper synthesizes existing knowledge on EMS adoption within tourism sectors globally. The tourism industry, while a significant economic contributor, poses considerable environmental risks due to resource consumption, waste generation, and ecosystem disruption. EMS offers a structured framework to mitigate these impacts by coordinating policies, responsibilities, and operational procedures aimed at sustainability. However, the implementation of EMS in tourism is hindered by factors such as limited environmental awareness, financial constraints, and resistance to organizational change. The literature reveals that successful EMS integration requires strategic approaches including stakeholder engagement, continuous innovation, capacity building, and transparent communication. Furthermore, the role of local communities, government regulations, and private sector commitment emerges as critical in fostering effective EMS adoption. The findings underscore that EMS not only enhances environmental performance but also contributes to competitive advantage by aligning tourism operations with global sustainability standards. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities in EMS implementation in tourism and offers practical insights for policymakers, industry practitioners, and researchers aiming to promote sustainable tourism development. Future research directions include empirical studies on EMS impact assessment and the development of tailored EMS models for diverse tourism contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the role of family support in caring for members with mental disorders and its impact on overall family life. The research addresses the challenges families face, including emotional fatigue, financial strain, and role conflicts, while highlighting the critical role of emotional, informational, and instrumental support in patient care and family cohesion. The study employs a literature-based methodology, analyzing primary and secondary data from books, journals, articles, and reports relevant to the phenomenon of family caregiving. Findings indicate that families provide multidimensional support that enhances patient recovery, treatment adherence, and family resilience, while coping strategies, social networks, and cultural context significantly influence caregiving effectiveness. The study concludes that family support is essential for both patient well-being and family stability, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive, comprehensive, and collaborative approaches to strengthen caregiving practices and improve the quality of family life.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: The rise of TikTok videos showing life and work at sea has increased public exposure to the seafarer profession. Many seafarers actively share their experiences on board ships, creating wider professional visibility. However, previous studies mainly discuss TikTok as a platform for entertainment and promotion, while limited studies examine its role in influencing career interest in the maritime profession. This creates a research gap regarding how TikTok shapes public motivation toward becoming seafarers. Objective: This study aims to investigate the influence of TikTok social media on public interest in the seafarer profession. Methods: This study uses a mixed-method approach with concurrent quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Microsoft Teams to students participating in level 1 and level 2 seafarer training in Semarang. From a population of 126 participants, 95 respondents were selected based on the Krejcie and Morgan table with a 95% confidence level. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and TikTok content analysis. Results: The results show a significant positive relationship between TikTok exposure and interest in the seafarer profession (Pearson correlation = 0.936; p < 0.001), indicating a strong association between maritime-related content consumption and career interest. Qualitative findings show that educational content, visual attractiveness, and influencer narratives increase motivation, while occupational risks and incomplete professional representation remain important barriers. Conclusion: TikTok plays an important role as a strategic medium for career visibility and professional promotion in the maritime sector, although the findings indicate correlation rather than direct causality.]]>

<![CDATA[The protection of human rights in criminal procedure requires not only formal legal guarantees but also an institutional design capable of ensuring independent and impartial investigations. In Indonesia, the concentration of investigative authority within the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) raises concerns regarding the effectiveness of such independence. This study aims to examine whether the current institutional framework under Law No. 20 of 2025 on the Criminal Procedure Code is capable of guaranteeing objective and accountable investigative processes. This research employs a doctrinal legal approach, using statutory and conceptual analyses based on legal materials collected through systematic library research. The analysis applies textual, systematic, and teleological interpretation, supported by deductive reasoning to evaluate the institutional design of investigative authority. The findings indicate that limitations of investigative independence stem from structural factors, including concentration of authority, budgetary dependence, hierarchical organizational culture, and weak oversight mechanisms. These conditions constrain objective law enforcement and weaken human rights protection. This study proposes an Integrated Oversight Framework that combines internal reform, judicial control, and public accountability as a layered model of oversight. However, the framework remains normative and requires further empirical validation and institutional feasibility analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[Shrimp is one of Indonesia’s leading fishery commodities and contributes significantly to national export earnings in the marine and fisheries sector. East Java Province has become one of the main centers of shrimp production and export due to its extensive aquaculture areas, developed fisheries infrastructure, and access to international export markets. This study uses a Structured Narrative Literature Review (SNLR) approach to analyze the development of the economic value of East Java shrimp exports during 2000–2024. Data were collected from scientific journals, government reports, statistical publications, and fisheries research documents sourced from Google Scholar, Scopus, BPS, and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The review indicates that shrimp exports from East Java have shown significant growth, particularly after the expansion of whiteleg shrimp cultivation. Export competitiveness is influenced by production capacity, technology adoption, global demand, international quality standards, and trade policies. The study concludes that shrimp exports play a strategic role in regional economic growth and national fisheries development.]]>
