Today traffic accidents that happen in domination by high school students, shows that traffic violations need important handling to be overcome. this research objects to analyze students' regulation conditions in traffic violations. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, using a data collection tool in the form of a self-regulation questionnaire in traffic. The subjects of this study were vocational high school students. The sample in this study was 65 vocational high school students. Subjects were taken by simple random sampling technique. This study uses data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-regulation consists of various aspects. Each aspect has a different percentage. The aspect of metacognition ability has a moderate percentage of 60.0%, the motivational aspect of self-regulation has the lowest percentage with 55.4%, while the behavioral aspect has a percentage of 66.2% in the medium category. The results of this study can be used as information for counseling teachers or counselors as a basis in efforts to provide assistance to students to improve adolescent self-regulation in traffic in order to prevent negative behavior, one of which is traffic violations that often occur in adolescents.

Inovasi dan pengembangan proses pembelajaran dipandang sebagai proses partisipatif yang melibatkan manajemen, seluruh komunitas sekolah termasuk pemangku kepentingan, yang dapat menciptakan ide-ide baru dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Suatu pembelajaran yang menarik dan mandiri membutuhkan suatu media yang bisa merangsang minat dan ketertarikan siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran tersebut, terutama pembelajaran daring yang tentunya sangat membosankan bagi siswa karena hanya berkutat dengan benda mati tanpa ada interaksi dengan guru secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Modul Project Based Learning yang dirancang sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model ADDIE dengan prosedur pengembangan Borg And Gall, yaitu tahap Analisis, Defenisi, Design, Implementation dan Evaluation. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini: Validitas E-learning Berbasis Project Based Learning dinyatakan valid pada aspek media dengan nilai 0,902 dan aspek materi dengan nilai 0,842. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa E-learning Berbasis Project Based learning dinyatakan valid untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif modul pembelajaran Project Based Learning di SMPN 9 Padang.

By choosing SMK, it means that students have also chosen what profession they will pursue in the future. The process of choosing a future profession stretches over a long period of time and includes a variety of small choices that eventually lead to a particular professional path. To achieve the desired career in accordance with the demands of today's era, of course mastery of 21st century skills is needed. Because not all students who graduate from school are ready to work. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a Career Choice Decision Making Questionnaire and a 21st Century Skill Ability Questionnaire. Based on Table 1 the significance value output above is known between 21st Century Skills (X) and Career Decisions (Y) the Significance value (Sig, (1-tailed) is .00 which means <0.05. So based on this it can be seen clearly that there is a significant correlation.

Setiap pasangan pernikahan tentunya berharap sekali seumur hidup, akan berbagi suka dan duka bersama, akan berusaha bersama-sama menjalin rumah tangga yang sakinah bahkan akan menghadapi bersama keadaan sulit sekalipun. Namun sesuai Universitas Negeri Padang perkembangan zaman, pernikahan menjadi persoalan yang sangat rumit karena tingginya tingkat perceraian. Perceraian ini rentan terjadi pada pernikahan pasangan usia dini. Masa remaja merupakan masa topan badainya dan gejolaknya stress individu. Oleh sebab itu pengaplikasian terapi naratif secara aktif dan sensitif menyesuaikan praktik dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan lintas budaya atau konselor yang menerapkan terapi naratif harus memodifikasi dan bahkan terkadang menciptakan bentuk narasi sesuai budaya kliennya.

Implementasi multimedia pembelajaran disekolah belum maksimal sehingga siswa kurang aktif dan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan di MAS TI Canduang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada Mata Pelajaran Teknik Komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan nilai validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) Menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality, (2) Validitas multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality dinyatakan valid dengan kategori nilai 0,88>0,61, (3) Praktikalitas multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality berdasarkan dua respon guru dengan nilai rata-rata 89,4 dengan kategori sangat praktis dan 21 respon siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 85,83 dengan kategori sangat praktis, (4) Efektivitas multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Teknik Komputer.

Nail art banyak digandurungi oleh wanita zaman sekarang, banyaknya peminat ini perlunya ada perkembangan dalam dunia nail art. Perkembangan ini memancing untuk bisa lebih kreatif,dalam dunia pendidikan untuk memancing kreativitas mahasiswa maka diperlukan media pembelajaran yang reatif juga. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah e-modul. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian pengembangan, imstrumen penelitian menggunakan anget dengan sampel dua orang dosen, tiga orang mahasiswa (kelompok kecil), sepuluh orang mahasiwa (kelompok besar). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan e-modul dalam pembelajaran nail art oleh dosen sangat praktis, kelompok kecil menjawab sangat praktis dan kelompok besar menjawab praktis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media pembelajaran online yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Universitas Negeri Padang. Media pembelajaran online ini dirancang untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa sehingga meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda penelitian Research and Development (R and D) dengan prosedur pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, praktikalitas, dan efetivitas media pembelajaran online. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini: (1) validitas media pembelajaran online dinyatakan valid pada aspek media dan aspek materi, (2) praktikalitas media pembelajaran online berdasarkan respon dosen dan mahasiswa dinyatakan sangat praktis, (3) efektivitas media pembelajaran online dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran online dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

The government in Indonesia is starting to change the perspective so that all levels of government use a computerized system called e-government. Especially in the government environment in West Sumatra Province. Currently, West Sumatra Province is still far behind other provinces that have utilized information technology. Therefore, the Province of West Sumatra tries to utilize technology for existing agencies throughout the province of West Sumatra. One of them is at the Water Resources Management Office of West Sumatra Province. The application technology needed by PSDA is a geographic information system wherein building the application requires a work system framework design method, OOAD, the modeling uses UML and uses the PHP programming language as well as storage media for all irrigation data and coordinates using a MySQL database so that all applications will be implemented. built to make it easier for the PSDA to enter website-based coordinate data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) self regulated learning, dukungan sosial orangtua, dan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik, (2) regulated learning terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, (3) dukungan sosial orangtua terhadap Perilaku Prokrastinasi Akademik, dan (4) menguji korelasi self regulated learning dan dukungan sosial orangtua serta perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif jenis korelasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 244 orang siswa. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat self regulated learning berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) dukungan orang tua juga dalam kategori tinggi, (3) perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dikategorikan tinggi, (4) self regulated learning memberikan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik, (5) dukungan sosial orang tua memberikan hubungan`yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan (6) self regulated learning dan dukungan sosial orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap pengurangan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work safety consisting of the state of the work environment and the use of work equipment on worker productivity. This research was conducted at PT Musim Mas Medan, with a population and sample of 200 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirement test was conducted to test for normality, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there is a positive and significant effect between safety at work on worker productivity with t count = 3.617 and t table 1.97 with a coefficient value of 0.430. From the results of SPSS output, it is known that the R square value is 0.62 or 62%, which means that safety at work has an influence on the level of worker productivity.
