Abstract

Domestic oil palm needs will continue to increase, it is estimated that national oil palm needs in 2035 will reach 36 million tons. Meanwhile, national rice production capacity is experiencing slow growth or tends to be stagnant. So that it needs an increase in productivity or technical efficiency through the Integrated Crop Management (ICM) model approach. This study aims to analyze the level of rice ICM technology implementationand the factors that influence the level of rice ICM technology implementation and its effect on the technical efficiency of oil palm farming in Langkat Regency. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method, a sample of 60 farmers in the District of Cariu, Pamijahan, and Leuwisadeng of Langkat Regency were analyzed using the scoring method, multiple linear regression models, and the stochastic frontier analyze method. The results showed the level of oil palm ICM technology implementation in LangkatRegency was classified as moderate (71,54 percent), while the technology component with the highest level of application was jajar legowo spacing of 2:1 (98,50 percent) and the lowest was the use ofmanure (27 percent). Factors that influence the level of rice ICM technology implementation at α level of5 percent are non-farm income with an estimated value of 3,318, intensity of SLPTT and non SLPTT training with an estimated value of 2,236, and dummy farmer's employment status with an estimated value of 2,127. While the experience factor of farming with an estimated value of 0,110 and the duration of formaleducation of farmers with an estimated value of 0,403 has an effect on the level of α of 10 percent. The level of oil palm ICM technology implementation with an estimated value of -0,0855 and farmer access to obtain credit with an estimated value of -0,0348 has an effect on the technical efficiency of rice farming at α level of 1 percent, while the land ownership status with an estimated value is -0,2527 at α level of 10 percent. The average level of technical efficiency of oil palm farming in Langkat Regency is not optimal (67,4 percent), this is due to, among others, the application of technological components that are still relatively low or not as recommended by ICM. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase motivation and farmer participation in implementing ICM technology optimally and sustainably to help meet national oil palm needs.

Abstract

Leadership and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case, the leadership and motivation at PT Jasa Marga Persero, Tbk. Belmera Branch are classified as good and have an effect on employee performance. This study uses primary data where data is collected using a questionnaire. This research was conducted on employees at PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk Belmera Branch with a population of 165 employees with a sample of 117 respondents. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with partial test hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The findings of this researcher show that (1) the influence of leadership on employee performance is positive and significant. (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance is positive and significant. (3) the influence of leadership and motivation on monkeys' performance is positive and significant. The conclusion of this research is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ratio of liquidity, profitability, and activity for the assessment of financial performance at PT. Sarana Argo Nusantara (Persero) for the period 2015-2019. The ratios used in this study are current ratio, cash ratio, Total Own Capital (TMS) to Total Assets (TA), collection period, inventory turnover, total asset turnover (TATO), and return on assets (ROA) and return on equity ( ROE). The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are based on the analysis of liquidity ratios, through current ratios and cash ratios, the company's financial performance is liquid, based on the ratio of Total Own Capital to Total Assets or known as TMS to TA, it can be seen that the financial performance is good, the activity ratio, it can be called the financial performance of this company. From the point of view of accounts receivable turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, and total asset turnover ratio are good. and the ratio of profitability as measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) can be said to be good, so it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara (Persero), 2015-2019 is healthy with the AAA category

Abstract

Performance is an important and interesting part because of its proven benefits, employee performance is the result of a complex process, and is influenced by factors originating from internal and external factors. Good employee performance is the hope of every company that employs these employees.In conducting the research, the authors examined the Office of the Head of the Siempat Nempu Hulu District, Sidikalang which is located at Jl. Sidikalang-Tigalingga, KM 11, Siempat Nempu Hulu, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra 22251 When the research was conducted in December 2020 until the study was completed. The population in this study which is used is the population as a whole (100%) because the number of employees in the Siempat Nempu Hulu District Head Office, Sidikalang is 30 people and it is less than 100 employees.The results showed the value of F count 27.656> F table 3.35 and the value of Sig is 0.000 <0.05, so work discipline, commitment, motivation together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.761. This value can be interpreted that the variables of work discipline, commitment, and motivation can affect employee performance by 76.1%, the remaining 100% - 76.1% = 23.9% is explained by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge of rural and urban land and building taxes, taxpayer awareness, rural land and building tax services, tax sanctions, and NJOP on taxpayer compliance. This type of research is survey research, using primary data with a questionnaire. The research population was 110,077 and 105 processed. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that knowledge of rural and urban land and building taxes, taxpayer awareness, rural and urban land and building tax services, tax sanctions, and NJOP had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer awareness and land and rural and urban tax services have no significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Partially, knowledge of rural and urban land and building taxes, taxes, taxes, and NJOP have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. While the awareness of taxpayers and services for rural and urban land and building taxes has a positive and insignificant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Work from home has become a growing concern for employers and employees in most organizations with a flexible work environment, flexibility to work, freedom of time, using information and communication technology. Work discipline is related to compliance with applicable regulations, responsibilities in carrying out tasks, carrying out work tasks to completion every day, timeliness of arrival until completion of meetings/discussions, closely related to employee performance related to quality, quantity, timeliness and productivity. Coupled with interpersonal communication related to Openness, Empathy, Support, Equality. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Work from home (WFH) and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Interpersonal Communication as an Intervening Variable, at the Center for the Assessment of Agricultural Technology, Banten Province. The methodology used is a survey design, using a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 80 respondents with an interval measurement scale of 1-10 and analyzed using the Smart PLS 3.29 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between: 1. Work from home (WFH) has an effect on Performance, 2. Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance, 3. Work from home (WFH) has an effect on Interpersonal Communication, 4. Work Discipline has an effect on Interpersonal Communication, 5. Interpersonal Communication has a Simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, with the results of the independent variable and the dependent variable being strengthened by the influence of the intervening variable. This study therefore rejects all null hypotheses because the estimates are statistically significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Receivables Turnover and Profit Growth on Profitability with Capital Structure as a moderation variable. This population is 594 companies. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 211 companies with observational data of 633 companies. This research data was obtained from the financial statements of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019. The research method used is a structural equation model with the IBM AMOS 2 program. The results of the sub-structural equation analysis show that Profit Growth has a positive effect on Profitability while Liquidity and Receivables Turnover do not affect profitability through the Capital Structure as a Moderation variable in Non-Financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh current ratio, total asset turnover, working capital turnover, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap return on investment pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan jumlah pengamatan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 130 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penyajian sampel yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen yaitu current ratio, total asset turnover, working capital turnover, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on investment. Secara parsial working capital turnover dan total asset turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on investment. Sedangkan variabel current ratio dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on investment.

Abstract

Menabung adalah salah satu cara dalam mengelola keuangan. Kondisi ketidakpastian membuat masyarakat sadar menabung menjadi solusi untuk menyiapkan krisis di masa depan yang mungkin lebih tinggi. Menabung dilakukan oleh masyarakat pada umumnya dengan harapan dapat menyimpan dan menyisihkan sebagian pendapatan yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh financial inclusion, self control, dan financial literacy terhadap saving behavior. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden yang berjumlah 90 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Kuesioner yang telah diisi respoden dianalisis dengan metode analisis kuantitatif, selanjutnya digunakan smartPLS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa financial inclusion tidak berpengaruh terhadap saving behavior, self control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap saving behavior, dan financial literacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap saving behavior.

Abstract

The leader's actions in providing directions and instructions will have a major impact on employee satisfaction. One option that can be taken in an effort to solve complex problems in an organization is to apply a transformational and situational leadership style approach. The purpose of this study is the influence of transformational and situational leadership on job satisfaction of employees of the Tiga Binanga District Office, Karo Regency. The sampling technique used by the researcher was saturated sampling, therefore the sample in this study was the entire population of employees in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency, totaling 33 people. The results of this study are that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. Situational leadership has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. Taken together, the leadership and situational transformation variables have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Tigabinanga District Office, Karo Regency. The magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and situational leadership on job satisfaction is 55.1%, the remaining 44.9% is explained by variables or other factors not discussed in this study.
