Abstract

Smash adalah suatu bentuk pukulan yang dilakukan oleh seorang pemain dengan satu tangan di atas permukaan net yang tajam dan keras untuk mematikan pertahanan lawan dan dalam suatu pertandingan bolavoli mutlak dibutuhkan teknik smash yang baik untuk memenangkan pertandingan, karena dalam pertandingan bolavoli smash merupakan penghasil poin utama. Suatu tim bolavoli pasti mempunyai tingkat efektivitas berbeda dari pertandingan ke pertandingan, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas smash sebuah tim pada KAPOLRI CUP 2023 yaitu Bandung Tectona. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dari data-data hasil observasi pada semua pertandingan yang dijalani oleh tim Bandung Tectona pada KAPOLRI CUP 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui video rekaman pertandingan tim Bandung Tectona yang bertanding pada KAPOLRI CUP 2023. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus efektivitas dengan cara menghitung tingkat keberhasilan dan jumlah total aktivitas smash pada semua pertandingan KAPOLRI CUP 2023 tim Bandung Tectona. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1.) Tingkat efektivitas semua jenis smash tim Bandung Tectona pada putaran pertama KAPOLRI CUP 2023 adalah: open smash (58,42%), semi smash (55,38%), quick smash (46,03%), back attack smash (57,69%), dan smash langsung (42,85%), 2.) Tingkat efektivitas semua jenis smash tim Bandung Tectona pada putaran kedua KAPOLRI CUP 2023 adalah: open smash (63,15%), semi smash (68,42%), quick smash (66,17%), back attack smash (55,84%), dan smash langsung (88,88%). Abstract: Smash is a sharp and hard hit that performed by player with one hand above net surface to attack opponent's defend and in a volleyball its absolutely required good smash technique to win a game, since in a volleyball game smash is a main point scorer. A volleyball team has different effectiveness extent from game to game. Therefore, the objective of this game was to investigate the team smash effectiveness extent on KAPOLRI CUP 2023 namely Bandung Tectona. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach from observation result data on all game that performed by Bandung Tectona team on KAPOLRI CUP 2023. Data were collected through video recording of Bandung Tectona games that playon KAPOLRI CUP 2023. Data analysis technique used effectiveness by computing success extent and total smash activities on all game of KAPOLRI CUP 2023 of Bandung Tectona team. Results showed that: 1) The effectiveness extent of Bandung Tectona team's all smash type on first round KAPOLRI CUP 2023: open smash ( 58,42% ), semi smash ( 55,38% ), quick smash ( 46,03% ), back attack smash ( 57,69% ), anddirect smash ( 42,85% ); 2) the effectiveness extent of Bandung Tectona team's all smash type on second round KAPOLRI CUP 2023: open smash ( 63,15% ), semi smash ( 68,42% ), quick smash ( 66,17% ), back attack smash ( 55,84% ), and direct smash ( 88,88% ); 3) the effectiveness extent of Bandung Tectona team's all smash type on final four KAPOLRI CUP 2023: open smash ( 54,02% ), semi smash ( 67,69% ), quick smash ( 63,01% ), back attack smash ( 56,03% ), and direct smash ( 30,00% ); 4) The effectiveness extent of Bandung Tectona team's all smash type on first round KAPOLRI CUP 2023 were: open smash ( 58,52% ), semi smash ( 62,41% ), quick smash ( 58,82% ), back attack smash ( 56,65% ), and direct smash ( 53,84% ); 5) the most dominant smash type that performed by Bandung Tectona team on KAPOLRI CUP 2023 was open smash with 610 times; 6) the most dominant scoring smash type that performed by Bandung Tectona team on KAPOLRI CUP 2023 was open smash with 357 times

Abstract

Physical inactivity is a significant risk factor for numerous chronic diseases, including cardiovascular conditions and type 2 diabetes, particularly in aging populations. Resistance training has been shown to reduce systemic inflammation and preserve muscle mass, which can mitigate the impacts of aging. However, the regressive effects of detraining on older adults' health outcomes remain underexplored. This study aimed to investigate the effect of a three-month detraining period following a nine-month multicomponent training program on cardiorespiratory fitness, lipid profiles, glycemic control, and hemodynamic status in older women. Fifty-six Asian women aged 58–70 were divided into an experimental group (EG) and a control group (CG). The EG participated in a nine-month exercise program, which included cardiorespiratory, strength, balance, and flexibility training. After this, both groups underwent three months of detraining. The results showed that the EG experienced significant declines in body weight, BMI, and cardiorespiratory fitness following detraining, with adverse effects on lipid and glycemic profiles. The findings suggest that even a short period of detraining can lead to the loss of metabolic and functional benefits from long-term exercise, emphasizing the importance of maintaining regular physical activity to sustain health in aging populations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa prodi PJKR FIKK UNY Angkatan 2018 terhadap profesi guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR FIK UNY Angkatan 2018 terhadap profesi guru dengan jumlah 185 mahasiswa. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 146 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan syarat mahasiswa aktif PJKR FIK UNY Angkatan 2018 dan mengisi pada waktu yang ditentukan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga indikator untuk mengukur variabel minat yaitu indikator kognisi, emosi, dan konasi. Validasi instrument menggunakan validasi ahli dan validasi empiris menggunakan rumus product moment. Sedangkan uji uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik cornbach alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deksriptif, yaitu mencari nilai distribusi frekuensi dan nilai variabel minat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PJKR FIKK UNY memiliki minat terhadap profesi guru sebesar 82,05% atau berada pada kategori tinggi.Abstract: This study aims to determine the interest of PJKR FIKK UNY Class of 2018 students in the teaching profession. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population of this study were PJKR FIK UNY Class of 2018 students towards the teaching profession with a total of 185 students. The sample obtained was 146 respondents, sampling with purposive sampling technique with the condition that active students of PJKR FIK UNY Class of 2018 and filling in at the specified time. The instrument used to collect data uses a questionnaire. This study uses three indicators to measure interest variables, namely indicators of cognition, emotion, and conation. Instrument validation uses expert validation and empirical validation using the product moment formula. While the reliability test uses the cornbach alpha technique. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely finding the frequency distribution value and the value of the interest variable. The results showed that PJKR FIKK UNY students had an interest in the teaching profession of 82.05% or in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola hidup sehat dengan berolahraga lari dari peserta lomba lari yang diadakan oleh UNY. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan instrumen angket kuesioner dengan total 7 indikator, dan subjek penelitian berjumlah 586 orang dari dua event lari jalanan yang diadakan oleh UNY. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari tujuh indikator terdapat data tertinggi dari masing-masing indikator sebagai berikut (1) riwayat kesehatan memperoleh kategori positif dengan persentase 80%, (2) riwayat tentang olahraga lari mendapatkan kategori rendah dengan persentase 48%, (3) riwayat keikutsertaan event lari jalanan juga mendapatkan kategori rendah dengan persetase hasil 45%, (4) tujuan mengikuti event mayoritas pada reward medali yaitu sebanyak 40%, (5) manfaat olahraga lari mayoritas peserta memperoleh manfaat kesehatan sebanyak 52%, dan (6) kesulitan dari olahraga lari terletak pada teknik berlari yang sesuai dengan persentase 48%. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi data pedoman bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji olahraga lari jalanan dengan lebih mendalam. Abstract: The aim of the research is to find out how to live a healthy lifestyle by running from participants in running competitions held by UNY. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire instrument with a total of 7 indicators, and research subjects totaling 586 people from two street running events held by UNY. The research results obtained from the seven indicators showed the highest data for each indicator as follows (1) health history was in the positive category with a percentage of 80%, (2) history of running sports was in the low category with a percentage of 48%, (3) participation history street running events also received a low category with a percentage of results of 45%, (4) the aim of participating in the event was that the majority of the medal rewards were 40%, (5) the benefits of running were that the majority of participants obtained health benefits of 52%, and (6) the difficulty of the sport running lies in appropriate running technique with a percentage of 48%. It is hoped that these results can serve as guiding data for future researchers to study road running in more depth.

Abstract

Physical education and sports in elementary schools have a central role in the growth and development of students in preparing themselves to face the future. One of the tasks and functions of physical education is to develop the quality and quantity of students' basic movements. This can be developed through traditional game-based learning methods. This research aimed to produce basic locomotor movements through a traditional game-based learning model for students at the elementary school level and to determine the feasibility and practicality of the game model developed to improve basic locomotor movements and cooperation for lower grade elementary school students. This research used the research and development model based on Traditional Games. The research subjects were teachers and students at the elementary school level. The data collection instruments used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that the simple game-based PJOK learning model developed was valid and reliable, so that the product is suitable for use in the learning model. Based on the results of teacher and student assessments, it shows that the simple game-based PJOK learning model which was developed to improve locomotor movement and overall cooperation is stated to be very good. It can be concluded that this is a game model that can be used to develop locomotor movement and cooperation skills for elementary school level students.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional potensial untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dalam membentuk karakter kerja sama, percaya diri dan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik fase A di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan yang berjumlah 150 peserta didik. Sampel berjumlah 75 peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengukur karakter siswa dengan menggunakan instrument lembar amatan [Validasi Aiken V: 0,9427, reliabilitas nilai Alpha Cronbach's 0.813]. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala Gutmann. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dalam membentuk karakter kerja sama, percaya diri dan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan masing-masing indikator dijelaskan secara rinci sebagai berikut: (1) Indikator kerja sama menunjukkan skor rata-rata 8,5 (85%) pada kategori "cukup baik", (2) indikator percaya diri menunjukkan skor rata-rata 6,8 (63%) pada kategori "cukup baik". (3) indikator disiplin menunjukkan skor rata-rata 6,8 (56%) pada kategori "cukup baik". sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar Eksperimental Mangunan dengan cukup baik. Abstract: Traditional games potential to shape a student's character. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games in forming the characters of cooperation, confidence, and discipline among students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an observation method. The population in this study consists of phase A students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan, totaling 150 students. A sample of 75 students was taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The data collection technique to measure student character used observation sheets [Aiken's V Validation: 0.9427, Cronbach's Alpha reliability: 0.813]. The data analysis technique used the Gutmann scale. Based on the data analysis results, it can be seen that the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games in forming the characters of cooperation, confidence, and discipline among students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan is detailed as follows: the cooperation indicator shows an average score of 8.5 (85%) in the "fairly good" category, the confidence indicator shows an average score of 6.8(63%)  in the "fairly good" category, and the discipline indicator shows an average score of 6.8 (56%) in the "fairly good" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games can fairly well shape the character of students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan.

Abstract

Persepsi peserta didik merupakan salah satu factor yang dipertimbangkan untuk optimalisasi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dan hasil belajar permainan bola voli pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Samigaluh.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kunatitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Samigaluh dengan sampel sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Data diperoleh menggunakan teknik survei dengan instrument kuisoner tentang persepsi dan dokumentasi hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Samigaluh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Derajat hubungan kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki hubungan korelasi sempurna karena memiliki nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,886. Penting meningkatkan persepsi peserta didik tentang permaian bola voli karena berdampak positif pada hasil belajar. Abstract: Student perception is one of the factors considered to optimize learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the relationship between perception and learning outcomes of volleyball games in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Samigaluh. This study is a quantitative correlational study. The population in the study were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Samigaluh with a sample of 30 students. Data were obtained using a survey technique with a questionnaire instrument on perception and documentation of learning outcomes. Data analysis used the product moment correlation test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between perception and learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri Samigaluh with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The degree of relationship between the two variables in this study has a perfect correlation relationship because it has a Pearson Correlation value of 0.886. It is important to improve students' perceptions of the game of volleyball because it has a positive impact on learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar bolatangan mahasiswa PJKR yang memilih mata kuliah permainan bolatangan meliputi keterampilan dasar passing, dribbling, dan shooting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR yang memilih mata kuliah permainan bolatangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang memilih mata kuliah olahraga pilihan bolatangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 mahasiswa dari rombel A dan B mata kuliah olahraga pilihan bolatangan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan dasar passing permainan bolatangan mahasiswa PJKR memiliki rata – rata 26,18 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup/sedang, tingkat keterampilan dasar dribbling mahasiswa PJKR memiliki rata – rata sebesar 7,72 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup/sedang, dan tingkat keterampilan dasar shooting mahasiswa PJKR memiliki rata – rata 2,06 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup/sedang. Hasil tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya fasilitas yang digunakan kurang memadai dan kemampuan dari mahasiswa itu sendiri seperti kekuatan lengan, akurasi, kelincahan, dan koordinasi mata-tangan. This research aims to determine the level of basic handball skills of students majoring PJKR (Physical Education and Recreation) who choose handball courses including basic passing, dribbling, and shooting skills. This research was a descriptive quantitative study. The research subjects were students majoring PJKR who chose handball as a course. The research population was 100 students who chose handball as an option for a sports course. The research sample was 39 students from groups A and B in the handball option of sports courses. The sample was selected by using the purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques used test and measurement techniques. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical techniques. The results of this research show that the level of basic passing skill of PJKR students has an average score at 26.18 which is included in the medium level, and the level of basic dribbling skill of PJKR students has an average score at 7.72 which is categorized in the medium level, and the level of basic shooting skill of PJKR students has an average score at 2.06 which is in the medium level. These results can be affected by several factors: inadequate facilities used and the student's own abilities, such as arm strength, accuracy, agility and hand-eye coordination.

Abstract

Kecerdasan majemuk dapat dikembangkan melalui partisipasi berbagai peran dan aktivitas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pengembangan kecerdasaan majemuk melalui olahraga woodball. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka melalui berbagai literatur seperti jurnal, buku, website dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik bahasan. Kesimpulanya beberapa aspek kecerdasan majemuk dapat difasilitasi dan dikembangkan melalui permainan woodball, yaitu: 1) kecerdasan verbal melalui aktivitas komunikasi dengan teman atau lawan bertanding, 2) kecerdasan logis matematis dapat melalui pertimbangan target pukulan, penyusunan, penghitungan skor, dan analisis scoresheet, 3) kecerdasan kinestetik melalui koordinasi, kekuatan, kelentukan, dan ketepatan dalam dalam permainan, 4) kecerdasan interpersonal melalui interaksi efektif, nilai-nilai kerjasama, kejujuran, menghargai kawan maupun lawan, menerima kekalahan dengan lapang dada, dan fair play dalam bermain, 5) kecerdasan visual spasial melalui menterjemahkan kondisi lingkungan, membuat keputusan yang tepat dan pemahaman layout lapangan woodball, 6) kecerdasan intrapersonal melalui evaluasi terhadap dirinya atas hasil latihan atau hasil pertandingan, introspeksi diri, dan tidak banyak menyalahkan orang lain, 7) kecerdasan naturalis dapat dikembangkan melalui pemahaman karakterstik alam, perawatan bermain dengan tidak mengotori atau merusak lingkungan. Dengan demikian, olahraga woodball dapat dijadikan alternatif aktivitas siswa untuk memfasilitasi kecerdasaan mejemuk yang dimiliki dan memperkuat sisi kecerdasan majemuk yang tidak dominan.Multiple intelligences can be developed through participation in various sports roles and activities. The purpose of this research is to explore the development of multiple intelligences through woodball. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with a literature study approach through various literature such as journals, books, websites and scientific articles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. In conclusion, several aspects of multiple intelligences can be facilitated and developed through woodball games, namely: 1) verbal intelligence through communication activities with friends or opponents, 2) logical mathematical intelligence can be through consideration of hitting targets, compiling, calculating scores, and analyzing scoresheets, 3) body-kinesthetic intelligence through coordination, strength, flexibility, and accuracy in games, 4) interpersonal intelligence through effective interaction, values of cooperation, honesty, respect for friends and foes, accepting defeat gracefully, and fair play in play, 5) spatial visual intelligence through interpreting environmental conditions, making the right decisions and understanding the layout of the woodball field, 6) intrapersonal intelligence through self-evaluation of training results or competition results, self-introspection, and not blaming other people much, 7) naturalist intelligence can be developed through understanding natural characteristics, care for playing without polluting or damaging the environment. Thus, woodball sports can be used as an alternative student activity to facilitate the multiple intelligences possessed and strengthen the side of multiple intelligences that is not dominant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dari pendidikan jasmani bagi guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah seni SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Karawitan Indonesia) dan SMSR (Sekolah Menengah Seni Rupa) di daerah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Partisipan yang turut andil dalam penelitian ini tiga orang guru pendidikan jasmani yang mengajar di SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta. Instrumen dalam penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dengan dibantu oleh protokol wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah mengelola data, membaca dan mencatat ide yang muncul, mengklasifikasikan kode ke dalam tema, mengembangkan interpretasi, serta mempresentasikan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan pemaknaan yang berbeda berdasarkan pemaknaan dalam lingkup kategori Pendidikan Jasmani, Perubahan Kurikulum, Konsep Kurikulum Merdeka, Kesulitan atau Hambatan, dan Metode Pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hal ini berpengaruh pada munculnya treatment khusus yang diterapkan masing-masing guru Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah yang berlatarbelakang seni yaitu pada SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini memiliki dampak luas bagi guru, sekolah, siswa, pengambil kebijakan, dan akademisi. Selain membantu meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran pendidikan jasmani, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam evaluasi dan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah seni seperti SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta.This study aims to determine the meaning of physical education for physical education teachers at SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Karawitan Indonesia) and SMSR (Sekolah Menengah Seni Rupa) art schools in Yogyakarta area. This research is a descriptive qualitative study supported by a phenomenological approach. The participants who took part in this study were three physical education teachers who taught at SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta. The instrument in the study was the researcher himself with the help of an interview protocol. The data analysis techniques used were managing data, reading and recording emerging ideas, classifying codes into themes, developing interpretations, and presenting data. The results showed that different interpretations were found based on interpretations within the scope of the categories of Physical Education, Curriculum Change, Independent Curriculum Concept, Difficulties or Obstacles, and Learning Methods. Thus, it can be concluded that this has an effect on the emergence of special treatments applied by each Physical Education teacher in schools with an arts background, namely at SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta. This research has broad implications for teachers, schools, students, policy makers, and academics. In addition to helping improve the quality of physical education teaching, this research also contributes to the evaluation and development of education policy in Indonesia, especially in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum in art schools such as SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta.
