Publications are released every January and July each year, with no fees charged for any part of the process, from article submission to publication.

Abstract

This socialization and training activity aims to enhance participants' understanding of the importance of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), maintaining digital privacy, and the effective and safe use of social media. Participants were provided with knowledge about digital ethics and the legal consequences related to the use of information technology, especially on social media. Additionally, participants were trained to utilize Instagram Insights to analyze content performance and optimize social media use for marketing and branding purposes. The training also covered effective social media planning and the creation of an account and use of the LinkTree application to facilitate the management of various links in one platform. The results of this activity showed an increased understanding of the importance of digital security and skills in managing social media accounts wisely. Furthermore, participants are better prepared to face digital challenges professionally. As a follow-up, ongoing training, periodic evaluation, and the formation of a digital community are needed so that participants can continue to develop their skills in the digital world

Abstract

This socialization and training activity aims to improve participants' understanding of the importance of creating virtual servers. Creating virtual servers will make it easier to organize resources, manage servers, and coordinate the performance of the server. Vmware workstation functions as a virtual server creation application installed on one physical computer host, while Windows Server 2019 is an operating system installed on Vmware Workstation that functions to manage users, passwords, server file access rights, etc. The implementation of Windows Server 2019 in Vmware Workstation is very necessary so that all students and teachers can use their respective usernames and passwords to access computers at school or in the school computer lab. Thus, using Windows Server 2019 in Vmware Workstation will increase the productivity of students and teachers in using school computers, securing file access rights, and user management in using computers at school.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the graphic design skills of students at SMK Al-Ikhlas Cisarua Bogor through training using the Canva Mobile application. The implementation method included stages of socialization, intensive training, application of technology in design creation, as well as continuous mentoring and evaluation. During the program, students were introduced to the basics of Canva Mobile, trained to create creative posters and brochures, and encouraged to apply these skills in school activities, such as creating promotional materials for a free health check-up event. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' ability to use Canva Mobile, with most participants producing quality designs that met their needs. The final evaluation revealed that students not only understood the basic features but were also capable of independently developing creative ideas. The program successfully fostered an interactive and collaborative learning environment, boosting students' confidence in using graphic design technology. In conclusion, this training had a positive and tangible impact, with sustainability proposed through the establishment of a graphic design extracurricular activity at the school.

Abstract

The training on CCTV technology at Al-Ikhlas Vocational School in Cisarua, Bogor, aims to enhance students' skills in designing security systems. This activity includes socialization, intensive training, technology implementation, as well as mentoring and evaluation. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of security systems, their types and models, and trained to design systems using CCTV devices creatively and innovatively. They are also encouraged to apply these skills in school activities, such as security monitoring through CCTV applications. The training results showed a significant improvement in students' ability to use CCTV devices, including designing systems that meet their needs. The final evaluation revealed that students not only understand the basic components and features of CCTV but are also capable of developing innovative ideas independently. This program has created an interactive and collaborative learning environment, boosting students' confidence in utilizing security technology. As a sustainability initiative, the formation of an extracurricular activity focusing on security system implementation in schools is proposed.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to enhance participants' understanding of the basic concepts of data analysis and its application in research, equip participants with practical skills in using Microsoft Excel to process and analyze data, and assist participants in presenting data analysis results effectively and attractively. This training method includes three different methodologies: presentation method, demonstration method, and practice method. The results of this activity showed that participants were able to create visualizations of descriptive data analysis in the form of attractive and easy-to-understand graphs, making the presented information easier for readers to digest. Participants were then invited to practice creating graphs using the provided dataset with Ms Excel, allowing them to directly experience the benefits of the techniques taught. The graphs created were multi-series graphs to display all the data, and 3D graphs to display each individual data point. The training conducted was able to enhance students' knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Excel for data processing and visual presentation of descriptive analysis.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of lecturers and students in applying their knowledge in the field of information technology taught in lectures and daily teaching. One of the real implementations carried out is building an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in recording the medical status of patients at the Bagja Waluya Foundation. The main problem faced by partners is in recording the assessment of patients who are being treated still using paper. Where recording is done when the patient is first admitted as an inpatient until the fifth day, or commonly referred to as the patient observation stage. Then for the next recording is only done for certain cases. When needed for the next assessment, officers often have difficulty in searching for previous medical record data. Therefore, this electronic medical record system is expected to be a solution to the above problems. The target output of this activity is an application that can help medical officers in recording patient medical records so that it makes it easier for officers to search for patient data, in addition, data stored electronically has a longer retention period so that it will be easy to use for any number of years. In addition, the output of this activity is the formation of reports and journals of community service. The method of implementing the service includes System needs analysis, system design, system development, socialization and training to foundation officers and implementation. The several processes carried out in the Analysis, socialization, training and implementation stages require a relatively long time because it requires adjustment and habituation from officers and users

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan distribusi data digital yang efisien dan aman merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam berbagai bidang, baik di lingkungan pendidikan, bisnis, maupun organisasi non-profit. File Transfer Protocol (FTP) merupakan salah satu solusi yang umum digunakan untuk mentransfer file antar perangkat melalui jaringan. Penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan menerapkan FTP Server menggunakan aplikasi FileZilla sebagai sarana berbagi data yang terpusat dan terkontrol. FileZilla dipilih karena bersifat open-source, mudah digunakan, dan mendukung protokol keamanan seperti FTPS dan SFTP. Kegiatan ini meliputi proses instalasi FileZilla Server, konfigurasi akun pengguna, pengaturan hak akses, serta pelatihan kepada mitra agar dapat memanfaatkan FTP Server secara mandiri dan optimal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi FTP Server menggunakan FileZilla mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan dan distribusi file, sekaligus memperkuat aspek keamanan data. Dengan solusi ini, mitra dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada media penyimpanan eksternal serta meningkatkan kolaborasi internal melalui sistem berbagi file yang terstruktur dan andal.

Abstract

Di era teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, komputer menjadi bagian penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Seiring meningkatnya penggunaan komputer, kebutuhan layanan troubleshooting yang cepat dan efisien semakin mendesak. Penerapan teknologi di sekolah tidak hanya mendukung operasional tetapi juga proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa SMK Telekomedika dalam merancang troubleshooting komputer berbasis artificial intelligence (AI). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, perancangan troubleshooting dengan AI, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan siswa, di mana sebagian besar mampu menghasilkan rancangan troubleshooting yang tepat dan inovatif. Evaluasi akhir mencatat peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 85% dan partisipasi 80% siswa dalam kompetisi. Program ini berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar interaktif dan mendukung keberlanjutan melalui pembentukan ekstrakurikuler implementasi AI di sekolah.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas 10 jurusan Multimedia SMK Komputer Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor dalam pembuatan desain brosur kegiatan menggunakan Canva Mobile dan ChatGPT. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan interaktif, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% siswa mampu menghasilkan desain brosur berkualitas dengan bantuan Canva Mobile, serta 90% siswa terbantu dalam menyusun konten teks kreatif menggunakan ChatGPT. Selain itu, modul panduan disediakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi digital kreatif siswa dan memperkuat sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan SMK. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis mobile dan kecerdasan buatan efektif dalam memudahkan proses pembuatan desain brosur serta meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas siswa.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi penting bagi para pengusaha UKM untuk menghadapi persaingan dan perubahan cara belanja masyarakat di era digital saat ini. UKM Berkah Tiram yang bergerak di bidang budidaya jamur tiram menghadapi kesulitan dalam promosi serta pencatatan usaha yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan digital UKM melalui dua cara utama, yaitu pembuatan konten visual untuk media sosial dan pengembangan sistem digital untuk mencatat produk. Metode yang digunakan mencakup beberapa tahap, yakni mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra, merancang solusi, menerapkan konten dan sistem, memberikan pelatihan penggunaan, serta melakukan evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa konten visual berupa flyer digital mampu meningkatkan kualitas promosi serta daya tarik produk di media sosial. Sementara itu, sistem pencatatan produk berbasis spreadsheet membantu pengusaha UKM dalam mencatat hasil panen, penjualan, dan data pelanggan secara lebih teratur dan efisien. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan solusi yang sederhana namun efektif bagi mitra UKM untuk memulai transformasi digital. Keterlibatan langsung dan pendekatan partisipatif terbukti sangat penting dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku digital serta membangun kemandirian mitra dalam pengelolaan usaha secara lebih profesional.
