Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan pesat sector perbankan syariah di Indonesia merupakan representasi dari sikap masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan jasa perbankan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Disisi lain banyak pertanyaan tentang kesesuaian model bisnis yang diterapkan oleh perbankan syariah dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis bank syariah dari sisi system pendapatan bagi hasil yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus di salah satu bank syariah di kota Bima, NTB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa ketidaksesuaian dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam model bisnis bank syariah, yaitu prinsip yadul amanah, biaya pengelolaan, pembagian keuntungan dan memudharabahkan  kembali harta mudharabah. Kata Kunci: pendapatan bagi hasil, prinsip syariah, bank syariah.   Abstract The rapid development of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia is a representation of people's attitudes in need of banking services that are in accordance with sharia principles. But, there are many questions about the suitability of the business model adopted by Islamic banking with Islamic sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the business model of Islamic banks in terms of revenue sharing systems that are applied. This study uses a case study approach in one of the Islamic banks in Bima, NTB. The results showed that there were some discrepancies in the application of sharia principles in the Islamic bank business model, namely the principle of yadul amanah, management costs, profit sharing and redistribution of mudharabah assets. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa angkatan 2016 program studi pendidikan ekonomi fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2016 program studi pendidikan ekonomi fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah menempuh matakuliah kewirausahaan dengan jumlah 68 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (2) Motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (3) Status sosial ekonomi orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (4) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

There is still a lot of demand for economics teachers, both to meet the needs of teachers in SMA and SMK. Prospective economics teachers certainly undergo the educational process at the LPTK, especially the Economic Education study program. A strong interest in students in the teaching profession must be maintained from the beginning of entering college to graduation. This study aims to determine the effect of the perception of the teaching profession and the family environment on the interests in becoming an economics teacher mediated by the motivation of Economic Education students at Sebelas Maret University class of 2017-2020 directly and indirectly. The method used in this study is a quantitive descriptive method with the research sample are 185 students. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis. The result of this study showed: (1) There is no significant effect between the perception of the teaching profession on the interest in becoming an economics teacher. (2) There is a significant effect between the family environment on the interest in becoming an economics teacher. (3) There is a significant effect between motivation and interest in becoming an economics teacher. (4) There is a significant effect between the perception of the teaching profession on the interest in becoming an economics teacher mediated by motivation. (5) There is a significant effect between the family environment on the interest in becoming an economics teacher mediated by motivation.

Abstract

This research was carried out based on the phenomenon of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic whose learning outcomes were below the KKM (Minimal Completeness Criteria). This condition is caused by the less innovative learning model and the lack of digital literacy in Eleven-grade students of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer instruction flipped classroom and digital literacy on economic learning outcomes in online business materials. This research was in the form of a quasi-experimental research model with pretest and posttest group design. The analysis of the research data used the Independent Sample T-Test and N-Gain Test. The results showed that there were significant effects between peer instruction flipped classroom and digital literacy on cognitive learning outcomes. In collecting various research data, researchers used pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires. The results were processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and were described in descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study can be used as a solution in conducting a learning process that uses peer instruction flipped classrooms and digital literacy in a balanced way to create effective learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of new factors from five dimensions, there are knowledge of financial concepts, communication skills related to finance, personal abilities in managing finances, ability to make financial decisions and commitment to the future in students of Economics Education FKIP Sebelas Maret University. Proportionate stratified random sampling method used in this study with 117 students as the sample. Data collection method using a questionnaire then analyzed by Exploratory Factor Analysis. The results show that there is new formation of new factors from five dimensions that influenced student’s financial literacy, which consisted of 9 factors including (1) Use of Technology, (2) Level of Interest and Involvement, (3) Financial Attitude and Behavior, (4) Campus Involvement, (5) Level of Confidence, (6) Parental Involvement, (7) Financial Learning, (8) Trust in Payment, (9) The Habit of Giving. There are several weaknesses in this study, future researchers are expected to improve the question instrument to find out a more in-depth picture of the factors that affect student’s financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy variabels, own variabels and environmental variabels on the variabels in the e-business entrepreneurship carried out by students of Economic Education at the University of March. This research is quantitative or the data collection is carried out through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Economic Education students at Sebelas Maret University Class of 2017-2019 are 241 students as a research population. The number of samples in this study was 151 students and the sampling technique used by the researchers was proportional stratified random sampling. Multiple linear regression tests became the investigator's chosen data analysis. The results of the study found that: (1) the variabel digital literacy influences the variabel intensity of entrepreneurship in electronic commerce. (2) the self-efficacy variabel influences the intensity variabel of entrepreneurship in e-business. (3) environmental variabels influence the intensity of e-business entrepreneurship variabels.

Abstract

Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is an alternative to do so that learning activities can continue. The implementation of this learning requires learning media such as Google Classroom. This application has the advantage of facilitating structured and systematic learning activities. SMKN Darul Ulum Muncar is one of the schools that has not implemented the use of learning media. So researchers are interested in conducting research related to the use of Google Classroom to determine its effect on learning outcomes. This research is an experimental study with a Quasi-Experimental model using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample required consists of control and experimental groups. The results of the independent sample t-test analysis showed that the sig. (2 tailed) 0.00 < 0.05 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the control and experimental groups. This difference can be seen based on the average value of the experimental group, which is 81.6, which is higher than the control group, which is 68.1. So, it can be concluded that the use of Google Classroom is effective on learning outcomes. However, there are still some obstacles such as difficulties in the coordination process, limitations in supervising student activities, difficulties in shaping students' character and skills, and inadequate student facilities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence and emotional intelligence on the performance of elementary school teachers. The type of research that the researcher uses is quantitative research with an expost facto approach. The population, namely all teachers at SDN 587 Mataluntun, amounted to 10 people. The sample uses (total sampling) so the sample is 10 people. Data collection by lift, documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the variables of teacher competence and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at SDN 587 Mataluntun.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic causes many problems in online learning. The number of problems faced by students in statistics courses motivates this research. The purpose of this research is to develop and to produce a product in the form of learning videos for Statistics courses. This study used Borg & Gall development model which was modified into 7 stages, consists of need analysis, design and development, validation, revision I and trials. Data collection methods used validation sheets and questionnaire which were analysed descriptively. The research developed learning media that has been validated using expert judgment validation technique. The results showed that the learning video is valid/feasible to use as alternative media for Statistics course.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, perception of the teaching profession and social environment on teacher interest, either partially or simultaneously. This study used quantitative methodology and involved 60 students of Economic Education Study Program UNESA as respondents. Data analysis technique used regression analysis. The research revealed that self-efficacy affected interest to be a teacher by 49.7%, then, teacher proffesion perception affected only 27.4%, and the social environment affected only 17.1%.
