From these results it can be concluded that the t table value < t calculated so that H0 is rejected, then there is an influence of fluid practicum activities by creating website-based modules on student learning motivation. The T test results from the pretest and posttest values obtained a t-table value of 1.70113 while the tcount was 48.612. From these results it can be concluded that the t table value < t calculated so that H0 is rejected, then there is an influence of fluid practicum activities by creating website-based modules on student understanding.

Abstract

The integration of Islam and science at the State Islamic Universities (UIN) in Indonesia has been a topic of considerable interest and has undergone significant development. The transformation from the State Islamic Institutes (IAIN) into State Islamic Universities (UIN) in Indonesia aims to develop an ideal model for integrating science with Islam. This research employs a qualitative approach focusing on literature review. Hence, the study evaluates relevant literature materials and considers previous research studies on the integration of Islam and science. Data collection is carried out through exploring books, academic journals, and online platforms such as Google Scholar. Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) are higher education institutions with Islamic backgrounds. Since its establishment in 1957, PTKI has embraced an Islam-oriented approach by providing learning, skills training, and understanding of Islam. By the late 1990s, a new policy granted PTKI a broader mandate to open study programs and faculties related to general sciences. As a result, new faculties were formed, offering study programs in general science fields such as the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Science and Informatics, and others.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture to overcome the learning crisis and 21st Century Education in Indonesia. The essence of the independent curriculum is independent learning, which is a concept created so that students can explore their respective interests and talents. The independent curriculum will begin to be implemented in Indonesia in 2022. This curriculum is still relatively new so it needs to be studied from various perspectives regarding the implementation of independent learning. This research uses a qualitative research method based on library research. The results of this research reveal that the independent curriculum currently being implemented in Indonesia is relevant to the perspective of existentialism philosophy. In essence, educators are no longer the only source of knowledge, educators are more emphasized as facilitators to accompany students to discover and develop their potential as optimally as possible. In this way, it is hoped that an atmosphere of mutual support in learning will be created, creating happiness and a sense of comfort in learning so that in the future educational goals can be realized and the quality of education in Indonesia continues to improve.

Abstract

This research was conducted with several objectives to be achieved in this research, among others: (1) to find out the use of language and terminology that can affect individual perceptions in understanding, interpreting, and feeling a space in architectural design; (2) to find out the influence of language on the creation of space design so as to form an understanding of aesthetic preferences and feelings that arise towards architectural design elements; (3) to find out the use of language between architects, clients, and end users that affect design results and user understanding of a space, (4) the impact of differences in language use by end users in producing perceptions and interpretations of a space and architectural design. This research method uses mixed methods, namely field observation with qualitative methods and data collection through respondent questionnaires with quantitative methods. The conclusions in this study:  (1) It can be more effective in communicating an understanding of an architectural design in general, for example "modern" and "good"; (2) That the influence of language is very significant on an architectural design because based on the data obtained an effectiveness in language can affect the user's experience and perception of a space and architectural design; (3) In communication, we can use a language that is common and easily understood by two or more parties so that there are no misunderstandings or misperceptions; (4) The use of inappropriate language can have a negative impact, because if the use of language that is too complex will make it difficult for the other party to understand.

One of the most crucial abilities that kids need to develop is reading. Because reading maturity is the achievement of reading abilities and information, having high reading maturity can benefit kids in reading. Thus, utilizing cluster random sampling procedures, this researchers examined the relationship and impact of reading maturity and reading comprehension achievement on a sample of 105 students enrolled in the tenth grade. The reading maturity questionnaire and the reading comprehension accomplishment test were employed in this study, and regression analysis and the analysis employed the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient. As a result, the r-value was greater (0.243 > 0.168) than the r-table for df=94. Similar to this, the significance level (p) (sig.2-tailed) was 0.017, less than 0.05 (0.017 < 0.05). It was determined that there was a considerable positive association and influence between reading comprehension achievement and reading maturity.
