Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal yang peneliti lakukan di TK Kasih Bunda, peneliti menemukan bahwasanya penggunaan media pembelajaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang ada di sekitar siswa masih belum dilakukan dengan baik, sementara itu, banyak sumber media pembelajaran yang sebenarnya bisa dioptimalkan untuk media pembelajaran yang berasal dari benda-benda yang ditemui anak-anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masih belum dimanfaatkan. Pengembangan APE selain agar media pembelajaran lebih bervariasi, juga diharapkan dapat menggunakan media-media dengan memanfaatkan sumber bahan dari lingkungan dan alam sekitar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan meneliti kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan dengan trianggulasi, analisis data bersifat kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian lebih menekankan makna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peran guru dalam pengembangan APE pembelajaran di TK Kasih Bunda dimulai dengan perencanaan pembelajaran yang memperhatikan peran media yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari rangkaian proses pembelajaran itu sendiri, saat pelaksanaanya guru telah berusaha melaksanakan semua yang direncanakan dalam pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan emosional anak pada indikator bermain bersama teman di TK Kasih Bunda memiliki peserta didik sebanyak 20 orang anak. Dari 20 orang anak, terdapat 6 orang anak belum berkembang aspek sosial emosional dengan lingkup perkembangan sikap prososial dengan indikator bermain dengan teman. Pendekatan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui tindakan yang diterapkan secara langsung di kelas. PTK dilakukan dalam bentuk siklus yang melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi sebagai langkah-langkah dasar dalam pengembangan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian pra siklus dalam menigkatkan sosial emosioanl anak dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional gendang balon selama 7 kali pertemuan terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan pada siklus satu, dalam 1 siklus. Ketiga, hasilnya adalah pra siklus mendapatkan total rata-rata 2,5 dengan kategori penilaian Belum Berkembang (BB), siklus I pertemuan I meningkat menjadi 1,5 dengan kategori mulai Berkembang (MB), dan pada siklus I pertemuan II masih menunjukkan angka yang sama. Siklus I pertemuan III meningkat menjadi 1,0 dengan kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH). Pada Siklus II pertemuan I menunjukkan angka yang sama pada siklus I pertemuan III, untuk Siklus II pertemuan II bahwa anak sudah menunjukkan perkembangan dengan angka 1 dengan kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun di Raudhatul Athfal Azzam Al-Fazza Mahsyur, melalui demonstrasi berbasis video animasi. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya metode pengajaran yang sesuai, sehingga anak merasa bosan dan kesulitan memahami materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi anak dan guru, dan Dianalisis menggunakan uji rata-rata dan ketuntasan belajar. Yang diteliti adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di lokasi penelitian, yaitu Raudhatul Athfal Azzam Al-Fazza Mahsyur. Pada prasiklus, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 10 anak berada pada kategori BSH dalam menjawab pertanyaan kompleks dan menyusun kalimat sederhana, dengan distribusi kategori 4 BB, 5 MB, dan 1 BSB dalam mengekspresikan ide. Pada siklus I, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa semua anak (10 anak) berhasil mencapai kategori MB (5 anak) dan BSH (5 anak) di setiap indikator yang dinilai. Pada siklus II, hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa semua anak (10 anak) telah mencapai kriteria BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik) dalam setiap indikator keterampilan berbahasa dan komunikasi, termasuk kemampuan menjawab pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks, mengekspresikan ide, berkomunikasi secara lisan, menyusun kalimat sederhana, dan menunjukkan pemahaman konsep dalam buku cerita. Kesimpulannya, video animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak, memperluas kosakata, memperkenalkan struktur kalimat yang tepat, dan memberikan contoh penggunaan bahasa dalam situasi nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors that influence students' interest and learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) class VIII B at MTS Baitul Hikmah Tempurejo. The background of this study is the low participation of students and learning outcomes that have not reached the minimum standard, which indicates the existence of obstacles in the aspects of interest and motivation to learn. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to explore the subjective experiences of students and teachers. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that internal factors such as intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and perception of the lesson affect students' interest in learning. Meanwhile, external factors such as teacher teaching methods, parental support, and the availability of infrastructure also determine learning success. This research confirms the importance of collaboration between a contextualized pedagogical approach and a supportive learning environment to create more effective social studies learning. The findings provide a practical contribution for teachers and schools in designing learning strategies that can improve students' motivation and overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK), Sabah, Malaysia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru penggerak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SIKK menjalankan perannya secara optimal pada tujuh indikator utama, yaitu: (1) Educator, membimbing guru dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan mendukung pengembangan profesional; (2) Manajer, menyusun program kerja, mengelola sumber daya, dan membagi tugas secara jelas; (3) Administrator, mengelola administrasi kurikulum dan dokumentasi pembelajaran; (4) Supervisor, melakukan supervisi kelas serta memberikan umpan balik; (5) Leader, menjadi teladan, membangun visi bersama, dan menumbuhkan kerja kolektif; (6) Innovator, mendorong pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar inovatif; serta (7) Motivator, memberikan dukungan moral dan penghargaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peran adaptif dan kolaboratif kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SIKK. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of school principals in integrating technology into teaching and learning, the challenges encountered in the process, and the competencies required for principals to lead digital transformation. A qualitative method with a case study approach was employed in several schools in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as document analysis related to school technology policies. The findings indicate that principals with a clear vision and adequate technological competence are able to foster the successful integration of technology in instruction. Key challenges include teachers’ resistance to change, limited resources and infrastructure, and the lack of ongoing professional development for teachers. Principals who address these barriers by providing sufficient support, continuous training, and cultivating a culture of innovation can accelerate schools’ digital transformation. Moreover, principals’ technological competencies play an important role in motivating and facilitating teachers to integrate technology. The study offers recommendations for principals to adopt transformational leadership and to place greater emphasis on teacher professional development and the enhancement of technological infrastructure. It is hoped that this research provides insights for education policymakers and school leaders to strengthen technology implementation in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze various strategies used by school principals in cultivating students' disciplined character in Indonesian schools in Kuala Lumpur. The research method used was a qualitative study by conducting interviews and observations of several school teachers and principals at Indonesian schools in Kuala Lumpur. The research results show that there are several strategies that are commonly used, including establishing clear school rules, consistent application of sanctions and rewards, involving parents in building student character, and creating a supportive learning environment. The implication of this research is the important role of school principals in shaping students' disciplinary character and the need for comprehensive and consistent implementation of strategies. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of character education in Indonesian schools in Kuala Lumpur. The research results show that the principal has a very important role in cultivating the disciplined character of students at school. They use a variety of strategies, including establishing clear school rules, consistent application of sanctions and rewards, involving parents, and creating a supportive learning environment. The implication of this research is the importance of the role of the school principal and the need to implement comprehensive and consistent strategies in shaping students' disciplinary character.

Abstract

This study examines how Employe Performance Improvement Management Based on E-Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Takalar Regency. The main focus is on the Management of Employe Performance Improvement and the identification of supporting and hindering factors that emerge. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected thru interviews, observations, and documentation from the head of the department and employes. The validity of the data was examined using triangulation techniques. The research results show that: 1) The planning process, the preparation of SKP, and the action plan are carried out based on the supervisor's instructions. Thus, it is capable of improving employe performance, particularly in terms of discipline and clarity of work. 2) The actuating process shows a structured process, therefore, the E-Kinerja system significantly impacts the improvement of employe performance, especially in aspects of responsibility and task execution quality. 3) The controlling process indicates that structured assessment, feedback provision, and follow-up support employe performance improvement. However, there are technical obstacles such as slow system access when used simultaneously. Overall, this E-Kinerja operates as intended, thereby encouraging the improvement of employe performance, although further enhancements and training in the use of E-Kinerja are still needed for optimal results.

Abstract

To support the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045, Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) play a crucial role in shaping a generation with a moderate worldview. This study aims to examine the strategic role of PTKI in instilling the values of tolerance, balance, and justice in students. Additionally, religious moderation education is essential in addressing the challenges of religious extremism, intolerance, and cultural plurality. This research employs a literature study approach, focusing on PTKI's role in integrating religious moderation into the education curriculum, institutional collaboration, and character and multicultural education development. The findings indicate that PTKI serves as a key agent of change in transforming the education system. Religious moderation education helps counter religious extremism and fosters social stability amidst Indonesia’s religious and cultural diversity. The religious moderation education programs implemented by PTKI have successfully instilled the values of tolerance, diversity, and solidarity, contributing to the realization of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisors at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Binamu. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation, involving informants such as the school supervisor, the principal, and teachers. The results of the study show that: 1. The supervisor serves as a partner for teachers in enhancing the quality of the teaching and learning process and student achievement. Teachers act as pioneers in disseminating best practices and innovations in student-centered learning, employing differentiated instruction tailored to students’ needs, interests, and learning styles, while also integrating character education, 21st-century learning, and the school literacy movement in a holistic manner. 2. Innovators at SMP Negeri 2 Binamu, including the principal and proactive teachers, play a crucial role as drivers of change and developers of creative and adaptive learning models, actively seeking new ideas and designing innovative teaching strategies that align with students’ needs and contemporary demands. 3. The supervisor acts as an educator, mentor, and educational consultant who guides and motivates, fosters a positive school climate, and encourages teachers’ professional growth as well as overall educational quality. As a mentor, the supervisor provides ongoing assistance to teachers in implementing teaching practices and guidance services, supporting students both academically and non-academically. 4. Motivators at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Binamu, often the principal or other school leaders, play a significant role in inspiring and maintaining the work spirit of all school staff so they can perform optimally and contribute fully to achieving the school’s vision and mission by providing consistent direction, support, and appreciation, ensuring that staff feel valued and motivated to improve their performance.
