Abstract

The improvement of thesis supervision service quality in higher education is a crucial aspect in supporting the smooth progression of studies and the academic success of students. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of the quality of thesis supervision services at the Faculty of Education, , focusing on five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness , Assurance, and Empathy. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire based on a 10-point semantic differential scale, consisting of 34 statement items, and was distributed online to 327 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through frequency and percentage distribution. The findings indicate that, in general, students’ perceptions fall into the “very good” category across most service dimensions. The Tangibles dimension was rated as very good, reflecting the availability of adequate supervision rooms, comprehensive thesis guidelines, and the effective use of digital communication media. The Reliability dimension also received a very good evaluation, indicating the consistency and accuracy of supervisors in performing their supervisory duties. The Responsiveness dimension was rated as good, suggesting that supervisors were reasonably responsive in providing feedback and allocating time for students. The Assurance dimension received the highest score within the very good category, demonstrating students’ strong trust in their supervisors’ competence, integrity, and professionalism. Meanwhile, the Empathy dimension was also rated as very good, reflecting the care, concern, and ability of supervisors to understand students’ individual conditions. Overall, the results indicate that the thesis supervision services have met students’ expectations, although some aspects, particularly within the Responsiveness dimension, still require improvement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the optimization of kindergarten teachers’ roles in intervening with emotional and behavioral disorders in early childhood. The research focuses on four indicators, namely teachers’ understanding and knowledge of children’s emotional-behavioral development, their skills in implementing interventions, attitudes of concern toward children’s conditions, and collaboration with parents as well as intervention evaluation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey design. The sample consisted of 30 kindergarten teachers from the Sa’adah Foundation in Martapura, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a rating-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, categorized into low, medium, high, and very high levels. The findings indicate that the role of kindergarten teachers has not been optimized in most indicators. Teachers’ understanding and knowledge (mean score 8.65), intervention skills (12.94), and collaboration with parents and evaluation (10.2) were categorized as low. Meanwhile, teachers’ attitudes and concern for children (21.28) were categorized as high. This reveals a gap between teachers’ emotional concern and their conceptual as well as technical competence in carrying out interventions. Therefore, optimizing the role of kindergarten teachers requires capacity strengthening through training, mentoring, and continuous collaboration with parents and professionals. This study is expected to contribute to the development of socio-emotional intervention studies in young children and deliver practical benefits for teachers, schools, parents, and decision-makers in designing effective, responsive, and inclusive educational strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara tematik ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berhubungan dengan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap pembentukan pendidikan karakter Islami dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu‘i (tematik) yang menelusuri ayat-ayat relevan seperti Q.S. al-Nisā’ [4]:19, al-Rūm [30]:21, dan al-Mā’idah [5]:8. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dari kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer serta literatur pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an menolak segala bentuk kekerasan, baik fisik maupun psikologis, dengan menegaskan nilai rahmah (kasih sayang), ‘adl (keadilan), dan mu‘āsyarah bil ma‘rūf (pergaulan yang baik) sebagai fondasi relasi keluarga. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dipandang bukan sekadar persoalan sosial, tetapi kegagalan dalam pendidikan moral dan spiritual. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan Islam memiliki tanggung jawab epistemologis untuk membangun kesadaran nilai dan menanamkan budaya non-kekerasan dalam keluarga. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keluarga Qur’ani adalah entitas pendidikan pertama yang harus mencerminkan nilai kasih, kesetaraan, dan penghargaan terhadap martabat manusia. Dengan demikian, pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis Al-Qur’an tidak hanya berfungsi membentuk individu berakhlak, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pencegahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga melalui penanaman spiritualitas, dialog, dan keteladanan. Abstract

Education as a whole through spiritual, intellectual and moral aspects in going beyond the mastery of knowledge alone. The ideal educational goal includes the practice of knowledge for the welfare of society and divine pleasure. The implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship emphasizes fair leadership based on Islamic values and maintains a balance between profitability and social sustainability. As for the qualitative research method with a library research approach, research whose subject is literature and literature, 'Ihya' Ulum Ad-Din' is the source. Researchers with classical text analysis are very relevant to literature research that only focuses on obtaining data and information through books by Imam Al-Ghazali. The analysis data found regarding the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship education includes, that the purpose of entrepreneurship is to worship, and to balance between the world and the hereafter, so that always remember that everything is entrusted, while ethics in business include honesty, justice that does not harm others and responsibility in all interactions. The values of Islamic ethics include, halal intentions and goals in charity, carrying out fardhu kifayah, paying attention to the afterlife market when carrying out activities in the market, keeping away everything that is doubtful and has haram elements and the like, so that always introspective oneself in entrepreneurship with full trust and responsibility. Entrepreneurial skills also include an optimistic attitude in running their business, building a good mentality in facing all challenges, forming practical skills in self-management and discipline, tawakal and optimism as well as building a sustainable entrepreneurial mentality and the integration of Islamic education in the entrepreneurship curriculum.

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age that plays a crucial role in laying the foundation of education, particularly in developing moral and religious values through the learning of hadith. Hadith learning at RA Nuruttaqwa Banjarmasin is implemented as part of character building and the habituation of Islamic behavior among children. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and assessment of hadith learning for early childhood at RA Nuruttaqwa Banjarmasin. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the head of the institution and group teachers. The findings reveal that hadith learning is planned at the beginning of each semester by setting objectives, processes, and target hadiths to be achieved. Implementation is carried out using habituation, movement, and demonstration methods tailored to the content of each hadith, with a target of one hadith per month. Assessment is conducted daily and semesterly through observation, checklists, and rewards such as praise for children who have memorized the hadith. In conclusion, the hadith learning strategy at RA Nuruttaqwa significantly contributes to shaping Islamic character and behavior in early childhood. It is recommended that teachers continue to develop more interactive learning methods and media and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure that hadith learning emphasizes not only memorization but also comprehension and the application of hadith values in daily life. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Mu’adalah curriculum is implemented at the Rafah Islamic boarding school, to find out what types of curriculums there are and the impact of the implementation of the Mu’adalah curriculum itself. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were the Director of Mu’adalah, Curriculum Staff, Santri Care, and teachers. The results of the research found that The implementation of the Mu’adalah curriculum at the Rafah Islamic boarding school does not only focus on intra-curricular activities, but also focuses on extra- curricular and co-curricular activities, and the impact of implementing the mu'dalam curriculum is that the mu'dalam curriculum is maximally integrated both intracurricular, extracurricular and co- curricular at the three educational centers, namely Islamic boarding schools as school education, family education and community education.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Indonesia play a strategic role in shaping the identity of Muslims through education and the dissemination of Islamic values, but they face challenges in achieving economic independence due to their dependence on external funding. To increase economic independence, Islamic boarding schools can leverage existing potential, such as human resources, land, and collaboration with communities or institutions outside the school. An environmentally friendly eco-boarding school program is one solution for creating independent funding sources, as exemplified by the Al-Amien Prenduan 1 Girls' Islamic Boarding School, which manages land for agriculture and livestock farming as an effort to improve welfare and independence. As a pesantren-based educational institution, Al-Amien Prenduan 1 Girls' Islamic Boarding School is expected to be able to manage its natural resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze and develop economic independence at the Al-Amien Prenduan 1 Girls' Islamic Boarding School through eco-boarding school education. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of eco-boarding school education at Pondok Putri 1 Al-Amien Prenduan can improve the economy of the boarding school, develop the entrepreneurial skills of students, facilitate the development of micro-enterprises, and increase awareness of the importance of economic sustainability through eco-boarding school education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hal yang baru dalam pandangan Muhammad Iqbal tentang pendidikan dan relevansinya masa kini, serta melakukan evaluasi kritis terhadap pemikiran Muhammad Iqbal tentang pendidikan yang terdapat dalam beberapa karyanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode hermeneutika. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan Islam menurut Muhammad Iqbal seharusnya diarahkan untuk menghidupkan kembali dan menguatkan individualitas manusia sehingga menghasilkan aktifitas yang kreatif. Abstract

This article aims to analyze and evaluate the School Field Practice program. This program evaluation research uses an evaluation model developed by Alkin, namely CSE-UCLA "Center for the study of evaluation University of California in Los Angeles.” The model evaluation consists of 5 evaluation stages, namely: system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and program certification. However, in this evaluation the researcher only focused on one component, namely the focus on program planning. The results of the research show that the competence of field supervisors is very good, as well as the tutor teachers who are very competent and professional in carrying out their responsibilities

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis Inovasi Kepala Madrasah Program Hybrid Learning dalam Menjaga Keunggulan Kualitas Pendidikan pada masa pandemic di MAN 1 Kota Gorontalo dan MAN 1 Kabupaten Gorontalo beserta komparasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan naturalistic, instrument pengumpulan data digunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen, serta analisis data menggunakan triangulasi dengan analisis multisitus. Hasil Penelitian yakni: Analisis multisitus dapat diketahui bahwa pada umumnya MAN 1 kota Gorontalo dan MAN 1 Kabupaten Gorontalo merupakan madrasah unggul di wilayahnya masing-masing dengan keunggulan kompetitif. Adapun komparasi dari kedua situs tersebut yakni MAN 1 kota Gorontalo lebih menekankan pada penguasaan IT para guru dengan diberikannya beberapa kali pelatihan/workshop tentang pembelajaran hybrid dan online serta membangun komunikasi yang intens antar warga madrasah, komite dan orangtua siswa, sementara MAN 1 kabupaten Gorontalo lebih menekankan pada manajemen pembelajaran kinerja guru mulai dari perencanaan sampai kepada evaluasi. Kepala madrasah juga menerapkan menerapkan literasi media daring dalam kegiatan pembiasan literasi untuk mengeksplorasi kompetensi dasar pada pembelajaran hybrid.
