Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of regional taxes, regional levies, general allocation funds and special allocation funds on regional expenditures in regency and city governments in Central Java Province in 2016-2018. This study uses report data on the realization of the regional budget for revenues and expenditures of the regency and city governments in Central Java Province from 2016 to 2018. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The number of samples is 17 with 51 observations. The prerequisite test for analysis uses the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that regional taxes and general allocation funds (DAU) had a positive significant influence on regional expenditures, regional retributions had a significant negative influencet on regional expenditures and special allocation funds had an insignificant positive influence on regional expenditures. Keyword: regional taxes, regional levies, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, regional expenditures.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study was to determine the effect of price perception and tourist attraction on consumer satisfaction of Lake Shuji in Lembak Village Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 109 visitors. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, f test using the software program spss 22 for windows.

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic has changed the state of the economy in Indonesia as well as changes in the economy with the collapse of the macro and micro economic sectors. MSMEs as one of the drivers of the economy in Indonesia are also greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The public's purchasing power for products produced by MSMEs is low during the pandemic so that business operators must be creative in order to remain accepted by consumers. With a descriptive approach research method data obtained through online document searches and literature review. Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the health level of the Tani Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in 2013-2018 based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research subject is the Tani Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) and the object of the research is the level of health. Collecting data in research using interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is the ratio analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the overall health level of KSP Tani Makmur in 2013-2018 is in the category under supervision, getting a mean score of 62.73. The capital aspect gets a score of 31.33 (Under Special Supervision); aspects of the quality of earning assets get a score of 61.00 (Under Supervision); management aspects get a score of 98.00 (Healthy); efficiency aspects get a score of 68.30 (Fairly Healthy); the liquidity aspect gets a score of 50.00 (Under Special Supervision); aspects of independence and cooperative growth get a score of 37.50 (Under Special Supervision); as well as aspects of cooperative identity get a score of 100.00 (Healthy).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the business model applied by Muriglow's skincare business. Muriglow is a producer of organic facial masks processed from fermented goat's kefir etawa milk containing lactobacillus which cleanses the face of dirt and stimulates collagen production in the skin, and many other benefits. The canvas business model elements use the nine elements of the canvas business model, namely customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and cost structure. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach that is used to find factual information about problems or practices that occur in the field. The results showed that the market acquisition that Muriglow will do is to penetrate the cosmetics industry for men and this preparation has been planned under the name Muriglow for Men. The values offered are the fermented milk of Etawa goat kefir; The composition of the ingredients is 100% natural and safe for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. Channels provided by social media (Instagram, FB, TikTok); E-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia) and E-wallets (DANA, OVO). The relationships that are built are discounted prices with minimal spending; free shipping; buy 1 get 1 gift; special prices for resellers and giveaway. Its key activities are quality control, dosing & processing, packaging and marketing. Its business partners consist of Lab quality control, raw material suppliers, distributors, shipping expeditions. Muriglow plans to collaborate with production houses, especially in big cities to reduce the high cost of shipping and simplify Muriglow's supply network throughout Indonesia and will start from major cities on the island of Java.Keywords: Canvas Business Model, Skincare Business, and Business Value

Abstract

Saat ini telah terjadi perubahan perilaku belanja konsumen. Sebelumnya konsumen cenderung melakukan kegiatan berbelanja secara offline. Sekarang konsumen cenderung beralih untuk melakukan kegiatan belanja secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku online shopping yang menjadi trend gaya hidup berbelanja konsumen saat ini dengan memotret fenomena yang terjadi di beberapa marketplace di Indonesia seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan Bukalapak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case study dengan meramu informasi dari pemberitaan yang diakses melalui website, surat kabar online, dan media internet lain tentang gaya hidup online shopping yang terjadi di tiga marketplace yang menjadi obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan trend belanja ke arah online shopping dengan platform marketplace. Perubahan perilaku belanja dapat dilihat dari produk yang populer, waktu berbelanja, sistem pembayaran, perubahan transaksi online, dan perubahan gaya hidup berbelanja. Pelaku bisnis dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan konsumen dengan platform digital karena belanja online sudah menjadi gaya hidup berbelanja kekinian.Kata-Kata Kunci: Online Shopping, Gaya Hidup, Marketplace, Case Study

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kepuasaan konsumen terhadap layanan E-Commerce Shoope Food dengan pendeakatan metode IPA dan CSI untuk menganalisa data lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel 200 responden dengan teknis penarikan sampel adalah insidental sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah layanan Shopee Food memberikan kepuasaan kepada konsumen Shoppe Food dengan indikator nilai CSI yang berada di angka 72,32 serta atribut kepuasan konsumen berada di kuadran 2 atau B artinya bahwa Shopee Food harus mempertahankan kinerja yang ada dikarenakan telah membuat konsumen Shopee food merasa puas terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

Pengelolaan desa wisata di Indonesia merupakan bagian dari program pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Dari banyaknya destinasi wisata dan desa wisata yang terdapat di Kabupaten Karawang, salah satunya adalah Desa Sedari. Pemasaran berbasis media sosial merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam pemulihan dan pembentukan ulang destinasi pariwisata alam kreatif terutama di era industri 4.0 dan diperburuk dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang membuat segalanya dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan data diperoleh melalui wawancara serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sedari memiliki antusiasme yang besar dalam belajar mengenai pemasaran berbasis media sosial namun realisasinya masih belum maksimal.Kata kunci: Pemasaran, media sosial, desa wisata, pariwisata kreatif

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether affective commitment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This research method uses quantitative descriptive and primary data using a questionnaire.This study took samples at Pengudi Luhur gantiwarno Junior High School, Klaten, Central Java. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection is done by sending a questionnaire via personal chat or via e-mail in the form of google form to the school. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on affective commitment and transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizen behavior and affective commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizen behavior.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Affective Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Studi ini menguji pengaruh moderasi dari independensi dewan dalam hubungan pembiayaan hutang-profitabilitas dengan menggunakan data dari perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Kami mengumpulkan data secara manual dari laporan keuangan yang diaudit perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2015-2019 dengan total 220 observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Ordinary least square regression dengan SPSS versi 23. Kami mengembangkan model empiris dimana profitabilitas akuntansi perusahaan merupakan variabel dependen sedangkan pembiayaan hutang, dewan independen, variabel interaksi yang dibuat dari perkalian pembiayaan hutang dan independensi dewan, dan berbagai variabel kontrol adalah variabel independen. Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh interaksi independensi dewan terhadap hubungan pembiayaan hutang dengan kinerja perusahaan terhadap perusahaan di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Independensi dewan, pembiayaan hutang, kinerja perusahaan
