Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in tourism villages, driven by the need for advanced technology to sustain the attractiveness of tourist destinations. The main objectives are to explore the potential of AR and AI technologies in enhancing tourist experiences, identify best practices in IMC, and analyze economic and environmental impacts. A literature review approach was used to gather findings from recent studies, indicating that AR provides deeper and more informative interactive experiences, while AI enables personalized experiences tailored to individual tourist preferences. The research methodology involved critical analysis of relevant literature, including case studies from several tourism villages in Indonesia and abroad that have successfully implemented these technologies. The results indicate that the implementation of AR and AI can significantly enhance destination attractiveness, strengthen branding, and support sustainable tourism development through better environmental management and more active involvement of local communities. However, challenges such as implementation costs, data privacy, and technological dependency need to be considered. This research provides a foundation for developing effective integrated marketing strategies using AR and AI, meeting the needs of modern tourists who increasingly demand informative, interactive, and sustainable experiences.

Abstract

The Indonesia Science Center is located inside Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in East Jakarta, serves as an interactive science exhibition venue. It offers various exhibits designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of science. This research aims to assess the extent to which attractiveness influences the interest in visiting the Indonesia Science Center at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This study adopts a quantitative research methodology, incorporating multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t-tests and f-tests, and determination coefficient tests, all conducted using SPSS software. The sample comprises 100 respondents, including both individuals who have visited and those who have not visited the Indonesia Science Center at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, East Jakarta. The research findings indicate that the overall mean score for variable X (Attractiveness) is 4.10, while the overall mean score for variable Y (Interest in Visiting) is 4.11. The t-test results show a significance value of less than 0.001, which is below the 0.05 threshold, indicating that variable X (Attractiveness) significantly affects variable Y (Interest in Visiting). The coefficient of determination (r²) is calculated to be 0.688, suggesting that 68.8% of the variance in variable Y is explained by variable X.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of location, price, promotion, and laundry perfume aroma partially and simultaneously on decisions to use laundry services in Makassar. Data were collected through a survey of 165 laundry customers in Makassar. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that location and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use laundry services while price and laundry perfume aroma have a negative and significant effect on the decision to use laundry services. The closer or easier the location of the laundry to the customer's residence, the cheaper the price offered, and the more intensive the promotion carried out, the more likely the customer is to use laundry services. The smell of laundry perfume that does not follow the tastes of laundry consumers will result in a decrease in the decision to use laundry services by consumers. Simultaneously, the variables of location, price, promotion, and laundry perfume aroma have a simultaneous and significant effect on the decision to use laundry services. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for entrepreneurs or managers of laundry businesses to pay attention to business locations, prices offered, promotions carried out, and the aroma of laundry perfume used to increase the number of laundry customers.
