Abstract

Abstract : This correlation research is aimed to find out the correlation of the students motivation with reading comprehension of the second year students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The research data were collected from July to August 2016. The subject of this research was class XI IPA 3, which consist of 30 students. The data were collected by giving a test to the students in the form of multiple choice test and questionnaire about motivation. The result of the research showed that the second year students of Man 1 Pekanbaru got mediocre level with the mean score of 49,67 in reading comprehension and enough category (67,8) in the students questionnaire of motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the correlation of the second year students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru in motivation and reading comprehension is high with rxy is 0,72.Key Words: Correlation, Motivation, Reading Comprehension

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the above description in futsal players the running speed of a soccer player is also very influential for attack and defense. Whereas Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that there are many players at the Kelambir 38 Pekanbaru club who lack the running speed when carrying out attacks and when defending so that the defeat often sprints clash the ball with the opposing players. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pathner resisted start training on the speed of Club Kelambir 38 futsal players in Pekanbaru. The population in this research were 12 Club Kelambir futsal athletes in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples, then the sample in this study was set at 12 people. The instrument in this study was a 30 meter running speed. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of pathner resisted start training on the speed of Club Kelambir futsal players 38 Pekanbaru as evidenced by the results of tcount 14,241> t table 1.796 at α = 0.05. This proves that by doing a start resisted pathner exercise, the speed can get better results.Key Words; Pathner Resisted Start, Speed.

Abstract

Abstract:This research is aimed to find outthe Ability of the First Year Students of SMK Tigama Pekanbaru in Comprehending Recount Texts. The population of this research is the first year students of SMK Tigama Pekanbaru. The number of sample is 31 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique.The research instrument was multiple choice test items consisted40 questions. The test gives by useseight components of comprehending recount textnamely main idea, factual information, meaning of difficult word, reference, restatement, social function of recount text, generic structures of recount text and language features of recount text. The data were analyzed by classifying them into four levels of mastery, such as poor, average, good, and excellent. The findings revealed that the Analysis of the Ability of the First Year Students of SMK TigamaPekanbaru in Comprehending Recount Texts was in good level with the mean score was 60.4. The implication of thisresearch is even though the first year students of SMK TigamaPekanbaruRiau have a good ability but the score is still low, then it can be suggested for students to get more lessons about comprehending.Key Words: Students’ ability, Comprehending recount text

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the application of Inside Outside Circletechniques can improve student achievement in the subject substance and proceduresequation at the class X SMAN 10 SIAK. This research was conducted at SMAN 10SIAK. Research data retrieval time in July 2011 until July 2014. Study was conductedexperimental research with pretest-posttest research plan. The population in this studywere students of class X SMAN 10 SIAK year 2011-2012. Student sample consisted of 2classes of 4 existing classes which is have the academic skills that are homogeneous,experimental class is class X2 and control class is class X4. The design used in thisstudy was a pretest-posttest design is experimental class and control class.Implementation of the research carried out in two phases, namely Phase Preparation,Implementation Phase. The research instrument is the device that is learning syllabus,lesson plan (RPP) which includes a quiz and evaluation of Student Worksheet. Datacollection instruments in the form of data homogeneity test and pretest-posttestquestions. The data in this study were tested using the statistical test is the t-test. Basedon the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application ofcooperative learning model application inside outside techniques circle to improvestudent achievement in learning subject substance and procedure sequation at class Xin SMAN 10 SIAK with t count> t table 4,86> 1,67.Key Words: student achievement, cooperative, Inside Outside Circle techniques

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine the increase in student learning motivation by applying Simas Eric model. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is a quasi experimental research with nonequivalent control group design research. Population of this research is student of class XI MIA MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The samples were taken from two classes of population based on the homogeneity test and randomly assigned to obtain the experimental class and control class. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires to students before and after learning with the application of Simas Eric on the experimental class and conventional learning in the control class. Descriptive and inferential analysis were used to analyze the data.The result of this research showed n-gain of student's average learning motivation with application of Simas Eric is 0,52 model and n-gain of student's average learning motivation with conventional learning is 0,27 mean that there is an improvement. Based on inferential analysis through independent sample t test sig value was obtained (2-tailed) = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Simas Eric model can improve students' learning motivation on global warming material in XI class MAN 1 Pekanbaru.Keywords : simas eric method, learning motivation, global warming material

Abstract

Abstract, The problem this research is the students achievement of macth studies of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan fourth graders still low with an average value of 60 and minimum completeness criteria (KKM) sains studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 20 people only 10%, this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of macth studies class IV at of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan with implementation incuiri. Formulation of the problem : is the implementation incuirios macth students can improve students achievement of social studies at of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan. The research was conducted on Maret 03, 2015 to April 07, 2014 by 2 cycles. Subjects were students of of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan, totaling 20 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets an students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 60. In the first cycle improve an average of 63,25 and an improve in the second with an average of 75,50. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 66,66%, with increase big as 76,16% and the second meeting improve 87,50% and the second meeting improve 100%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the fisrt cycle with the fisrt meeting of an average of 45,80% and a second meeting improve to 62,50% and a second meeting improve to 83,30% at the first meeting of the second cycle with an average of 95,80%. However students achievement also increased the basic score of daily examonatoion as 50% which 10 students passed and 10 students failed. The ending of daily examonatoion as 90% which 18 students passed and 2 students failed. The Impemeltation of cooperative learning make a match type, Resuts in the class III of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan that the implementation of incuiri of macth students can improve student achievement of sains studies at fourth graders of state elementary school 011 Tanjung Medan.Key Words : Model cooferative Learning make a match of macth students, fourth graders students Achievement

Abstract

Abstract :The research carried out base of the lower result of social subject in grade 4th SDN 018 Sumber Jaya Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis which is about 66.09 within minimal completeness criterion stated is 68. Among 23 students, there were only 10 students were able to achieve the score of minimal completeness criterion stated. The purpose of this research is to improve student’s achievemet on social of the fourth graders in SDN 018 Sumber Jaya Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis with the application of cooperative learning type make a match and learning model. This research was classroom action research consisting 2 cycles within 4 procedures : planning, doing, observing, and reflecting and each cycle consist of three meeting. Instruments on this research are syllabus, lesson plan, and student work sheet. Instrument for collecting data are observation sheet and test. Data which was collected were learning outcomes and teacher’s activities during lessons. After application of model of cooperative learning type make a match it was abtained student’s outcomes in UH I within average 78.26(improved from basic score 18,4%). The average score form UH II was 85.65 (improved 29,5%). Teachers activities results in the first meeting of the first cycle was 50% (fair category), and then 60% (enough category) for the second meeting in cycle I. Meanwhile in the first meeting of the second cycle was 72.5% ( good category) and then 90% (very good category) for second meeting in cycle II. Students activity in the first meeting of the cycle I was 52.5% (enough category), 62.5% (good category) for the second meeting in the cycle I. And then in the first meeting of the second cycle was 75% (good category), 92.5% (very good category) for the second meeting in cycle II. Based on the result it can be concluded that application of cooperative learning model type make a match can social in fourth graders at SDN 018 Sumber Jaya Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis.Keywords : Cooperative learning type make a match , Students Achievement the Result Of Social Lesson

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS students of class V SDN 008 Teluk Jira District Tempuling Indragiri Hilir by applying cooperative learning type of talking stick model. The method used in this research is classroom action research. Subjects in this study were the students of class V SDN 008 Teluk Jira District Tempuling Indragiri Hilir Regency in the academic year 2016/2017, and the number of students 29 people. Instrument used in this research is by using obseravasi sheet and test done at each end of cycle. This study was conducted in two cycles. From the data analysis, this research is an increase in student learning outcomes. This improvement is seen from the student's learning result before applying the talking stick teaching model that is 72.75 and increased to 77,58 in the second cycle. On the basic score, only 15 students (51.72%) reached KKM. In the first cycle, the number of students who reached KKM increased by 6.63% from the basic score that increased to 21 (72,41%). In cycle II the number of students who reached KKM increased by 17.30%. From cycle I to 25 students reaching KKM (86.20%). The same is true of student activity. In cycle I the percentage of student activity was 66.67% increasing by 4.16% to 70.83% in the second meeting of cycle I. At the first meeting of cycle II increased by 8.33% to 83.33%. In the second meeting, cycle II increased again by 8.34% to 91.67%. Based on data analysis in research that has been done that the application of cooperative learning model type of talking stick can improve learning outcomes and activities of class V students SDN 008 Teluk Jira Tempuling District Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

Abstract: the problem of this research is the weakness of student’s learning result of mathematic subject. It show from 23 student’s, who did not complete reach KKM 15 students (65.21%), while reaching 8 students KKM (34.78%) with the average value of the class is 58.34. KKM predetermined school is 65. According to this problem, the researchers have conducted research using the method of classroom action research by applying Model Cooperative Learning Think Pair Share (TPS). At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity percentage 54.16% with enough categories, at a meeting both increased to 62.5% in both categories. In the second cycle the first meeting with a percentage of 79.16% with a good category and at the second meeting increased to 95.83% with the category very well. Activities of students has increased, in the first cycle of the first meeting of 58.33% with enough categories and the second meeting increased to 66.66% in both categories. While in the first meeting of the second cycle of student increase activity to 75% with good category and the second meeting increased to 91.66% with a good category. The average student learning outcomes before the application is 62.17 increased to 63.91 in the first cycle, and increase 71.65 in the second cycle. While classical completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle is reached. The implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can boost the results of fourth grade students of SDS Aisyiyah Bengkalis in mathematic subject.Key words: Cooperative model type think pair share (TPS), learning result of mathematic

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted because of the result of learning science study grade V C SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru. KKM achieved by school was 72. From 40 students who achieve KKM just 13 students (32,50%) while students who did not achieve KKM is 27 students (67,50%) with a grade average of 61,35. The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes IPA class V C SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru with the application of models Learning Cycle. The results obtained by the average value of 61,35 basic score increased in the first cycle of 23 % to 75,50. In the second cycle the average value of students also increased by 43% to 88,20. On the basic of classical completeness score IPA student learning outcomes is only 32,50% (not finished). After the process of application learning model Learning Cycle in the first cycle classical completeness increased to 75% (not finished), and the second cycle of classical completeness obtained are increased to increase to 95% (finished). Activities of teachers at the first meeting of first cycle acquire a percentage of 75% with enough categories. The second meeting increased to 80% in good categories. In the first meeting of second cycle increased to 90% with very good category. At the second meeting increased to 95% with very good category. Activities of students in the first meeting of the first cycle acquire a percentage of 75% with enough categories. The second meeting increased to 85% in good categories. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 90 % with very good category. At the second meeting increased to 95% very good category. This the implementation of learning cycle model can improve student learning outcomes IPA.Keywords: Learning Cycle, Learning Outcomes IPA
