Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated problems that occur in the classroom students V of SD Negeri 6 Sepotong that poor performance in the first semester mathematics learning. This is evident from the number of students who reached KKM many as 6 people (33,3%) while 12 (66,7%) did not reach KKM with an average of 59,722 study results. Based in this background, the researchers have conducted studies class actions (PTK) by implementing cooperative learning model number heads together (NHT). The classroom action research is carried by two cycles. At the first meeting of cycle I of the activities of teachers percentage is 54,16% sufficient criteria at the second meeting of teacher activity increased 66,67% both criteria. In cycle II of the third meeting of teachers increased activity both criteria 70,83% while the fourth meeting the cycle II of teachers increased activity percentage to 87,50% criterion very well. At the first meeting of cycle I of the activities of studenst percentage is 50,00% sufficient criteria at the second meeting of students activity increased 62,50% both criteria. In cycle II of the third meeting of students increased activity both criteria 66,67% while the fourth meeting of cycle II of students increased activity 79,16% criterion very well. For the result of student mathematics learning prior to action average value 59,722 and then increased 64,722 at cycle I with the percentage increase 8,37% and the cycle II of the average value of learning outcomes increased by 73,61% with percentage increase of 23,26% study resultKeyword : Cooperative model number heads together (NHT), learning result of mathematics

Abstract

Abstract: The ability of number sense is as one indicator of the success to learn mathematics. So far, many study math on numbers just focus on learning outcomes. Therefore, based on the problems need to investigate students ability of number sense. The intention of the present study is to identify and analyze number sense ability of fifth graders in Tampan district Pekanbaru. Population in this study are 3,142 students and sample are 275 students, taken by cluster random sampling which represent each cluster in Tampan District. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The method used in this research is survey method with data collection techniques using test consisting of 20 questions that have been validated by experts and small groups. The results showed that number sense of students are low with percentage is 49,88%, especially in deciding wisely from the calculation through different strategies.Keywords: Number sense

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years through ball game basketdi KB Harapan Bangsa Desa Pantai Cermin Kampar regency. Research carried out directly in KB Harapan Bangsa Desa Pantai Cermin. Subject Research is a group A1 KB Harapan Bangsa 4-5 year age child who numbered 13 consists of six men and seven women in the second half of April Year 2016. The experiment was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three sessions covering planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study collected data using observation and statistically analyzed descriptively so that the initial data values obtained 40.87% karegori starting to develop, in the first cycle values obtained an average of 51.04% and the second cycle values obtained an average of 76.76% a category is growing very nice. Shows that use of the game of basketball can improve gross motor skills of children.Keywords: Basketball Games, Kids Gross Motor.

Abstract

Abstrac: the background of the problems in this study was lower student learning outcomes. With an average value of 64.59%, this research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 009 Binio Jaya. By implementing cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together, basic research used is classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles each cycle consisting of 2 meetings delivered material and one daily test .the research meetings held in March and April with the number of 32 students consisting of 16 male and 16 female, in order to study the class action is successful then compile research stages of planning action, observation and reflection, while the data collection instruments of observation and achievement test data analysis techniques used in the following activities teachers, activity 1,54,1% meeting with enough categories, meeting 2,66,6% with the good category, meeting IV 91.6% with very good category, student activities at the meeting of 1.54,1% with enough categories, meeting 2 , 62.5% with the good category, meeting IV 70.8% with the good category, a meeting V 75% in both categories, an increase in the basic learning outcomes of students' scores namely 58.96 increased to 62.93 (6%), the replay Daily I rise on a daily test II to 73.28 (24%), from this study be concluded that by applying the Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 009 Binio Jaya.Keywords : Implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the ability of the second grade students of SMPN 6 Tambusai in writing descriptive texts. In this research, the data was obtained from students? writing scores. The test is in the form of an essay, because the test required the respondents to give the answer in the form of written descriptive text. There are five components of writing: grammar, organizing ideas, vocabulary, fluency, and mechanics (Harris : 1974). The writer analyzed the ability of the second year students based on five category: excellent, good, mediocre, poor, and very poor. The participants in this study are 30 students from VIII A of SMPN 6 Tambusai. The result of this study described that a number of students faced a problem in Grammar. Organization is the highest average score. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the ability of the second year students of SMPN 6 Tambusai is in mediocre level and the students faced some difficulties in writing descriptive texts.Key Words: Writing Ability, Descriptive Text

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to know the correlation between arm and shoulder muscle power with badminton’s backhand hit of male students that join extracurricular of SMK Negeri 2 Rambah of Rokan Hulu District. The research Design is Correlational research. There are 10 male students as the population and used total sampling. Total sampling uses all the population as the sample. From the results it shows that there is a correlation between arm and shoulder muscle power with badminton’s backhand hit of male students that join extracurricular of SMK Negeri 2 Rambah of Rokan Hulu District with the results of r count (0.86)> from r table (0.666) at α = 0.05. Abstract

Abstract: The problem of the research is  ability of Drilling in Soccer team of SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh Kabupaten Siak still far from expectation, So when the player transfer the ball, they can across the enemies easily then win the match. it can be seen from try out and friendly match even more a big match and this is one of the factor why they loss. This research was done at Soccer team of SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh Kabupaten Siak. This research used Experiment design to see the effect of using “Dribble Slalom”. The purpose of the research was to see the effect of using Dribble Slalom toward the ability of Drilling in Soccer team at SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh Kabupaten Siak. The population of this research was soccer team player of SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh at Siak district totaling 16 people. Exercise in this study is dribble slalom. The sampling technique used the total sampling, which was all the population had become the sample. The technique of collecting data was gotten from pre-test and post-test. The instrument of the research was a Dribbling test. The data analyzed by using T-test. Based on the data analysis, it can be seen from Tcount was 6,44 and Ttable 1,753. it meant Tcount>Ttable with the significant a=0,05. In conclusion, there was a different significant from Dribble Slalom in Soccer team of SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh Kabupaten Siak.

 Abstract: the background of this research by one of the traditions of the Malay culture fresh flour, which is loaded and the rich values of local wisdom contained in it, moral values, attitudes and philosophies of life, so the authors take the title “Analysis of the values of local wisdom embodied in the tradition fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis”. Formulation of the problem in this research are anyvalues of local wisdom contained in the tradition of fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis? The purpose of this research is to find out what values of local wisdom contained in the tradition of fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis. This study population is rural river Selari totaling 2205 people. Purposive sampling technique with a sampling of 50 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and study the literature, in analyzing data using quanlitative descriptive analysis. Formulation of hypothesis that “there are Analysis of the values of local wisdom embodied in the tradition fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis” is in the category of “be found”.50% respondent answered strongly associated by 17,48%, amounting to 51,22% associated answered, answered by 24,52% less related and unrelated answer by 5,04%. Keywords:local wisdom, tradition fresh flour

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the low learning outcomes Social Sciences student, with an average grade 67.1. Based on the problems appear researchers conducted a study entitled "Application of Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) to improve student learning outcomes Elementary School third grade 125 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted on March 11, 2015 until May 13, 2015 with 3 cycles. The subjects were students of class III Elementary School 125 Pekanbaru totaling 21 people who used the data source. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This study presents the results of learning derived from the value of daily tests before treatment with an average of 67.1%, an increase in the first cycle with the average being 71.7%. In the second cycle increased by an average of 68.5% and an increase in the third cycle with an average of 82.3%. The activities of teachers in the learning process in cycle 1 the first meeting and the second meeting of the 70.8% increase to 75%. Second cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 79.1% increase to 83.3%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 91.7% increase to 95.8%. data analysis activities of students in the first cycle the first meeting with an average of 62.5% and a second meeting to increase to 70.9%. Second cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 79.2% increase to 83.3%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of the 87.5% increase to 95.8%. Based on these results Application of Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can increase student learning outcomes Elementary School third grade 125 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This study conducted at the University of Riau FKIP Economic Education with the aim to determine the effect of social and economic background of parents of student interest in entrepreneurship FKIP economy education University of Riau. The population in this study were 127 students and sampling techniques in this study using purposive random sampling by Slovin formula that results in 56 samples. Data was collected through questionnaire techniques while data types and sources of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, regression coefficient sececara simultaneous test (F test), partial regression coefficient test (t test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the variables of social and economic background of parents simultaneously affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the partial test, social background variables parents in terms of parental education has a greater influence than the student interest in entrepreneurship for economic background variables in terms of parents' income level. It can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.357373 social background variables while the economic background of 0.000003 to the value of determination coefficient of 0.455. What this means is that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 45.5%. While the remaining 54.5% is determined by other variables such as the effect of the internal factors that come from within ourselves and others that are not investigated.Keywords: Social Background Parent, Economic Background Parents' Interest In Entrepreneurship
