Abstract

Abstract: The study was conducted because of the low value of the results of social studies of fourth grade students of SDN 41 West Duri Bengkalis. Of the 25 students, the number of students who reached KKM only 11 (44%) students, and which does not achieve KKM 14 students (56%). with an average of 63.2 and is still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is applied in schools is 70.00. The purpose of this study to improve student learning outcomes IPS IV SDN 41 West Duri Bengkalis with the application of problem-based learning. The results obtained by the average value of the basic score of 63.2 students at UH I decrease the average is 59.8 with a 5.38% decline in the percentage increase occurred in UH II with an average value of 71.2 with a percentage increase of 19% , Once applied problem-based learning model teacher in the first cycle to 24% classical completeness (not finished), on the second cycle increased to 80% completeness. So also with the activities of teachers in the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 35% from 60% to 95% with the category enough to be very good. As well as on the activities of students in the first cycle to the second cycle there was an increase of the total value of 11 to 17 with a percentage of 55% to 85% with the category enough to be very good.Key Words: Based Problems, Learning Outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research is held because of a lowstudents learning result of IPS subject of students of class IVB SDN 024 Tarai Bangun. From 46 students there are 21 students that achieve the KKM (45,65%) there are 25 students that did not achieve the KKM yet (54,35%) with the average of 70,86. The purpose of this research is to increas the learning result of IPS subject of student of class IVB SDN 024 Tarai Bangun with the implementation of Learning Together learning model. The analysis of research result the basic score of students learning result of IPS subject has increased in cycle I and II from 70,86 increased by 75.21 and increased again by 80,54. The completeness of students learning result of IPS subject also increased from students basic score 45,65% (not complete) increased by 78,26% (not complete), in cycle I and cycle II and increased again by 84,48% (complete). The percentage of teacher’s activity after the implementasion of Learning Together learning model in the first meeting by 66,87% with good category. In the second meeting of first cycle the percentage increased become 70,83% with good category. In the first meeting of cycle II the percentage of teacher’s activity has increased again become 87,5% with very good category. In the second meeting of cycle II the percentage of teacher’s activity has increased again become 91,67% with very good category. The percentage of students activity in the fist meeting 62,5% with good category. In the second meeting of cycle I percentage of students activity has increased again become 66,87% with good category. In the first meeting of cycle II the percentage of students activity has increased again become 79,17% with good category, in the second meeting of cycle II the percentage of students activity has increased again become 87,5% with very good category. We can conclude that the implementation of of Learning Together type of cooperatif learning can increase the students learning result of IPS subject of students of class IVB SDN 024 Tarai Bangun.Keyword: Learning Together, IPS subject learning result.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and explain the level of ability of Annur Pekanbaru Middle School students in determining the use of capital letters and italics. This research uses descriptive method using objective text data of Annur Pekanbaru Middle School students. This descriptive method uses quantitative research in its use. Because this study contains measurements of the level of students' ability to determine capital letters and italics, this study uses quantitative research. In examining the level of ability of Annur Pekanbaru Middle School students in the use of capital letters and italics we must calculate the scores of Annur Pekanbaru Junior High School students. From there then we can find out how much the ability of Annur Pekanbaru junior high school students to determine the use of capital letters and italics. The results showed that: (1) the average percentage in the ability to determine the use of capital letters of Annur Junior High School students in Pekanbaru was 78.49. The percentage is included in the medium category, (2) the average percentage in the ability to determine the use of italics is 76.34. These percentages fall into the medium category.Key Words: Ability, Capital Letters, Italics

Abstract

Abstract: This classroom action research is aimed at improving learning process and improving mathematics learning outcomes by implementing Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The research subjects are 24 heterogenous academic ability level students of the VIII1 class students at MTsN Muara Fajar in academic year of 2016/2017. The research consisted of two cycles in which each cycle consisted of four phases, i.e; namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. By the end of a cycle, daily test was held. The data was collected by means of observation and daily test. The action success indicators were if there is learning process improvement and the increasing number of students passing Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) in daily test I and daily test II. The research shows that teachers and students’ activities were conducted well as planned. Most of the students participated actively in the learning process e.g. discussing, presenting student’s worksheet, responding to classmate’s presentation, and drawing the lesson conclusion. Additionally, the students afforded to answer the written test given by teacher well. Therefore, it can be said that improvement of learning process took place in every meeting. Furthermore, the number of students passing the MCC on base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) were respectively 6 students (25%), 7 students (29,2%), dan 12 students (50%). The percentage of MCC achievement also indicates the increase after the implementation, thus it can be said that the students’ learning outcomes also increase. Finally, the research also shows that cooperative learning with Think Pair Square approach can improve mathematic learning process and learning outcomes of VIII1 class students at MTsN Muara Fajar.Key Words: Math Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract: Biography is the story of a character's life journey written by someone else based on information from the character or other sources. In this case, the author raised the biography of a Riau community figure, Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the biography of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab, 2) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of education, 3) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of politics, 4) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of socio-cultural, 5) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of health, 6) to describe the role of Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab in the field of economics and the world of the press, 7) to describe the works made by Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques in the form of interview, literature and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that Prof. dr. Tabrani Rab was born in Bagansiapi-api, Rokan Hilir on September 30, 1941. He had many roles. In the field of education by building educational institutions and providing scholarships to students. In the field of politics as the President of the Free Riau Movement. In the field of health as a doctor, he established a hospital. In the filed of socio-cultural together with Al-Azhar and Soeman HS founded the Riau Cultural Institute. In the field of economics by attending present in various meetings such as Asia’s Role in The Changing World, International Conference, Taipe-Taiwan 1992 and Tokyo-Japan and in the world of the press with Prof. Drs. Suwardi MS and Soeman HS founded the Genta newspaper. Then, he also actively wrote one of them ”Tempias” which is published every Sunday in Riau Pos. He published many works in the form of books, one of which was the book ”Towards a Sovereign Riau: The Choice of the Riau People's Congress II which discussed Riau Merdeka”.Key Words: Biography, Tabrani Rab.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Mistake of phonemes analysis was aimed at karimun ladies student dormitory. This analysis consisted of the mistake of the change of pronouncing phonemes, the mistake of addition of pronouncing phonemes, and the mistake of omission of pronouncing phonemes. The data analysis technique used is transcription, clarification, data analysis, presentation, and takes the conclusion of the mistake of phonemes. The aim of this research is to describe the mistake of the change, addition and omission of pronouncing phonemes form which dominantly done by the respondents. Based on the research done by the writer, she could conclude that the mistake of phonemes consisted of the mistake of pronouncing phonemes, the mistake of addition of pronouncing phonemes, and the mistake of omission of pronouncing phonemes which dominant from vocal and consonant phonemes form. From the analysis, the indicators of the mistake of phonemes was caused by the language change, low of understanding in bahasa Indonesia, less of teaching in bahasa Indonesia, interferential, uneven, habitual, no prior knowledge, intentional, environment, and imitation of the language which dominant used in public, and there also the components of current (trending language) language used.Key words: analysis, mistake, phonemes, Karimun ladies dormitory.

Abstract

Abstract:The problem this research is the student achievement of social studiesthree graderes SDNegeri21 Balai Makam still low with an average value of 65,3 and KKM social studies is 70. This research is Classroom action Research (CAR), wich aims to improve the learning process in the classroom. Based on the conduct of research with the implementation of learning models obtained results koopertif Make a Macth type of activity the teacher in the lerning process in cycle I frist meeting was 58,33% and at the second meeting of teacher activity increased to 66,67%. cycle II firs meeting and the second meeting of activity increased to 87,50% and the second meeting of activity increased to 95,83%. Result of data analysis of students activities in the first meeting cycle with the first meeting of an avarage of 50% and at second meeting of activity increased to 58,33%% and a second meeting of activity increased to 79,17%. At the firs meeting of the second meeting of activity increased to91,67%.This research presents the results obtained each before the implementation an improve in base score sycle with the average being, 65,3. In the first cycle improve an average of 72,8and an impove in the second with an average of 79,7 with increase as 22,05%. Result in the research that the implementation of cooperative learning model of Make a Macth can improve students achievement of social Studies at three graderes SDNegeri21 Balai Makam Kecamatan Mandau.Key Words: Model Learning Make a Macth, IPS learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe and differentiate the learning motivation physics science between the implementation of cooperative learning type round table group with conventional learning group. This type of research is a quasi-experimental, with a nonequivalent control group design. Population in this research is all of X classes with 148 students. Meanwhile the samples are 30 students in X MIA 2 as control class and 28 students in X MIA 5 as experiment class. The instrument of data in this research is a ARCS  motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was a descriptive analysis that was used to view the category motivation to learning physics science with use n-gain formula. The analysis data shows n-gain of students motivation to learning physics science of the control class is 0.18 with low category and n-gain of the experiment class is 0.34 with medium category. Meanwhile n-gain for each indicator motivation to learning physics science of the control class is 0.19 with low category and n-gain of the experiment class is 0.35 with medium category. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementation of cooperative learning type round table can be used as an alternative in the learning process in the classroom X MAN 1 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how the water quality of the wellbore around Pekanbaru Abattoir and produce a handout design of high school environmental X class pollution material. The study was conducted at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau, the Chemical Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, the research sample was taken at the wellbore of a resident's house around RPH Pekanbaru. The research took place in July-November 2019. The study consisted of two stages, namely the analysis of clean water quality and the handout design stage. The stage of field data collection was carried out with descriptive research, data collection by survey methods, determination of sampling points by purposive sampling. The parameters in the study were total coliform, Eschericia coli, pH, Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO2), turbidity, color, odor and perception of the community around RPH. The results showed that overall clean water quality was not good and did not meet clean water quality requirements where the parameters of total coliform, Escherichia coli, pH, Nitrite (NO2), turbidity, color, and odor obtained results that exceeded the standard quality and Nitrate parameters ( NO3) is in accordance with the quality standards required by Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. Based on an analysis of the potential results of the study, a handout of environmental pollution material for the learning of Biology in class X has been designed.Key Words: Animal Slaughter house, Clean water quality, Handout.

Abstract This Research study about how contradiction aspect form, ambiguitas, and nonsen in Hymn Horizon masterpiece anthology of Dasri Al Mubary. This Research use approach qualitative and descriptive method with aim to for the mendeskripsikan of aspects of deviation of meaning covering aspect of kontaradiksi, ambiguitas, and nonsense. source of data of this research that is Horizon masterpiece hymn anthology of Dasri Al Mubary. Data obtained by using data collecting technique, [is] later;then classified pursuant to contradiction aspect category, ambiguitas, and nonsense. As for aspect which implied in study expression ketidaklangsungan deviation of meaning namely contradiction, ambiguitas, and formulated nonsense become node. Pursuant to data analysis, obtained [by] aspect of kontradisi counted 7 poem data, later;then data covering aspect of ambiguitas counted 19 poem data, and data covering aspect of nonsen counted 13 poem data.Keyword : Contradiction, Ambiguitas, Nonsense, Hymn Horizon
