Abstract

Happiness is something that every individual desires. Happy Feelings Refer to well-being of mental health. Not students at school. High academics that are not in accordance with abilities and good self-management can lead to unhappy conditions. Happiness (happiness) is synonymous with the term emotional well-being (EWB). Emotional well-being (EWB) or emotional well-being is an individual's state consisting of life satisfaction and positive feelings. The problem that occurs is that students feel less happy when they are at school because they do not immediately take perspective on a situation. For example, feeling that school is a place full of burdens, school is a boring place, and so on. The reframing technique is one of the techniques of cognitive therapy that aims to reorganize the desired emotional content and direct/reframe it towards a rational mind, so that the counselee can have various points of view on the self-concept/cognitive concept in various situations. This research method is literature study. Analysis of the data used is content analysis. The result of this research is the elaboration of theoretical studies on reframing techniques in cognitive therapy approaches that can be used to achieve students' emotional well-being.

Abstract

A girl is said to be in puberty when she experiences menstruation or commonly referred to as menarche, this happens a lot to children in Pikatan Village, this requires help to gain knowledge so that the child does not experience anxiety about experiencing Menarche, using the Homeroom Technique, as for the purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Homeroome technique to reduce anxiety in children who are experiencing menarche by using the experimental type of quantitative research method, for the results of hypothesis testing to obtain the results that the results of the pired sample t-test in the table, it can be seen the output results (paired). The first sample t-test obtained a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05. So, there is a difference in the average results of the homeroom technique group guidance for the experimental class pre-test with the experimental class post-test with menarche anxiety guidance material.

Abstract

Creativity is an important aspect for every individual and should be developed from an early age. The development of creativity in children can be done by facilitating the use of creative media. This study aims to develop children's creativity by using art therapy in the guidance program. Art therapy in this guidance program is useful in increasing children's creativity through the process in producing a work. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design method. This study carried out the steps from the preliminary study, compiling a hypothetical program based on the preliminary study, revising the program, conducting experiments that were carried out for five treatments, and then data organization and data analysis were carried out using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of data analysis tests using SPSS 26 software, it was found that the implementation of art therapy in the guidance program was effective in increasing the creativity of playgroup students.

Abstract

In 2020 the whole world experienced an outbreak, namely the Covid-19 pandemic which had an impact on various fields, one of which was in education. One of the effects is that students experience a lot of academic anxiety. Academic anxiety is widely felt by students who are affected by online schools and require them to stay at home and limit their space for movement, one of which is not being able to meet face to face with friends or teachers. One of the things that are planned to be able to reduce academic anxiety is by using stress coping techniques. Coping stress is an action or effort taken to overcome stress, which can be done both consciously and unconsciously. This study aims to produce a guidebook for providing stress coping techniques to reduce students' academic anxiety. The method used in this study is a research and development model. The subject of this research trial involved guidance and counseling experts;Education technologist;and school counselor. The instrument used is the student's academic anxiety scale,expert assessment instrument and counselor assessment instrument. Data from the assessment results of a BK expert, a TEP expert, and three school counselors in three different schools in Bojonegoro City indicate that the product developed is acceptable and feasible to use to reduce students' academic anxiety.

Abstract

Resilience is an individual's quality to rise and adapt to social change. Gender is one of the inconsistent resilience factors, so it needs to be tested. This study aims to prove the difference in resilience between male studens with female students. The research method used a comparative study of 188 male students and 188 female students from SMA, SMK, or MA in the city of Surabaya. The results of the ANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference between male and female resilience. Descriptive test shows women are superior in resilience scores than men. How to resolve and deal with change is the main indicator that makes the two groups have different resilience

Abstract

This study intends to examine the significance of the motivations underlying the incidence of contested divorce, the factors contributing to the occurrence of contested divorce, and the feelings associated with contested divorce In Tulungagung Regency. The research subjects, i.e., the defendants in the litigation the researcher researched, were analyzed using a qualitative research methodology and a phenomenological model. Choosing research participants based on data gathered through interviews, observations, and life experiences using the snowball sampling technique (self-report). Data reduction, presentation, verification, and decision-making techniques were used in the analysis of the data, while tests for the data's dependability, trustworthiness, and certainty were used to ascertain its validity. The study's conclusions suggest that the motivation to have a divorce is driven by the needs for survival, security, affection, self-esteem, and self-actualization. Economic difficulties, carelessness (neglect/neglect), domestic violence treatment, family system support, poor behavior (drinking, returning home at night without a good cause), and a lack of knowledge and marriage preparedness were among the factors identified. Pre-divorce (a time of conflict), divorce process (mediation/divorce decision), and post-divorce are the three periods into which emotions are divided in accordance with the current divorce process.

Abstract

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is a training method based on information and communication technology (ICT) that can accommodate training needs in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 because it is large-scale, open, and can be accesed online by anyone and anywhere. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Massive Open Online Course of the Family Life Planning for Teenagers 2021 at the Representative of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research is qualitative descriptive with a combination of document study, observation and interview methods. The effectiveness of the training is known through evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation Model. The results obtained are Participants giving a positive response to the training program, Facilitators and Organizers; Participants increased in knowledge, attitudes and skills; Participants showed changes in behavior between before and after training; and Participant’s behavior changes contribute to the organization. Thus it was concluded that overall the MOOC PKBR 2021 was declared effective, both in level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, level 3 behavior, and level 4 result

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile is the direction of education goals in Indonesia. There are six dimensions that must be mastered by students to become competent individuals, including 1) faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, 2) independence, 3) mutual cooperation, 4) global diversity, 5) critical reasoning, and 6) creative. The purpose of this study is to develop a psychological scale of critical reasoning dimensions for the diagnostic assessment process of students in schools. There are five dimensions in critical reasoning, namely argumentation, assumption, deduction, interpretation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, the critical reasoning scale statement items totalled 44. This study adopted Gregory's development model using six steps, namely defining the test, selecting the scaling method, constructing the items, trialling the items, revising the test, and publishing the test. The results showed the acceptability of the critical reasoning scale, based on expert tests conducted on two experts from BK experts showed a score of 0.5. Further research is needed to improve the validity and reliability of the psychological scale that has been developed, perhaps through wider experimental tests or the development of supporting media.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is one of the things that everyone must have whereas self-efficacy is the belief that someone has to determine a decision in an action. Self-efficacy is closely related to self-management where self-management is a person's ability to monitor one's own thoughts, feelings, and behavior to achieve goals. Students, even adults, sometimes have low confidence, making it difficult to manage themselves because some of them are lazy, marked by students who find it difficult to respond. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling on students' self-efficacy and self-management. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research that later analyzes the data using the Wilcoxon test. The sample of this research was 10 students who were in class VIII. The results showed that there was a significant influence on self-efficacy and self-management after giving group counseling and changing behavior with a value of Zcount > Ztable, namely -2.818b ≤ 0.005, it was said that Ha was accepted. Thus self-efficacy and self-management of students can be improved through group counseling.

Abstract

  Indonesia merupakan negara yang penuh dengan kekayaan salah satunya adalah keberagaman budaya. Budaya di setiap daerah memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda dan budaya sangat erat kaitannya dengan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu contoh budaya adalah budaya wayang. Tokoh pewayangan Sang Gatotkaca, tokoh ini merupakan tokoh yang bijaksana, suka menolong, pemberani dan bertanggung jawab dan tokoh ini digambarkan melalui media permainan slot online untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa yang rendah. Melalui permainan slot ini diharapkan siswa mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri yang rendah sehingga nantinya dapat memiliki rasa percaya diri yang jauh lebih baik seperti tokoh Sang Gatotkaca dalam bentuk permainan. Hasil uji media menggunakan slot demo yang dilakukan dengan 2 orang penguji ahli materi dan 2 orang penguji ahli media mendapatkan hasil dari 10 indikator pada uji ahli ke 10 mendapatkan nilai D dan hasil untuk 23 indikator uji media mendapatkan hasil yang sama yaitu D atau mendapatkan relevansi tinggi dari kedua ahli. Dengan demikian apabila relevansi dari kedua ahli tinggi maka media Gatotkaca layak digunakan sebagai media layanan konseling, dan untuk tahap selanjutnya dapat dilanjutkan dengan uji coba media pada kelompok kecil.
