Abstract

Its is hard adjusted learning execution time with practicums performing, making difficult experiment is done at school. experiment also havent made active student, so required by experiment’s module gets PAIKEMS basis in lead experiment’s performing. The purpose of this Research is result practicum module that valid and practical. Observational method is 4D. Observational step that is done is problem Identification, information gathering, product design, validate design, fixed up design and product test-driving. This research result experiment module gets PAIKEMS basis that valid, with validity zoom 80%.Key words: development, module, paikem, validite, practice

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian mendeskripsikan tahapan kognitif siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan dalam pembelajaran geometri di kelas VIIIC MTsN Batu Tebal. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian ada tiga tahap, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyelesaian. Instrumen penelitian tes tahapan kognitif dan wawancara. Instrumen tes dikembangkan dengan cara menyusun tes, uji validitas, tes uji coba, dan analisis butir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verification. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan tahapan kognitif siswa laki-laki berada pada tahap kognitif 1 (visualisasi) sampai 2 (deduksi informal) dan siswa perempuan berada pada tahap kognitif 1 (visualisasi) sampai 2 (deduksi informal). Secara umum siswa laki-laki memperoleh rata-rata 13.17 dan siswa perempuan 12.44, berarti kemampuan siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi dari siswa perempuan. Kata kunci: Tahapan Kognitif Van Hiele, Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know mathematics communication bility of students with cooperative learning model type STAD based contexstual at class IX SMPN 1 Batusangkar. The study was quasi eksperimental research with the draft of research was Randomized Control Group Only Design. The subject of this research obtained from the final test. The hypothesis of this research was tested by MIINITAB program named t-test one way. The results showed a difference in mean value, variance and standard deviation in the second grade sample. From the result of t-test, research obtained that p-value 0, so the hypothesis of this research is accepted at taraf signifikan α = 0.05. So, concluded that the mathematics communication ability of students was by applaying of cooperative learning model type STAD based contexstual higher than students in conventional leraning.Keywords:  Cooperative type STAD, approach contextual, Mathematics Communication Ability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the outcomes of learning and problem solving ability of students to apply biological TAPPS strategy with the help of worksheets in biology learning in class VII SMP N 2 Batusangkar. The study was quasi experimental research. The population in this study were students of class VII SMP N 2 Batusangkar enrolled in the academic year 2012/2013, total of 6 classes. The samples in this study were students VII.2 as an experimental class, and class VII. 4 as the control class. The design of this study is randomized posttest Only Control Group Design. The instrument used in this study is the achievement test and observation sheets. The results showed that the results of learning and problem solving skills with biology students use this strategy better than conventional learning.Key words:  TAPPS strategy, worksheet, biology learning , problem solving

Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop physics learning module gets basis learning cycle  for  material effort, style and energy to class VIII valids one and practical at SMPN 3 Pariangan. This research utilize development research( research development ). This research comprise of four phases which is: pendefenisians phase, scheme phase,developmental phase and broadcast phase. But in this research just utilized by pendefenisians phase, scheme phase and development phase. On pendefenisians phase activity that doing to cover interview by learns SMPN 3 Pariangan, menganalisis is semester learning syllabus two, menganalisis is semester physics textbook two VIII classes and meriviuw is literatures about module. On scheme phase is done design of physics learning module gets basis learning cycle. On activities developmental phase which performing to cover phase validates physics learning module get basis learning cycle  and research instrument, praktikalitas is physics learning module gets basis learning cycle. Of research result that is done at class VIII to point out that: Module gets basis learning cycle one that is designed was really valid (covering loading validity and konstruk) of expert viewpoint (validator), and was practical looked of learning module purpose physics gets basis learning cycle  in estimation physics learning observer and student.Key words : development, module ,  physics learning,  learning cycle

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get a product as LKS biology based on validity and practicality. Observational type that used in this research is Research of Development. Developmental model that used is model 4-D, which is define, design, develop and disseminate. The research procedure is done by three phases which are phase define, design phase and develop phase. Based on the evaluation that have been done is know that students work sheet (LKS) basis character that has been created is valid, through validity testing by some validator. Practicality testing result through questionnaire is categorized it is very practice. Meanwhile, practicality testing trough observation and interview, (LKS) is practis after proces by using descriptive technique. In conclution, the quality of product that is result of research development can be said valid and practice based on result of testing validity and testing practicality that has been done.Key words: Development, LKS, caracter, validity, practicality

Abstract

The research was based on the low of mathematic reasoning ability. Reasoning ability is one of basic ability that mush be achieved by student through mathematic learning. To solve this case, problem posing model SSCS approache is preicted to be able to improve student mathematic reasong ability. This reaserch is quasy experiment reaserch with Randomized Control Group Only Design. Experiment class is given the learning by problem posing model SSCS approache, otherwise, control class is given the conventional lerning. Based on the reasult of data analysis, is concluded that student mathematic reasoning ability on application of problem posing model SSCS approache is better than student mathematic reasoning ability on conventional leraning.Key words: Reasoning ability, problem posing, model SSCS approache

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the result of student physics in applying of contextual approach and cooperative model type of course review hooray in class of XI IPA SMAN 1 Rambatan. The type of this Research is quasi experiment with research device in the form of randomized control group posttest only design. Research procedure differentiated into three phase that is preparation, execution and solution. Research instrument is used observation sheet and result test of learning. Analyze technique of data is used normalitas test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The Result of research shows the difference of average value, standard deviation and variants between experiment classes with control classes. The existence of this research is cause of the influence in applying contextual approach and cooperative model type of course review hooray. The use of this approach make students can find the material of study and connecting it with their real life situation, so that the atmosphere of class become active and pleasant. This matter can improve the understanding of student toward the material. The result of this research also shows raised hypothesis at this research is accepted, so that it can be concluded, the result of student in experiment classes which applying of contextual approach and cooperative model type of course review hooray is better than of control classes.Key words: contextual approach, cooperative learning, course review hooray, physics Study

Abstract

This research is aimed to produce math lesson plan by using performance strategy as teaching strategy and fulfill characterized lesson plan which is valid and practical to be used in the field. This research is developmental research that uses modification type 4-D several steps define, design, and develop (disseminate is discarded). Collecting the data in this research was done by validating through several experts and discussion, interview, questionnaire, and observation. Technique of data analysis in this research is descriptive statistics. Result of the research showed that lesson plan that has been revised fulfilled valid criteria. Interview and answering questionnaire showed that the lesson plan is practical to be used. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practical props simple and practical guidance on material module dynamic power SMA valid and practical. Type of research is the development of the 4-D study design. research procedures can be divided into three stages, namely define, design and development. The research instrument used was a validation sheet, observation sheets, and sheets of questionnaire responses. Research instrument is developed by arranging the item instrument, test validation, test and analysis results practicality. The results showed that: 1). Simple props are valid with the percentage of 83% from the standpoint of physics education experts (validity), 2) guiding practicum module is valid with a percentage of 76% from the standpoint of physics education experts (validity) 2). The use of simple props and practical guidance module for dynamic electrical materials in lab activities did not experience significant barriers, according to its use in a practical sense observer and student assessment.Key words: development, simple props, practicality guidance module, dynamic power
