Abstract

This study examines how spiritual leadership curbs fraud in Indonesian financial service companies through the mediating role of organizational culture and the moderating role of employee motivation. Using a quantitative design, data were collected from 220 employees across banking and non-banking institutions through a five-point Likert survey. The hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Results show that spiritual leadership exerts a significant direct and indirect effect on fraud prevention via organizational culture. While employee motivation does not moderate the link between spiritual leadership and fraud prevention, it strengthens the relationship between organizational culture and fraud prevention. The findings underscore the importance of embedding spiritual leadership and cultivating an ethical organizational culture to reinforce integrity systems, with employee motivation acting as a vital reinforcing factor.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work conflict, job training, transformational leadership, and organizational communication on employee performance, with digital escapism as a mediating variable and job stress as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach with data collected from 150 employees on Indonesian Banks. The analysis was performed using the SmartPLS method. The findings show that work conflict negatively affects employee performance, while job training, transformational leadership, and organizational communication have positive effects. Work conflict, leadership, and communication significantly influence digital escapism, though escapism itself does not affect performance or mediate any relationships. Job stress has a direct positive impact on performance but does not moderate the escapism, performance relationship. These results highlight the crucial role of organizational and leadership factors in improving employee performance within the context of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study examines the idea of the ideal workplace through the relationship between workplace spirituality and work engagement, highlighting its academic contribution by demonstrating how affective mechanisms strengthen the engagement process. The study also clarifies the mediating role of job satisfaction. Using a correlational design with data from employees of zakat institutions (n = 124), the analysis employed partial least squares. Workplace spirituality showed a positive association with work engagement, and job satisfaction was positively linked to both constructs. Mediation results confirmed that job satisfaction significantly transmitted the influence of workplace spirituality on engagement. These findings deepen understanding of how internal meaning systems shape workforce vitality and can guide managers in designing environments that enhance satisfaction and sustain engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of financial literacy, knowledge awareness, price affordability, and trust in eco-labels on the intention to buy eco-friendly coffee in Indonesia. Using an explanatory quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and data from 300 respondents, the findings reveal that price affordability significantly affects green purchase intention, while financial literacy has no direct effect. Knowledge awareness enhances trust in eco-labels, which mediates the relationship between knowledge awareness and green purchase intention. Moreover, price affordability moderates the effect of knowledge awareness on green purchase intention. These results highlight the importance of balancing financial considerations and ecological awareness to promote sustainable coffee consumption.
