This study uses quantitative methodological analysis approach based on turnover rate calculation, labor gap identification, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) processed in Super Decision v. 2.10 software application. The determination of mining specialization profession is done by qualitative methodological analysis approach. As a result, PTFI's permanent employee turnover rate tends to increase in 2020 reaching 2,4%, and the mining specialization profession can be applied to as many as 24 job codes based on the Indonesian Standard Position Classification. Geoengineering division has a primary need in implementing the mining specialization function with the dominance of permanent workers who leave reaching 67,9% and have an educational background of S1 for geology, hydrology and geotech engineer professions. The final result of this study shows in the opinion of three selected experts that the main priority of the strategy for implementing the mining specialization function in the DCP at PTFI is determining qualifications, followed by strategies in the form of career planning, training, education, and candidate selection, with also providing remuneration for mining specialization workers. Abstract

The study's goal is to explore the relationship between investor sentiment, stock return, and volatility in Indonesian markets, with a focus on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research looked at the Indonesia Stock Exchange's (IDX) monthly statistics on stock trading volume from January 2015 to January 2021 to infer the attitudes of both institutional and retail investors. The analysis also uses a variety of well-known and accepted factors from the literature on asset pricing, such as the Covid-19 index, a reliable indicator of Indonesia's underlying market conditions. Error Correction Model was used to analyze a regression between investor sentiment and fundamentals in the Indonesian stock market in order to determine the impact of macroeconomic and Covid-19 risk variables on sentiment (ECM). Next, it looked at how unexpected shifts in Indonesian investor sentiment affected stock returns and IDX volatility with the help of Impulse response functions (IRFs) derived from a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) model. Individual and institutional investors' stock market returns and IDX volatility were found to be affected more by rational than by irrational attitudes, according to the empirical findings. Keywords: investor sentiment, IDX, stock returns, volatility, VECM

Abstract

The pace of digital transformation is growing very rapidly in the midst of the current Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in many organizations turning to digital use to be able to compete with other organizations. To be able to keep up with the pace of development, organizations need to transform into agile organizations. One of the things that can be done is to increase organizational agility. To improve an agile organization, employees need to have knowledge that can support it. Knowledge sharing was selected as a variable capable of transforming the organization into an agile organization. In addition, organizational culture has an important role to help and encourage knowledge sharing to create an agile organization. This research is important to do because not many researchers have studied this variable simultaneously so it is hoped that the results of the researchers can be applied in public organizations in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using regression testing with organizational culture as a moderating variable using SPSS and data collection techniques by distributing online questionnaires to 259 participants in non-departmental government agencies. The results show that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on organizational agility, then the value of the influence increases when organizational culture is added. Keywords: digital transformation, organizational agility, knowledge sharing, organizational culture, non-departmental government agencies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interest of undergraduate students in the Synergy Program of the Graduate School of IPB (SPs IPB) based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study uses a sampling technique with a non-probability sampling method involving 389 active undergraduate student respondents with several parameters distributed through an online questionnaire. The data was then processed by analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Square Least (SEM-PLS) using Smart PLS version 3 with reflective indicator measurements. The results of the research based on the TPB theory showed that all the variables in the TPB, namely the attitude variable, subjective norm and perception of control had a significant effect on increasing respondents' interest in participating in the SPs IPB synergy program. Furthermore, the results of the SEM-PLS analysis show that of the three TPB variables, the subjective norm variable has the highest influence on student interest compared to other variables. The subjective norm variable in this study was formed from several external factors, namely the dimensions of parents, dimensions of lecturers and dimensions of students. Thus, SPs IPB can increase the input of the synergy program participants by optimizing the three TPB variables, especially from the subjective norm variable through the role of parents in the form of providing information, fellow students in the form of delivering word of mouth information and lecturers in the form of providing recommendations.
