Abstract

AbstractStudy this study and analyze in a way comprehensive role culture organization military and management knowledge in organization military nor police. Study this use method systematic literature review (SLR), study this serve understanding deep about how culture organization in environment military and police influence and interact with practice management knowledge. Research result show that culture organization military and police, characterized by discipline high, loyalty strong, working the same team, leadership firm, and loyal against the country, plays role crucial in effectiveness and efficiency management knowledge. This is reflected in behavior work innovative, making decisions, improvement productivity, as well subtraction error in operation military and enforcement law. However, challenges like lack of openness in share knowledge and potential restrictions creativity and innovation because strict discipline and authority are also identified. Study this offer recommendation to develop management strategies more knowledge comprehensive and effective, in line with culture organization military and police. Study this give contribution important in understand how culture organization military and police can optimized to increase management knowledge, support innovation, and facing challenge complex operations.

Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population globally, Indonesia is one of the world's most important halal tourism markets. Domestic tourism actors must realize this because developing sustainable halal tourism can significantly increase all actors engaged in it. Therefore, this study aims to describe product development strategies and the implementation of halal tourism activities in Indonesia so that Indonesia can become the world's leading halal tourism destination. This study uses a descriptive method to depict the object under study. The study results indicate that Indonesia is a potential and significant tourism market, so a product development strategy and activities for halal tourist attractions are needed so Muslim tourists can better know Indonesia. The strategy has emphasized the development of halal tourism marketing and promotion strategies. Marketing strategy can be done by determining the identity of tourist attractions, identifying the target market, in this case, Muslim tourists, setting prices, and making the differentiation. Meanwhile, the promotion strategy for halal tourism can be done through direct and indirect marketing.

Abstract

Understanding the influence of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is essential for optimizing employee engagement and performance, particularly in the healthcare sector. This literature review investigates the relationship between organizational culture, OCB, and employee engagement, with a focus on medical personnel and nurses in hospital settings. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this study underscores the pivotal role of organizational culture in shaping OCB and highlights the mediating effect of employee engagement. Findings reveal that organizational culture significantly impacts OCB, with employee engagement serving as a crucial intermediary mechanism. The synthesis of previous research suggests that fostering a positive organizational culture is imperative for promoting OCB and enhancing employee engagement, ultimately benefiting both healthcare professionals and organizational outcomes. This review underscores the importance of strategic interventions aimed at leveraging organizational culture to optimize employee behaviors and organizational effectiveness in healthcare settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumers' perceived culture and e-service quality on Netflix subscribers in Indonesia as a sustainable digital business. This research is quantitative descriptive research involving the object is Netflix. The population of this study is active Netflix users who have made at least 2 purchases/subscriptions. It is known that the number of Netflix subscribers in West Java is 850,000 users. However, it is not defined by the population framework. Thus, the purposive sampling method - non-probability as many as 100 people. The constant value (a) is 12,509, while the value of e-service quality (b / regression coefficient) is 0.321. So the constant 12,509 implies that the consistent value of the e-service quality variable is equal to 12,509. Meanwhile, the servicescape regression coefficient of 0.321 means that for every 1% addition to the value of customer-perceived culture, the value of e-service quality will increase by 0.321. The regression coefficient is considered positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of customer-perceived culture on e-service quality is also positive. So it can be concluded that the significance value is 0.000 0.05. Thus, customer-perceived culture affects e-service quality. From table 4.6, it can also be seen that the T-value is 3.227 T-table is 2.618. So, the variables affecting customer-perceived culture affect e-service quality. For further research, it is recommended to examine whether the impact on loyalty/enjoyment in using services from the cultural base is.

This article explores the link between green and socially responsible behaviour and its impact on moral identity. It suggests that Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Social Responsibility positively influence moral identity formation within the workplace, primarily through internalization and symbolization processes and by encouraging moral voices from coworkers. The findings highlight the significance of fostering supportive workplace environments to cultivate morally solid identities. The discussion emphasizes how green and socially responsible behaviour can reinforce moral values in work contexts, offering insights for practitioners and researchers. The study also suggests further exploring how moral identities shaped by other norms may influence green and socially responsible behaviour. Overall, the research sheds light on the complex interplay between green behaviour, social responsibility, and moral identity, emphasizing the role of organizational environments in shaping moral behaviour.

Digital technology has revolutionized the tourism sector, leading to the emergence of digital-native tourists who prefer tech-savvy experiences. Smart tourism initiatives leverage information and communication technologies to offer personalized and interactive experiences, aligning with the preferences of digital natives. This study employs a literature review approach to explore the influence of smart tourism on the travel behavior of digital native tourists. Findings reveal a significant research gap in understanding how smart tourism initiatives specifically resonate with digital native behaviors. Digital natives, characterized by their digital fluency, exhibit distinct preferences influenced by their immersion in technology. Smart tourism technologies are crucial in predicting digital natives' destination choices and visit intentions. Understanding this dynamic is crucial for the tourism industry to meet the evolving needs of digital native tourists. Abstract

The current phenomenon is that digitalization for some MSMEs provides benefits and benefits, but for several other MSMEs, especially with all their limitations, digitalization seems to bring serious challenges due to various factors. Therefore, various parties are trying to carry out activities to boost the capabilities of MSMEs in terms of digital financial literacy and digital payment skills, and financial reporting applications in order to improve their financial performance. The research method used a mixed method (mixed method) sequential explanatory on 40 MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research results show that the financial performance of Tasikmalaya City MSMEs has an average Current Ratio of 3.9, Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.54 and Net Profit Margin of 1.38. In terms of financial digital literacy it is good, and for the use of digital payments it is good because on average MSMEs use more than one type of digital payment, and for financial reporting applications it was found that MSMEs on average use premium applications compared to free ones because the features are more complete and also the use of more than two financial reporting applications because each application has its own advantages and disadvantages. In addition, quantitatively shows that simultaneously digital financial literacy, digital payments and the application of financial reports have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs and partially financial digital literacy and digital payments have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs, while the application of financial reports has no influence. significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of social media platforms for promoting various tourist attractions, including natural, man-made, and cultural tourism sites. By employing a descriptive research approach with a quantitative method, the study utilizes conjoint analysis with 100 respondents to gather insights. The findings reveal distinct tourist preferences regarding social media platforms for different attractions. Specifically, Instagram emerges as the most effective platform for promoting natural tourism, while Twitter shows less success. Conversely, YouTube is preferred for promoting cultural tourism, while Twitter is less effective. Twitter is perceived as relatively successful for man-made tourism, although not as effective as YouTube. These results highlight the importance of tailoring social media strategies based on the characteristics of each tourist attraction type rather than solely relying on platform popularity.

Abstract

This article discusses ‘Horenso’ communication and ‘Kaizen’ work culture in knowledge management in companies and industry. These three variables are thought to be able to encourage a culture of learning and innovation, by utilizing ‘Horenso’ communication and ‘Kaizen’ work culture, so that companies can improve performance and operational efficiency from managed knowledge management. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review method, with data sources based on the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The results of this research found that the integration of ‘Horenso’ communication, ‘Kaizen’ work culture, and knowledge management significantly increased effectiveness and efficiency in the Company's performance. ‘Horenso’ communication ensures the efficient flow of information, ‘Kaizen’ drives continuous improvement, and knowledge management facilitates the effective use of knowledge. The combination of the three creates a work environment that values learning and innovation, and requires strong leadership and employee engagement to succeed. This helps companies become more resilient and responsive to dynamic changes.
