Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menggagas dukungan kepada produk teaching factory melalui pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital bagi Guru Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKKWU) dan Unit Produksi (UP) di SMKN 2 Kalianda. Program pelatihan berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) dan mendorong pertisipasi pengetahuan (knowledge participation) yang melibatkan guru dan pengurus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam memahami, mengelola, dan mempromosikan Teaching Factory (Tefa).  Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui perencanaan dan persiapan (knowledge sharing) dan pelaksanaan pelatihan (knowledge participation). Empat sesi pelatihannya adalah: Pengenalan Tefa; pengembangan dan rencana strategi; implementasi dan pelaksanaan; serta evaluasi dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil angket kegiatan PKM terhadap dua puluh tiga guru PKKWU dan pengurus unit produksi menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilam dan analisis strategi pemasaran digital meningkat. Peningkatan setelah pelatihan adalah terhadap : pemahaman teaching factory meningkat 32% ; strategi pemasaran digital meningkat 31% ; keterampilan media sosial untuk bisnis meningkat 40% ; kepercayaan diri untuk kampanye pemasaran meningkat 38% ; dan penilaian tentang pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam konteks Tefa meningkat sebesar 24%

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemui pada penelitian ini yaitu belum adanya rekomendasi pupuk dan masih terjadinya kekeliruan kepada para petani dalam memilih atau menentukan pupuk terbaik pada tanaman singkong. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan pupuk pada tanaman singkong merupakan solusi teknologi yang dapat membantu para petani dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih pupuk yang paling sesuai untuk tanaman singkong menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pupuk Anorganik (A2) memiliki prioritas tertinggi sebesar 0.509 atau 50.90%, diikuti oleh Pupuk Organik (A1) dengan nilai 0.262 atau 26.20%, dan yang terakhir Pupuk Hayati (A3) dengan nilai terendah yaitu 0.230 atau 22.99%. Sehingga hasil ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi petani untuk memilih pupuk yang optimal guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan keinginan pertanian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Analytical Hierarchy Process efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks dengan sistematis dalam mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria.

Abstract

Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is a systematic process carried out by companies to measure and monitor supplier performance in supplying the necessary raw materials. Through continuous evaluation, companies can improve the effectiveness of supplier management strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is the main instrument in maintaining supply chain integrity and ensuring the sustainability of company operations. This process involves assessing various aspects, including the quality of raw materials, timeliness of delivery, compliance with ethical and environmental standards, and efficiency in logistics processes. The problem that occurs in performance evaluation is that there is no application of a decision support system model that can evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers, the process so far carried out in evaluating the performance of raw material suppliers only assesses the criteria in the assessment of supplier performance evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers by applying the Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA) method and Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA). The final value of supplier performance evaluation is the overall result of the appraisal process carried out by a company on its suppliers. In this process, various aspects of supplier performance are evaluated using predetermined methods, the PIPRECIA method for weighting criteria and MAIRCA for supplier performance evaluation calculations. The results of the evaluation of the performance of raw material suppliers show the results for the best 1 with a final value of 0.352 obtained by Tanjung Raja suppliers, the best 2 with a final value of 0.333 obtained by CV Tri Sakti suppliers, the best 3 with a final value of 0.315 obtained by Abadi Makmur suppliers.

Abstract

The rapid development and advancement of technology, the application of the Smart Asset Spatial and Network Infrastructure application system is the main strategy in increasing the use of technology in various institutions such as companies and educational institutions. The application of this system aims to provide convenience and efficiency in managing records related to the assets of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. This research involves the process of Problem Identification, Literature Study, and Application of the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. Where the process of designing the UI / UX application of Smart Asset Layout and Network Infrastructure of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia using the HCD method because of the approach that incorporates the needs, goals, and aspirations of users into the design process to create solutions that are more relevant, effective, and satisfying for users. UI/UX Design of Smart Spatial and Infrastructure Asset Applications Using the HCD Method with the aim of designing application designs and prototypes as a determination of the design process that has been made and through the prototype stage the author can find out feedback information from users (students) of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The Human Centered Design (HCD) method has three stages, namely inspiration, ideation, and implementation. By doing this application design, it will provide convenience to students and campus staff in carrying out the existing spatial management system at Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The conclusion of the results of this study using the HCD method obtained the number of respondents as many as 33, then had a respondent result of 78.1% of the Class of 2020, namely where this application is effective and needed by students in facilitating the Spatial system and Network Infrastructure of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia.

Abstract

Sam Cell is a counter business where sales are still done manually without the help of technology. Sam Cell's sales only cover the area around the counter and are not yet widespread in all regions, so income is still relatively small compared to other counter businesses. Sam Cell also doesn't have a good promotional system to increase sales. So this research has sales innovation through application design. Therefore, to achieve this goal, the user centered design method was chosen in designing the Mykonter application which focuses on user convenience (usability) and satisfaction (satisfaction) with the application design. The user centered design method consists of 4 iterative stages which can be used to strengthen innovation, solve a problem and help understand user needs so as to provide the right solution. The results obtained from user validation when using the Prototype are the conclusion that the application design has met the benchmark criteria, by obtaining a user satisfaction level of 53.5 points, where these points have met the criteria rules for measuring the System Usability Scale so that this application design can be developed by the development team to serve as a basis for building a Mykonter application design.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of instructional media that can help teachers and students in the learning process, as well as parents in accompanying students to study at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The development method used is Research and Development with 4D designs, and media design using comic life. To test the validity of the media being developed, validation is carried out regarding the material and design as well as technical quality testing. This research succeeded in developing comic learning media based on the scientific approach for grade IV students on rectangular circumference material. The percentage of validation tests for material experts and media experts was 81.667% and 83.571%, and the results of technical quality tests were 86.428%. This shows that the media developed is suitable for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan keamanan jaringan dan antisipasi kejahatan siber kepada siswa SMK N 1 Padang Cermin jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Ketrampilan menggunakan teknologi merupakan salah satu luaran wajib bagi siswa SMK, untuk dapat menguasai teknologi dalam mengantisipasi keamanan jaringan dan kejahatan siber tidak cukup hanya di dapat dari pelajaran di dalam kelas, oleh karena itu perlu diberikan kegiatan penunjang lain seperti pelatihan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman siswa dalam pengenalan keamanan jaringan dan kejahatan siber. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan pelatihan secara tatap muka kepada siswa jurusan teknik komputer dan jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang diberikan kepada siswa dan hasil kerja siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil kuisioner tentang pemahaman siswa terkait keamanan jaringan dan antisipasi kejahatan siber.

Abstract

Pemilihan lokasi perumahan merupakan salah satu proses pengambilan keputusan yang cukup kompleks karena calon pembeli sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan perumahan terbaik berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan, seperti akses lokasi, sarana dan prasarana, kondisi lingkungan, harga, dan kondisi jalan. Perbedaan tingkat kepentingan setiap kriteria serta adanya penilaian yang bersifat subjektif menyebabkan proses pemilihan menjadi kurang efektif apabila dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) menggunakan metode TOPSIS dalam memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan lokasi perumahan terbaik. Metode TOPSIS menggunakan matriks keputusan yang menggambarkan hubungan antara kriteria dan alternatif, di mana matriks tersebut berisi nilai-nilai kriteria yang menunjukkan kinerja relatif setiap alternatif terhadap masing-masing kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil perangkingan, alternatif yang memperoleh peringkat pertama adalah Arum Lestari dengan nilai sebesar 0,561737951, peringkat kedua adalah Springhill dan Amaya Residence dengan nilai sebesar 0,522774425, peringkat ketiga adalah Citra Garden dengan nilai sebesar 0,5, dan peringkat keempat adalah Bumi Asri Residence dengan nilai sebesar 0,477225576.

Abstract

BP3TKI Lampung has a problem in the section regarding the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) activity, namely the data processing of the survey results must be calculated manually so it takes a long time. It is expected from this research how to build a web-based community satisfaction survey system, where this system can directly calculate and display the final results of the survey in the form of graphs. In this study, data collection methods were used in the form of interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation at the BP3TKI Lampung office. . The system design is carried out using a modeling language using UML. While the programming used is PHP using the MySQL database. And for the system development method in the form of Extreme Programming. There are four stages in extreme programming, namely planning (planning), design (design), coding (coding), and testing (testing). The final result of this design produces a web-based community satisfaction survey system for BP3TKI Lampung which is expected to make it easier for agencies to conduct surveys and calculate survey results more easily and quickly.Keyword: System, Survey, Satisfaction, Society.
