Abstract

Abstrak Kelompok Pengolah dan Pemasar (POKLAHSAR) Bali Ulak Karang dan Pantai Gurun yang berada di Kota Padang masih termasuk dalam skala kecil dan menengah. POKLAHSAR ini menggunakan tenaga kerja lepas yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Kelompok ini memasok ikan segar sekitar 20 kilogram dan mengolah sekitar 10 kilogram ikan setiap hari. Saat ini, kedua POKLAHSAR menghadapi beberapa permasalahan: (1) Hasil pengolahan produksi ikan yang kurang menarik, (2) Daerah pemasaran hasil produksi hanya untuk pasar lokal Kota Padang dan sekitarnya, dan (3) Mitra belum memiliki legalitas izin BPOM. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tim pengabdian melakukan beberapa kegiatan: (1) Memberikan pendampingan kepada mitra dalam membuat berbagai produk olahan ikan, (2) Membantu dalam desain merek, logo dan kemasan sehingga produk menjadi lebih menarik dan berkualitas, (3) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra dalam pengurusan izin BPOM, (4) Memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan media promosi online untuk produk yang dihasilkan oleh kedua mitra. Kata kunci: pemasaran; pengolahan ikan; BPOM. Abstract Bali Ulak Karang and Pantai Gurun Processing and Marketing Groups (POKLAHSAR) located in Padang City are small or medium scale. These POKLAHSARs use daily labor, most of whom are housewives. This group supply around 20 kilograms of fresh fish and process around 10 kilograms of fish every day. Currently, both POKLAHSARs are facing several problems: (1) Results of fish processing are less attractive, (2) Marketing for the production results is only for local market, and (3) Partners do not yet have BPOM permit. To overcome these problems, the team carried out several activities: (1) Providing assistance in making various products from processed fish, (2) Assisting in designing brands, logos, and packaging so that products become more attractive and of higher quality, (3) Providing training and assistance to partners in managing BPOM permits, (4) Providing training and assistance in making online promotional media for products produced by the two partners. Keywords: marketing; food processing; BPOM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parental support terhadap career adaptability dengan career decision self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada Generasi Z di Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung, signifikan, dan positif antara parental support terhadap career adaptability dan career decision self-efficacy. Selain itu, career decision self-efficacy juga berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap career adaptability. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari parental support terhadap career adaptability melalui career decision self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, dukungan orang tua yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri Gen Z dalam mengambil keputusan karir, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee mindfulness on work engagement with self-efficacy as a mediating variable in Bank Nagari Padang employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected from 159 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of the study indicate that employee mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, employee mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and self-efficacy is able to mediate the effect of employee mindfulness on work engagement. This study is supported by Job Demands-Resources Theory which explains that personal resources owned by individuals, such as employee mindfulness and self-efficacy, can increase work motivation and employee engagement in work. In addition, Conservation of Resources Theory explains that individuals who have good psychological resources tend to be able to develop other resources, resulting in more positive work conditions. In this study, employee mindfulness helps increase employee self-efficacy, which ultimately encourages increased work engagement among Bank Nagari Padang employees.
