Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the impact of work-family conflict on burnout at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat, using job stress as a moderating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach. Employees of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat comprised the study's population. While the sample size was 155 workers. Data collection is accomplished by the distribution of questionnaires, and data processing is accomplished through the use of a smart PLS. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout, work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout, work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout, and work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout with work stress as a mediating variable, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Business Unit Ophir West Pasaman. This research is a causative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Business Unit Ophir West Pasaman using primary data. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis on SPSS 23 program assistance. The results show that: (1) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of harmony and growth need strength towards employee involvement. Employee involvement plays an important role in maintaining employee long-term relationship with the organization. In this research harmony a dimension of trust which has direct and indirect influence on the organization. The direct influence of trust can be seen in attitudes, cooperation, behavior and performance at work. Meanwhile, although the relationship of growth need strength with employee involvement is well recognized, the reciprocal relationship between these constructs has never been tested in depth. This research uses a survey method to collect data through questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 62 respondents who came from different occupational backgrounds. Harmony and growth need strength directly influences employee involvement. It is interesting to observe when individuals with high growth needs strength and high harmony develop relationships based on social exchange theory. The results of this research found a direct influence between harmony and the growth need strength with employee involvement.

Abstract

Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Dengan Keadilan Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kausal komperatif.  Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel yang diaplikasikan pada seluruh anggota populasi. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 2) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 3) Iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 4) Keadilan organisasional memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze : (1) the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee engagement (2) the effect of intrinsic motivation on self-efficacy (3) the effect of self-efficacy on employee engagement (4) the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee engagement through self-efficacy. This study uses a causal research design. This study used a population of 42 civil servants from the Department of Manpwer and Industry of Padang City. This study uses total sampling, which means that the total sample was the same as the total population of 42 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses data analysis techniques using SPSS 25 software. The results of data processing show that : (1) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at the Department of Manpwer and Industry of Padang City (2) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy at the Department of Manpwer and Industry of Padang City (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at the Department of Manpower and Industry of Padang (4) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement through self-efficacy at the Department of Manpwer and Industry of Padang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office employees. (2) The effect of transformational leadership on trust in the leaders of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office. (3) The influence of trust in leaders on the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands prosecutor's office employees. (4) Transformational leadership mediates trust in the leader towards the affective commitment of the Mentawai Islands Prosecutor's Office employees. The population in this study were all civil servants (PNS) at the Mentawai Islands Prosecutor's Office, totaling 30 Everyone. Sampling technique is performed using total sample where the number of samples is the same as the population totalling 30 people. Data collection by questionnaire with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the emotional commitment of the Mentawai Islands State Attorney's Office. (2) Some transformational leadership is positive and important effect on trust for the head of the Mentawai Islands State Attorney's Office. This study plans to break down the impact of hardiness on burnout at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in West Pasaman with work stress as an interceding variable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, 2) pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kepemimpinan universal Minangkabau (KMU) terhadap kinerja pada usaha generasi millennial (studi pada usaha coffee shop kota Padang. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Padang dengan populasi seluruh usaha coffee shop di kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan kriteria sampel a) Pemilik dan karyawan Coffee shop merupakan generasi Millenial dengan tahun kelahiran antara tahun 1981–1996, b) Umur perusahaan berkisar tidak lebih dari 10 tahun dan c) Memiliki karyawan > 2 orang. Dari perusahaan tersebut dipilih 1 orang karyawan sebagai sampel yang akan mengisi kuisioner. sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 230 usaha coffee shop di kota Padang. sumber data berasal dari data primer yaitu kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis 1) uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, 2) analisis deskriptif, 3) analisis regresi berganda dan 4) uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil bahwa semua data penelitian telah memenuhi uji validitas dan uji reliabiltas sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan dengan 1) budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, 2) perilaku inovatif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikasn terhadap kinerja usaha dan 3) KMU memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha generasi millennial (studi pada usaha coffee shop di kota Padang. Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan lahirnya teknologi digital dan internet, pengguaan teknologi digital merambah ke keseluruhan aspek kehidupan termasuk pada bidang pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk dapat memahami dan menggunakan teknologi, terlebih lagi siswa saat ini merupakan generasi Z yang sejak kecil telah mengenal teknologi dan tidak dapat terpisahkan dari teknologi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajara salah satunya pada media pembelajaran, sehingga kemampuan guru dalam mengambangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital learning harus terus ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu guru membutuhkan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis digita. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan dan mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis digital akan meningkat sehingga media pembelajaran lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap burnout karyawan pada perusahaan tekstil manufaktur di Sumatera Barat melalui work life balance sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan manufaktur tekstil di Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 182 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dengan menggunakan PLS3 smart. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan perusahaan tekstil manufaktur di Sumatera Barat. (2) Kecerdasan emosional positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance pada perusahaan manufaktur tekstil di Sumatera Barat. (3) Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja negatif dan signifikan pada karyawan yang mengalami burnout pada perusahaan manufaktur tekstil di Sumatera Barat. (4) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan perusahaan tekstil manufaktur di Sumatera Barat dengan work life balance sebagai variabel mediasi.
