Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior (2) the effect of psychological empowerment on job crafting (3) the effect of job crafting on organizational citizenship behavior (4) the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior through job crafting. This research is quantitative research and is a causal research. The population of this study were all employees of PT Bank Nagari Head Office, namely 262 people. The total sample used was 158 people who were taken using cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used with PLS (Partial Least Square) which is a structural equation model (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT Bank Nagari Head Office (2) psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job crafting in employees of PT Bank Nagari Head Office (3) job crafting has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT Bank Nagari Head Office (4) psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job crafting in employees of PT Bank Nagari Head Office. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (2) pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap job crafting (3) pengaruh job crafting terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (4) pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui job crafting. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat yaitu sebanyak 262 orang. Total sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 158 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan PLS (Partial Least Square) yang merupakan teknik analisis model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (2) psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job crafting pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (3) job crafting bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat (4) psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui job crafting pada karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Kantor Pusat.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on employability. This research is causal research with cross-sectional data. The respondents used were 95 final-year students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang who were chosen using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software.  The results of data processing in this research indicate that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employability (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (3) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability (4) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability through achievement motivation.

Abstract

Work-life balance is an individual's ability to manage time, energy, and attention between work and personal life proportionally. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on psychological well-being in Gen Z employees at startup companies in Padang City, as well as to examine the moderating role of satisfaction with coworkers in the relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The sample consisted of 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a Google Forms-based questionnaire and analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on psychological well-being. This means that the better the balance of life felt by employees, the higher their level of psychological well-being. In addition, satisfaction with coworkers has been shown to positively moderate the relationship. Employees who have good relationships with coworkers feel greater benefits of work-life balance on their psychological well-being. This study is supported by the Affective Events Theory (AET), which explains that events in the work environment, such as social interactions and emotional experiences, can shape psychological responses and affect individual well-being. These findings contribute to human resource management in creating work strategies that support life balance and strengthen relationships between employees, especially in startup work environments.

Abstract

The Relationship between Three Constructs of Employee Attitudes towards Organizational Change. This research examines three constructs that represent employee attitudes towards organizational change; commitment to change, readiness for change, and openness to change. This research analyzed the influence of readiness for change and openness to change on employee commitment to change in public sector organization in West Sumatra. It would help the public organization to understand their employee attitudes during change. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents are 100 employees in public sector organization in West Sumatra Province. Data was collected using questionnaire. The result shows both independent variables; openness to change and readiness to change have positive and significant effect on commitment to change. Employee commitment to changes in this research is influenced by the readiness for change and openness to change. These results show that employees in public organization in West Sumatra Province felt that if they would benefit from change, then they would do what was needed to make the change successful. Abstract

This research for influence transformational leadership on Innovative Work Behavior with Psychological Empowerment as a moderating. The research uses the Social Exchange Theory to explore these relationshi[. The object of this research is HV Tang Aia tourist attraction. This research have 45 responden. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. This research used primary data from questionnaires via google form, with measurements 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that transformational leadership has positive and signifikan affects innovative work behavior. Psychological empowerment can moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior in employees.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas UMKM mengenai prinsip-prinsip circular economy, mengurangi limbah, memproduksi limbah menjadi produk baru dan menciptakan peluang bisnis baru. Data Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kabupaten Agam menghasilkan sampah 58.559 ton per tahun dimana baru 24,81% dapat dikelola. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah sampah yang dapat dikelola oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Agam dan Masyarakat melalui UMKM sebagai salah satu sektor yang memproduksi sampah, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan mengenai pengelolaan sampah guna tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDG’s goal) pada tujuan konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab dalam bentuk pengenalan konsep circular economy kepada pelaku UMKM. Permasalahan utama dalam kegiatan circular economy ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman UMKM mengenai konsep ekonomi sirkular dan pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan, serta terbatasnya pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah sebagai bahan baku produk olahan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui edukasi, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah dengan target capaian: (1) peningkatan pemahaman minimal 50% pada 80% peserta melalui pre-test dan post-test; (2) penerapan konsep circular economy oleh 30% peserta dalam tiga bulan setelah pelatihan; dan (3) terciptanya minimal lima produk olahan sampah oleh UMKM. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberdayakan UMKM agar lebih berkelanjutan, inovatif, dan ramah lingkungan, serta menjadi agen perubahan dalam mewujudkan ekonomi sirkular di tingkat lokal maupun nasional

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of work conflict on job satisfaction with positive emotion as a mediating variable among employees of PT. Bakri Karya Sarana (BKS). Work conflict, which often poses a challenge in the workplace, can impact employees' emotions, both positive and negative. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive method to assess the relationship between work conflict, positive emotion, and job satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents from the total population of employees at PT. BKS. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that work conflict has a significant impact on job satisfaction, both directly and through the mediation of positive emotions. Well-managed conflicts can trigger positive emotions, such as optimism and satisfaction, which ultimately enhance employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, unmanaged conflict has the potential to decrease job satisfaction and productivity. Positive emotions have been proven to play a key role in reducing the negative impact of work conflicts and strengthening the positive relationship between work conflicts and job satisfaction. These findings provide practical implications for companies to enhance employee well-being by creating a supportive work environment and reinforcing positive emotions. Keyword: work conflict; job satisfaction; positive emotion; Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan positive emotion sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Bakri Karya Sarana (BKS). Konflik kerja, yang sering kali menjadi tantangan di tempat kerja, dapat berdampak pada emosi karyawan, baik positif maupun negatif. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kausal untuk menilai hubungan antara konflik kerja, positive emotion, dan kepuasan kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 69 responden dari total populasi karyawan PT. BKS. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi positive emotion. Konflik yang dikelola dengan baik dapat memicu emosi positif, seperti optimisme dan rasa puas, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, konflik yang tidak terkelola berpotensi menurunkan kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas. Positive emotion terbukti memainkan peran kunci dalam mengurangi dampak negatif konflik kerja serta memperkuat hubungan positif antara konflik kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan memperkuat emosi positif. Kata kunci: konflik kerja; kepuasan kerja; positive emotion;

Abstract

Abstrak Nagari Talang Babungo adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti, Kabupaten Solok, Sumatera Barat. Nagari Talang Babungo merupakan  nagari yang memiliki bentang alam pertanian dan hutan yang memilki potensi wisata nagari. Selain potensi wisata, Nagari Talang Babungo memiliki produksi kain ecoprint yang merupakan manifestasi dari keindahan Nagari Talang Babungo ke kanvas dalam bentuk kain. Pengembangan Batik Ecoprint merupakan program pengembangan nagari yang di paparkan pada RPJM Nagari Talang Babungo tahun 2021-2026 sebagai potensi nagari yang dikelola melalui Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag)Talang Sarumpun dengan menawarkan konsep berbasis pada isu lingkungan dan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, masih banyak permasalah yang ditemui, seperti permasalahan pada proses produksi, pemasaran produk, dan manajemen keuangan. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan Pelatihan Inovasi Desain Kain Ecoprint Talang Sarumpun. Hal ini dikarenakan motif batik dari bahan baku yang berasal dari alam bisa menjadi kelemahan karena membuat kain ecoprint tidak bisa diproduksi seragam. Namun kegiatan pengabdian ini ingin menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai kekuatan dengan tujuan menjadikan batik ecoprint menjadi unik dan memiliki ciri khas. Ciri khas tersebut sebagai pembeda kain ecoprint Talang Sarumpun dengan ecoprint produksi UMKM lainnya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menghasilkan desain khas yang kemudian menjadi logo yang bisa di aplikasikan pada setiap produk kain ecoprint Talang Babungo. Kata kunci: desain; BUMNag; ecoprint. Abstract Nagari Talang Babungo is a village located in Hiliran Gumanti District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. Nagari Talang Babungo is a village that has agricultural and forest landscapes which have tourism potential. Apart from tourism potential, Nagari Talang Babungo has eco-print production which is a manifestation of the beauty of Nagari Talang Babungo on canvas in the form of fabric. The development of Ecoprint Fabric is a village development program outlined in the 2021-2026 Nagari Talang Babungo as a village potential which is implemented through the development of BUMNag Talang Sarumpun by offering concepts based on sustainable environmental and economic issues. However, there are still many problems encountered related to production, marketing, and financial management. In this community service activity, Talang Sarumpun Ecoprint Fabric Design Innovation Training was carried out. Batik from raw materials that come from nature can be a weakness because it means that eco-print fabric cannot be produced uniformly, but this can be a strength by highlighting that this is what makes eco-print fabric unique and has distinctive characteristics. This characteristic differentiates Talang Sarumpun eco-print fabric from other ecoprints produced by SMEs. Apart from that, this community service activity also produces a distinctive design which then becomes a logo that can be applied to every Talang Babungo eco-print fabric product. Keywords: design; BUMNag; ecoprint.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK terdiri dari 16 jam pelajaran. Jumlah jam pelajaran yang banyak ini seharusnya diikuti dengan hasil yang baik. Pemberian jam pelajaran yang maksimal diharapkan dapat membantu tujuan dari Dkirektur Jenderal Vokasi untuk menjadikan SMK sebagai sarana pencetak wirausahawan muda yang mandiri dan berkontribusi terhadap negeri. Akan tetapi, pelaksanaan di lapangan masih belum maksimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu Guru SMK yang mengajar kewirausahaan dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan sehingga dapat membantu siswa SMK mengoptimalkan potensinya sebagai calon wirausaha. Pada akhirnya, tingkat pengangguran terbuka yang berasal dari lulusan SMK akan berkurang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK di Bukittinggi. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah Guru yang mengajar mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan di Kota Bukittinggi.  Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam membuat modul dan mengajarkan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Setelah kegiatan ini, sebanyak 52,4% guru yang berpartisipasi telah memahami cara untuk menciptakan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan yang menarik. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan bagi guru mengenai model pembelajaran kewirausahaan, namun juga mengenai pengembangan bahan ajar, tapi lebih juga pada pemberian motivasi kepada siswa SMK Akuntansi. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan; Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; merdeka belajar. Abstract Entrepreneurship learning at vocational schools consists of 16 hours of lessons. This large number of study hours should be followed by good results. It is hoped that providing maximum lesson hours can help the Director General of Vocational Studies' goal of making vocational schools a means of producing young entrepreneurs who are independent and contribute to the country. However, implementation in the field is still not optimal. This community service aims to help vocational school teachers who teach entrepreneurship optimize entrepreneurship learning so that they can help vocational school students optimize their potential as prospective entrepreneurs. In the end, the level of open unemployment originating from vocational school graduates will decrease. This activity was carried out at Vocational High School in Bukittinggi. The target audience for this activity is teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects in Bukittinggi. The method used is the lecture and discussion method to increase teacher understanding. The result of this community service is an increase in teachers' abilities to create modules and teach entrepreneurship subjects. After this activity, 52.4% of participating teachers understood how to create interesting entrepreneurship learning. This activity not only provides knowledge for teachers regarding entrepreneurial learning models, but also regarding the development of teaching materials, but also motivates Accounting Vocational School students. Keywords: entrepreneurship; vocational school; freedom of learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Nagari (Desa) Garagahan adalah nagari tertua di Kecamatan Lubuk Basung. Nagari ini memiliki alam yang indah dan sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan potensi pariwisatanya. Selain wisata alam dan budaya, Nagari Garagahan terkenal memiliki UMKM Cincau Hijau, yang memasok 80% dari cincau hijau yang ada dipasaran Lubuk Basung. Namun demikian seluruh potensi tersebut belum ada upaya yang lebih masif untuk menggali dan mengelola, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya sumberdaya manusia serta sense of belonging masyarakat yang masih belum terbangun secara maksimal. Dari permasalahan diatas maka kegiatan pengabdian ini akan terinternalisasi kedalam Rencana Jangka Menengah (RPJM) Nagari, sehingga pengabdian ini memiliki urgensi untuk dilaksanakan. Untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra maka tim pengabdian Universitas Negeri Padang menyusun solusi sebagai berikut: (1) Pendampingan penentuan lokasi wisata berbasis budaya Nagari garagahan, (2) Melakukan pelatihan manajemen wisata kepada anggota pojok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis), (3) Melakukan Pelatihan Manajemen UMKM. Untuk mencapai hasil tersebut, tim pengabdian menggunakan tiga metode pendekatan, yaitu: survey lapangan, pendampingan, pelatihan, dan praktek langsung. Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah, (1) Pemetaan lokasi wisata di Nagari Garagahan, (2) Peningkatan keberdayaan Masyarakat Nagari Garagahan melalui Pariwista dan Pengembangan UMKM. Kata kunci: sustainable tourism; UMKM; manajemen. Abstract Nagari Garagahan is the oldest village in Lubuk Basung District. This village has beautiful nature and is very suitable for developing its tourism potential. In addition to natural and cultural tourism, Nagari Garagahan is famous for having an MSME that produces Green Grass Jelly, which supplies 80% of the green grass jelly available on the Lubuk Basung market. However, there has been no more massive effort to explore and manage all of this potential, due to the lack of human resources and the community's sense of belonging which has not been optimally built. From the problems above, this community service activity will be internalized into the Village Medium-Term Plan (RPJM), so that this activity has an urgency to be implemented. To overcome various problems faced by Nagari Garagahan, the community service team has prepared the following solutions: (1) Assistance in determining cultural-based tourism locations in Nagari Garagahan, (2) Conducting tourism management training for members of the Tourism Awareness Corner (Pokdarwis), (3) Conducting MSME Management Training. To achieve these results, the community service team used three approaches: field surveys, mentoring, training, and direct practice. The outputs are (1) Mapping of tourist locations in Nagari Garagahan, (2) Increasing the empowerment of the Nagari Garagahan community through tourism and UMKM development. Keywords: sustainable tourism;  MSME; management.
