Abstract

The study's results simultaneously show that the independent variable, namely Motivation, justifies the first hypothesis, which states that it has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at SDN Boneoge, Donggala Regency. This is evident from the results of the f test, obtaining a value of = 6.730 accepted with a significant level of 5% (0.00 ˂ 0.05) is proven. Work motivation positively affects teacher performance at SDN Boneoge, Donggala Regency. This is not established from the test results. T obtained ngs significant level of 2.303 5% (0.003 ˂ 0.05 ) and was accepted. This means the higher the teacher's work motivation, the more performance will increase. The work environment positively affects teacher performance at SDN Boneoge, Donggala Regency. This is not proven from the results of the t-test obtained value 3.030 at a significant level of 5% (0.005 ˂ 0.05), and accepted. This means the higher the teacher's work environment, the more performance will increase.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan pada PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun variabel fbeban kerja fmenunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, lebih lanjut, variabel kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain hubungan antara kepusan kerja tidak signifikan positif terhadapf kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of employee discipline supervision at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The sample for this research was 66 civil servants spread across every field in the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The results showed that supervision at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province had been running effectively because the average total score of the variable leadership and employee discipline questionnaire was 4.2. Therefore the reports collected detail all program activities that will be carried out, those that are realized, and the budget that is used on time so that employees at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province have implemented Government Regulation no. 53 of 2010 concerning employee discipline. This can also be seen in entering and leaving work, honesty, thoroughness, and employees being responsible for their work.

Abstract

Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan bagi generasi muda dan pengusaha kecil dan menengah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan sekaligus guna meningkatkan taraf hidup dan menambah pendapatan (income) keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini Kelurahan Talise Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang generasi muda dan pengusaha dari Karang Taruna Kelurahan se-Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu dengan berbagai latar belakang keluarga yang berbeda, serta tingkat sosial dan ekonomi yang beragam. Metode yang digunakan : metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan metode diskusi. Penyuluhan kewirausahaan ini berisi materi tentang dasar-dasar kewirausahaan sehingga diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih luas yang langsung dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dapat mengubah pola pikir generasi muda dalam berwirausaha. Harapan lebih jauh ke depan tentunya diperlukan tindak lanjut oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu dan semua pihak yang terkait. Dan perlu dilakukan kerjasama yang lebih erat dan terencana antara Perguruan Tinggi dengan Pemerintah Daerah untuk menggali potensi-potensi yang ada di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Tanaman kelor saat ini sudah banyak dibudidayakan dipekarang-pekarang rumah masyarakat Desa Baliara Kecamatan Parigi Barat, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, potensi tanaman kelor tersebut kemudian dikembangkan oleh kelompok ibu-ibu kece menjadi produk olahan makanan ringan dan menyehatkan salah satunya adalah Dendeng Kelor selain bernilai ekonomis, Dendeng Kelor juga memiliki potensi memperbaiki kekurangan gizi, kelaparan, serta mencegah stunting karena tanaman kelor terbukti secara ilmiah merupakan sumber gizi yang berkhasiat dibandingkan dengan tanaman pada umumnya.

Abstract

Organizations are very concerned about their reputation in the current business era. Due to high sustainability snags, the organizational image can be damaged. There is need for additional social and environmental strategies and standards to portray organizational concern towards the environment and society. Therefore, considering the investigate the nexus between supply chain management, sustainable supply chain governance and corporate suitability. The study is interested in analyzing the direct relationship between supply chain management, and corporate sustainability and between sustainable supply chain and corporate sustainability. In addition to that the current study is also interested in examining the moderating role of sustainable supply chain governance in the relationship between supply chain management and corporate sustainability. The difficulty of issues under investigation has been investigated by the use of three theoretical frameworks, which allow its understanding and facilitate the construct of clear idea about the practical perspective. In the next section, Sustainable Supply Chain Management has been defined and literature has been sourced on its different approaches along with the theoretical frameworks and mechanism of governance. The SEM-PLS is used to investigate the hypothesis relationship. Overall the findings of the study have provided support to the proposed results

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kesesuaian penempatan kerja, dan keamanan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Prestasi kerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Namun, prestasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya lingkungan kerja, kesesuaian penempatan kerja, dan keamanan kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang, dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, kesesuaian penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja, dan keamanan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Kata kunci: prestasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kesesuaian penempatan kerja, keamanan kerja

Abstract

Family financial management is a crucial aspect in realizing economic welfare, especially for educators and education personnel who often have limited income. Therefore, this service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of educators and education personnel at RA Alkhairaat Duyu through effective and applicable family financial management training. The methods used in this activity include lectures, tutorials (mentoring), interactive discussions, and evaluation with pre-test and post-test to measure the level of understanding of participants before and after training. In the implementation of the activities, the materials presented included family budget planning, wise debt management, and the importance of saving and investing for the future. In addition, participants also gained skills in conducting simple financial records, which can help them allocate their income more effectively and efficiently. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' understanding, especially in terms of budget management, debt, and saving and investing. The program also produced a training module that can be used for future reference, an evaluation report, and easy-to-understand educational media. With this program, it is hoped that educators and education personnel can implement better financial management strategies, so that they can achieve more secure and sustainable family economic stability.
